Really puts it in to perspective, 15 days, 4 to 5 people working each day, so about 60 'man' days, that's like having a builder at your house for 2 months! You and your team make it look so easy Liam and this series of videos has really shown how much hard work and skill goes in to making one of these structures
@@TheDaztheraz not too far off, a little over though. I build these full time as a team of 2 and usually have 2 jobs running. Averaging about 5-8 weeks depending on size

Watching this, I’m confident enough to replace my old prefab garage with something similar to this build. Respect to Amy as well, a hands on woman is far more attractive than the type that crave attention on Instagram and lack any real qualities .

1:01:57 “ you don’t vent your walls”. Walls have breathable membranes on the outside which makes them different to flat roofs which are typically covered in rubber - hence the need for ventilation. A preformed panel may achieve virtual air tightness but a constructed roof certainly won’t. Once you have punctured the ceiling with a dozen spotlights then you have no chance of avoiding moisture entering the roof and it has nowhere to go so will cause dampness and rot surely.
