Amazing Job dude! If you use Prusa slicer you can schedule a pause, this will do a large retraction before moving preventing that blob. I haven’t had any trouble pausing using prusa slicer.
Thanks for your feedback, I’m already using prusaslicer but with klipper so the gcode for the pause command is in the klipper config. I recently modified that gcode to retract more and it minimized the effect a bit, I might need to try multiple values and see which one gives the cleanest result.
Your video is awesome! Also one notices easily that you really put effort into it. Really great. I'll try to reproduce it. Or parts of it. Probably you could add less steel bearings if you use 100% infill due to many materials having a density of about 1kg/l.
Thank you for your lovely comment, yes more infil can also work, steel bearings give you a rattle and maybe helps you move the center of gravity forward (didn’t test this against infil though maybe in a future video)
Congratulations 👌 I'm also making some 3d printed lures and have to test them tomorow on the sea. Hope that they catch something. By the way, what software are you using5to design it? I'm a industrial designer bit I'm using Moi3D for his simplicity of working surfaces.
Thank you for your comment, I’m using Fusion 360 for it’s precision and the 2D drawing capabilities, I’m thinking of switching to blender later, not sure if this is a good idea 😂. Good luck on your lures, hope they catch some fish. And make sure to subscribe cause more videos are coming.
@@LureLogicOfficial I'm a new subscriber before I make the comment 😉🌟 For lure making I think that the more easy 3d Cad the best. In Moi3D it's easy to surface shaping. A bad thing it's that it's difficult to import a Stl of other designer to make changes. I cold use Rhinoceros 3D but I prefer to make my own design and play with it.
Hi ! I have two questions. Where do you buy the metal balls? And what do you use to make the metal hooks on the front of the lure and to support the treble hooks? Thanks
You can use lead split shot or buy the steel balls from amazon, just search steel balls on amazon and you can find them in all sizes. Regarding the line tie and hook hangers, I use a stainless steel wire and twist it with an electric drill and a vice. There multiple ways to make them, you can for example use a grip vice and pliers. The name is "Twist Wire" if you wanna search online on how to make them.
Thank you for the comment, this is an old video I used yo have a modded Ender 3 but now I have a Bambu Lab P1S. New lures coming soon, don’t forget to subscribe.
To be honest I'm not familiar with it, I hear a lot about Elegoo Neptune and the new ender 3 V3 printers. Also, Bambu Lab announced budget printers like the A1 Mini and A1.
But don't buy anything based on my recommendations, I only used 2 printers (I don't get sent free printers :D ). Watch lots of reviews before you buy anything.

Great video. What plastic are you printing the lures with
When I made this video I was using to PLA but I switched to ABS because of the lower density and higher heat resistance
ESun hell yeah
🔥🔥🔥

Link for the STLs? I haven't uploaded them yet
You can find the link to the STL file in the pinned comment
I have an idea for a lure. No one seems to make this lure I’ve been imagining. If you could make one for me, I’ll buy off you!
Sure, I’m up for a challenge
@@LureLogicOfficial is there any way I could send you a blueprint?
