Astralia is a three-piece post-rock/ambient-rock band from Barcelona, Spain. The band was born in November 2010, and after drinking from different musical styles, they decided to create songs with new sounds, new atmospheres, new textures, often governed by the simplicity of a few notes. Songs that demand their time, their pauses, explaining feelings and emotions, motivated largely by a power source, the nature.
They have released three albums and a single so far - Astralia (2012), Atlas (2014), Solstice (2017) and So far So near (2020).

you’re crazy! Jakob has it’s own style and Astralia just created it’s own. I’m fan of both bands and you’re crazy if you think there is some kind of copy. Please provide more respect to both bands artists.
@@albertomendoza9753 my dude, it is WELL known in the post-rock circles that these guys are massively influenced by Jakob, and even Hubris admitted to using Jakob for inspiration on "Apocryphal Gravity". I love both bands, and i LOVE Astralia for giving me more Jakob music when Jakob is so slow to release more. No disrespect. It takes an obscene amount of talent to pull off that sound, and Astralia does it so well.

Worldhaspostrock is another TH-cam channel for this kind of music, if you're interested. The channel isn't near as good as this one though. This channel somehow finds all these frickin bands, constantly, and has only posted like one band ever that I thought wasn't good. I don't know who does it or how they find all of these many, many bands, but it's truly unbelievable. Post-Rock really does heal the soul, man. Im very sorry that you are missing your mother. I know for sure that her and her soul is happy that you are listening to TALENTED and SOOTHING music, and thinking of her. I am not ready to lose my mom- although I know not many people are, ever- and I know when I do, I'll still be heartbroken for a decade. Souls never part from their loved ones, my friend. They don't "look down on us from heaven", or "wait for us to join them when our lives are done". Souls exist outside of time and space, and therefore we/souls CAN'T be separated from anything we/they love. Ever. That's what heaven is, probably, or something like that; it's returning to pure essence of being, and that can't be removed or restricted in any way. Your mother is still with you now, I guess is what I'm trying to say. She doesn't look after you, she resides within you and without you, and better than saying she stands by your side, you could say she has BECOME part of you. Which, of course, her soul always was. And always will be.

Good music needs time to reach your ears boys. Time has light speed. Sound has sound speed. This is the speed of your music. This is why it soo hard to understand what post-rock is. But I love your music.
