since I am vegetarian, I still like ghormeh sabzi, except that I use fried tofu cubes in it instead of meat. Plus some shirazi salad and some joghurt with dill, cucumber and salt.
My MIL is Persian and she makes this often! I want to surprise her with it!

Works well with currys, stews, anything with meat XD

It got burned badly after low heat for 45mins ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Then the heat was probably still too high, it needs a bit of practice. Also some thin pots just get too hot, even on low heat.
