Great upload - Ginola was great for us, as was Iversen, but I always loved Chris Armstrong - as a comment says below - he didn't get anything like the support he deserved from the so called 'Fans'
Thank you mate 🙌🏻. Ginola was quality for us and Iversen. I did really like Chris Armstrong too, scored some really important goals for us, the winner in the NLD I never forget
@@supertottenhamtv Yeah, winner in NLD and winners against Liverpool and a brace in the 4-1 hammering of Man Utd on Near Years Day the same season as the NLD Winner . Chris would nearly always shine in the big games. 😁😁👍👍
@@supertottenhamtv when we signed him in 95/96 he was filling in big shoes in replacing Klinsmann and scored 22 goals with 12 assists that season, he looked like he was going to go on and be a top top striker, but when that second season started and he got that injury I think in the 3rd game of the season against Everton he never really returned the same player unfortunately and lost that lethal pace that he once had
Sadly he really suffered with injuries, and spells with Bolton and Wrexham never really amounted to anything. He did bang them in before us for Palace. Even more sadly he’s clearly suffered some personal issues more recently. I always liked him, but as the commentator said, he was always better when acting instinctively rather than having time. Iversen was another player I really enjoyed during this period
That was the season after, in 2000/01 we had four 0-0 draws in a row. Everton away, Southampton at home, West Ham away and Charlton at home all 0-0 incredible

@@thelstanedwardsson4374 I agree with everything 👍🏻👍🏻😀
Seems strange to see Campbell wearing a Spurs shirt again. I'd forgotten how much we loved him.
Anderton was an amazing player. Injuries ruined his career.
Fans gave Armstrong a raw deal that season, he banged 16 goals still
Armstrong was very underrated but did ok, fans shouldn’t of gave him stick

@@greekcypriot8195 It was always difficult to replace Klinsmann who was world class. He was a cheap and cheerful buy
I agree, Chris Armstrong deserved proper support from our dumbass fans.
@@thelstanedwardsson4374 Most definitely 👏🏻mate, he deserved better
Hopefully we hammer Southampton like this on the coming weekend. Big Ange desperately needs a big win to get Tottenham on track
What a player Iverson was
Chris Armstrong 💪🏾
Rob Palmer's commentating in the game. From Joe. X
Great upload
Thank you
Anderton was better than beckham when he was fully fit
Probably the game that made Spurs want to buy Dean Richards.
do you have a full match?
No unfortunately
Would love Ginola in todays side, would be perfect
Ginola was quality
What ever happened to Armstrong?
He disappeared after leaving Spurs

Didn't we have four 0-0 draws in a row under G.G that season???
