I'm wondering what should I drink at meal times. Obviously water is the best option but I want something that's not boring or hard to prepare

T1A8H You should try Jamie Oliver's Drinks Tube Channel.
+T1A8H Actually you shouldn't drink anything during your meals as it impairs your digestion. Your body won't be able to digest the food properly so bacteria in your gut ferment it. It also provoques cid reflux. Don't drink anything:After 30 minutes BEFORE the meal and 2 hours AFTER it. I recommand you watch Andreas Moritz youtube video on this subject.

Can you do a 10 minute arm workout for people who can't access a gym? (Without weights)
Aaron Green just do the moves without weights like bicep curls and overhead press etc. Or you can use any two objects that are equal in weight like two water bottles for example :)

it appears the trick is variety but when only preparing food for myself, fresh stuff like this wont keep so long which makes it more difficult to manage before it goes off. Any tips?
We would just make as much as you need for the day, we just made a big salad so it was more visual for you guys or to have as a family

American disability Act. we are all close or near homeless if your low, medium or of the upperclassmen. our children in school deserve to eat healthy foods and so do homeless shelters free from contaminated foods. We are like (Mikey) we will eat anything. 😷🤕🤒
