This is just beautiful! I love Vintage RVs, especially old Winnebagos, and I would love to Reno an old Brave in the exact Harvest Gold motif you’ve got going on! Kudos!!!
Great job. I LOVE your decision to open the space up, it's so airy and unique. I also like how you saved money where possible, nothing wrong with stained and sealed plywood.
I just had to stop by and say how flicking cool it is that you painted the propane bottle the same Winne stripes! So clean and crisp. Great job and holy crap what a helluva lot of work!!
ive seen a thousand remodel videos and this is the first one ive ever seen with a kitchen on the front side, this looks so awesome and super inspirational. amazing video :D
So many places have nicer and nicer public baths so this can work for folks. I like having a bath for safety (if traveling alone) but man, look at their space!!! Love it. Nice job you guys.
You such a professional Job.you have every thing you need. You have a brand new home away from home! Wishing you and your wife many years of happy camping..Be Safe!!
I like what you have done with this trailer. I agree with your desire to not cut holes in the roof. No hole, no seam, and no leaks! I also like not having the ac on the roof for 2 reasons. It lowers roof height and clearance. Plus it flat out looks better. Another benefit is it drops the frontal area by between 1 and 2 square feet. That makes a difference for aerodynamic drag. I also like that you do not have a big space gobbled up for a bathroom.
You did a great job , and did it the way you wanted it done. I really like the gold touches and all the decorations you and your wife did. Have fun on all your camping trips to come.
But you need a bathroom! Its a necessity. I can't believe they are taking showers in the sink with four people. Where are they going to the bathroom? I know the perfect place where they could have put a shower and a toilet inside and still be able to sleep 4.
@@MegKampen , I’ve been camping for 64 years and the bathroom, shower and toilet to me aren’t important. Storage is much more important so I have all the things at hand that I need to survive. I can use many other objects for a bathroom, and go to a gym for a shower. To each their own.
Perfect great job and ideas. I would throw the cushion off that small bench and make that a table and storage thing there. As far as a toilet you can have an emergency bucket with toilet seat lol
Awesome. Wow. I'm so Impressed. I didn't understand about No wood Frame. I would have put a larger fridge and no stove burners. For stove I would have bought the small, portable 2 burner portable stove. Then it can be stored when not in use or traveling. Plus frees up Counter space too. Good Job. Nice videography too.
You guy's have done a awesome job beautiful. Please not criticizing.....I would have kept the bath Room. Just that it's nice to have your own BR. Love the vintage Fridge..... I wish you both many happy safe Travel's Thank You For the awesome Tour!😊
I miss spoke in the video… Sorry about that it’s actually just a polyurethane from my local Lowe’s. Three coats of it and I sanded in between each coat.
Love it. I lived in a travel trailer for many years. Mine was a smidge bigger so had an open living room kitchen, with bath and bedroom in the back. Yours is so charming. After living in the prowler I really appreciate trailer remodels. Looks really fun. Reminds me of my youth in the 70s
Fantastic. You were really blessed to be able to do this creative and practical project. This would be a mansion to many people in this world. I encourage you to keep rolling and get the solar done. You may need these alternative and diverse sources of power down the road. God bless you and thanks for sharing.
Bonnie j Hinton Thanks I appreciate it, and I agree with you we took it out for its maiden voyage a couple months ago for a long weekend and I could easily live in it… Very comfortable a lot of fun 👍🏼
Awesome job, We just picked up a 1977 travel trailer and have to do a hole rebuild. I think we can do it as we did a truck camper rebuild from the bones up. Thank you for sharing, you gave me some great ideas
Your kitchen placement has given us inspiration! Now we just have to see if it can be done in ours. We inherited a 1976 Coachmen Cadet, 21 ft. Can't wait to get started! Thank you for sharing!!!
I absolutely love this!!! Such an inspiration!! I have an old camper I want to gut and remodel this one is by far my favorite!!! Wish me luck I’m a total rookie and will be winging it! Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks it was my first as well! Just take it one step at a time one project at a time don’t get overwhelmed … try to get a decent game plan together before starting of what you’d like to end up with 👍🏼 good luck
What a magnificent boy!! You did a superb job. Any thoughts? Regrets? Dang, I hope you have an extraordinary time traveling in your vintage trailer. ENJOY!!

