I can i indeed confirm you are toast if you draw White with Red and/or Black in hand.
Been loving this channel and these Plunder guides contine to be cracked. This is a fun but challenging deck to play.
@14:50 If you summon Blackeyes instead of Bluebeard, you would add Whitebeard back to hand for discard fodder during opponents turn.

I never comment on videos but really wanted to say what a great video this was. Really clearly explained. Background music was perfect level so as to not be distracting. Just everyrhung about it was excellent. Really looking forward to seeing more feom you. p.s. my final Plunder Patroll cards arrived today so watching this on repeat!!

Thx for the video, its the first time I see something like this for this arquetype, all the good players dont share that much about the deck and you have to figure it out on your own (which is not that bad imo). Looking forward to next parts !!!

Am I the only one who wants to see a divine attribute plunder patrol ship at some point? Maybe after we get the wind extra deck monster and maybe the divine attribute will be a combination of the other ships like power rangers , hahaha.
I still think you need to give the fusion spell a try though. Like I commented before it gets you the equip spell (or rarely a monster that you can special summon with lys) and go from there.
Anyway , I can't wait to see the next episodes. YARRRR

im playing the spell one time and its just a super good target to throw for effects or to search with moerk just to throw it
@@leonmaus506exactly. You can also discard the fusion spell with goldenhair's GY effect. Then activate the GY effect of the spell to equip goldenhair and use the equip spell's effect to get into a ship you need or want.
I play the fusion spell at 2 but honestly I am not good at deck building so it might be a mistake. 9/10 times I draw it, I don't even use it to fusion summon.

I would love a divine attribute plunder, but not even the sacred beasts have that, so I think it’s only limited to egyptian gods. That’s why my idea is: the trolls have found the dormant body of an egyptian god under the sea and in the art there are many ships tryng to pull it out from a giant whirlpool.
Also a divine attribute would be so cool because you wouldn’t be able to summon it with black/white/redbeard, so the only option would be to follow its summoning methods (for example a fusion of 2/3 extra deck plunders)

Actually with the goldenhair whitebeard combo you can
Summon goldenhair link into almiraj
Diacard white bring back goldenhair
White summon blackeyes
Golden+blackeyes=jord
Jord add back blackeyes
Light tokens both fields
Blackeyes add back white summon itsey
Blackeyes+token=blackbeard
Blackbeard summon lys
Now you have off 2 cards a monster effect negate thats live that leads to a search and a redbeard and protection because of almiraj

Just started playing this deck with brave (my first actual locals deck) and its very very good but i still do alot of missplays. Waiting for droplets reprints so i can get some
So I have been struggling with my deck list either I’m doing something wrong or I’m not shuffling correctly… I have cut all but the tuners to 2 and it seems to help a little maybe I’m just really bad at the game😂
Can you please do a Yu-Gi-Oh fro scratch like revz cards or Pak tcg and others with plunder or runick I've been on a similar story getting back into Yu-Gi-Oh last year and it was so fun and the content is so so good for the Yu-Gi-Oh community and I love your content man much love ❤
if you play 2 field spells you can loop them and get more card advantage
A cool thing about this deck is that turn 1 you can use jord to summon a token to your opponents side and then set a there can only be one trap.
rivalry of warlords is usually better but i agree with the concept

So. For some reason, I've been having a hard time understanding this deck, and I get frustrated with it. I want you to know that your 2 card combos made sense to me and actually helped me win. I didint know how to use Jord properly it seemed. Thank you. I'll be watching closely on your next vids

Would you ever do a video on going second? Using these combos going first has been incredible for me but I tend to struggle countering efficiently.
Yea i could try something like that, probably better to just play some test matches going second and do commentary, i can work on something
4:05 hard making brann isnt bad also moerk going for zeus but i hard make brann quite often. It just comes up alot sometimes when opp doesnt have fire monsters and if you want quick otk

Odd question, but can you summon Jord back with Blackeyes or Lyr if its in the pendulum zone? I know most of the time pendulum monsters in the pendulum zones are not counted as monster cards on the field (D/D/D Super Doom King Bright Armageddon doesn't protect D/Ds in pendulum zones), but I've seen people do it before with Plunder Patroll. Are they just cheating or is there some weird ruling?
Thats a good question im not actually sure. I wanna say no but i have no basis for that
Yes if it has been properly summoned first, because blackeyes and lys do not card what the plunder patroll in the S/T zone is treated as. Something similar happens with the field spell effect in GY, which also can bounce an ED Plunder that is in the S/T zones (because Setting the field is the first part of the "A, and if you do, B").
This is the only reason why I consider SSS at all to hard make Lys, since it means you can revive it with Booty and place it back with Blackeyes, which is solid vs Snake-Eyes. Maybe side?
14:07 - how we have negate monster when it doesnt have equipped pirate on it? it is not on quick, so we cannot negate
Lys doesnt need to be equipped to negate, only to search

You can yeah but the thing with shark is that after you summon toad you can use it as one of the materials for blackbeard while dweller has to stay and you need another two monsters for plunder stuff
Expanding more on the White + Goldenhair combo, you can actually end up with White + 4 cards in hand, blackbeard and an equipped lys if you do as follow:
Normal goldenhair, link into almiraj
Goldenhair gy eff, discarding white to special from gy
White eff to special blackeyes, syncro black+goldenhair into jord
Jord eff to scale targeting blackeyes to add back to hand
Jord pend eff calling light, Blackeyes eff to special targeting whitebeard in GY
Link token+almiraj into blackbeard, blackbeard eff targeting blackeyes to special Lys and draw 1.
Endboard: Blackbeard, Lys equipped with Blackeyes
Hand: Whitebeard, 3 starting cards + Blackbeard draw
Next turn using Lyss eff you can discard white to negate, adding the fieldspell with lys (since she's equipped) and bringing redbeard from deck with white to tag out into another ship and still having blackbeard live for potentially a second ship
even more interaction with that field:
When you discard white with lys, just search another white. So you summon red from deck (via white gy eff) and at any point you can use lys to ss the white from hand, so you can summon from extra deck both with red and white. Obviously this only works if you have more plunder cards on hand to discard after you summon red, and if your opp have more atributes that you can summon of course
