@@gagers78 thing is regardless of how many calories u need to maintain your body, eating less food will always be better for us, before when we had to hunt and survive we wouldn't eat for weeks, our bf% would be so low,our bodys then would go on "survival mode" basically,(reason why fasting is so good)the more we eat the more our body gonna need to process that meal and more cells are required which will shorten our live span on the long run.

I'm very skinny and I eat plenty in my opinion breakfast: 576k noodle soup, 277ksteamed bun, cold brew (0k) lunch: caesar salad with chicken(190k), corn cob (160k), tea (0k) dinner: sandwich (215k) and buldak(497), warm milk (138k). snack: cookies. I am super stuffed after all this and feel it's alot. I would skip the noodle soup at breakfast but I'm trying to gain weight. you can eat plenty and still have a low calorie diet. 🤷♀️

But I really hate If I can see my ribs/hip bones, my cheeks are sucked in, so I try to stay over 100. I want to be 105. I always thought I was a heavy eater, but one day, dont know what was going on, I finally felt my real hunger and stop signs for the first time, I ate very little, very slow and was full and finally didnt feel like I was about to vomit or feel sick all day was one of my happiest moments to finally know my own signs 🥰

Ballpark guess she’s 5’2” ~48kg 20yr old, she needs ~1600 calories for maintenance. The food she shows looks like a bit less than that but that’s because in the last dish, the bulgogi and rice is hidden beneath the egg. I honestly think she’s hitting her maintenance calories and I’m very proud to see someone taking care to maintain their body and look good.

The food she shows looks like a bit less than that but that’s because in the last dish, the bulgogi and rice is hidden beneath the egg. I honestly think she’s hitting her maintenance calories and I’m very proud to see someone taking care to maintain their body and look good.

I have figure like u but I eat whatever I want 4times daily . Just I restrict nonveg for 3days a week . 😂It must be painful for u to not eat whatever u want.