Thanks ! It was fun to build 😀
It looks great. Me personally I would rather have a bath room vs open concept JMO
Jason Wulff i feel ya we us a compost toilet 🚽 when needed but again this was built for our wants and needs 👍🏼
Yeah same I like having a little private bathroom

@@hopewatson9636 I'm not comfortable taking a shit with my partner in the same room!! bahaha
The whole camper can turn into a bathroom 🤣🤣 can take a bath in the sink lol just kick everyone out
The counter space is incredibly awesome. That's what I'm liking
You such a professional Job.you have every thing you need. You have a brand new home away from home! Wishing you and your wife many years of happy camping..Be Safe!!

Nice open concept. This is a first especially for the size! I like the air conditioner setup also! 👍

Love the closet under the bed, and the kitchen and decor, great job!
How incredible to take out the bathroom and I think you said table. It gives you so much more room. You’ll love it !!! 🌙

Wow I love what you've done with this camper!! And i love the air conditioner idea!!
Thank you for sharing. It is great to see what others have done to get ideas for our Shasta renovation.
Nice 👍🏼 I’m finishing up a Shasta currently, i have a few videos in the channel
This is awesome and what great craftsmanship in your redo. Love the retro interior to match exterior. To think I was 14 when this was made lol
Kudos to you for the seemingly huge undertaking on this renovation! Nice Job!
This is one of my favorite rebuilds. Great Job. I could travel with this setup!
very good use of space • it's adorable too
Looks really good! Great Job!
FANTASTIC!! LOVE IT!! You guys are extremely talented, such a beautiful home away from home
The fridge!!!! Gorgeous. Love it.
Very nice job - super comfortable
What a gorgeous design! It makes a small trailer look large and roomy! Great job!
Thanks 👌🏼
Out of all the vintage camper remodels on TH-cam, this by far is the best one
Perfect great job and ideas. I would throw the cushion off that small bench and make that a table and storage thing there. As far as a toilet you can have an emergency bucket with toilet seat lol
Well done guys really lovely enjoy your adventures
really gorgeouse camper ! Congratulations, have a nice trip!

Hello. Your camper renovation is amazing! Can you tell me what type of epoxy you used? Thanks so much.
I miss spoke in the video… Sorry about that it’s actually just a polyurethane from my local Lowe’s. Three coats of it and I sanded in between each coat.
I love it...wish I had it. Really love the kitchen
Nicely thought out!! If that’s a chemical porta-potty I’d ditch it for a composting toilet used the same way.
When you put up the 'before ' I was like OH NO! That would have made me run!
It looks awesome now.
Yea i felt the same way trust me lol

Beautiful build. You really put alot of work and thought into this. Thanks for the great video share.
Nice job !
Thanks for the good memories of the good "ole days". My mom and dad had a 70 Santa FE trailer that looked just like that.
Beautiful job. Love the older campers and you did a wonderful restoration job.
Absolutely beautiful...happy trails fellow camper!!!
Beautiful...You did an amazing job! Love it❤️
ChicScreamer thanks !
Very nice. The fridge is awesome, good idea for the AC. I would rather have had a indoor bathroom than a portable toilet, though.
Nice job, came out great. I sense you enjoyed "doing" the project as much as you'll enjoy using it...!
Very cool. Nice job!
Awesome job!!!
I really like how you dealt with the air conditioner.
Looks great!!

Nice job on the camper restore! I’m originally from NPR near Tampa. Live in Ocala Fl and Lake Hickory NC now. About to restore 1965 Shasta Compact

@@The_HeightsA mini split AC would probably work great in your camper, no holes in the roof.
Amazing job, very inspiring. About to start a camper reno myself.

It’s adorable! The curtain so close to the stove frightens me.
Oh sorry sorry. They are adults!
No bathroom?
