So I do lol I work at a legit call center and it’s funny because it actually happens SOOO often with our older callers, though it’s usually those calls that make my day at work lol I work for customer service for online retail shopping websites and a lot of our older callers usually call to have us help them place their order which can lead them into some pretty long funny stories 🤣

I learned about Kit from a friend of mine who was trying to cheer me up after I had started to be scammed (I had no money and eventually got suspicious, but it was a terrifying experience) and ever since then, I love to listen to these. They are so funny and empowering.
I feel people continue to be scammed because of shame and embarrassment, not being willing to talk about being scammed to save face. Thanks for sharing

I've worked in veterinary medicine for 20 years and I swear I've had that scooting conversation with elderly people more than I'd like to admit lol. Too perfect.
I fear the only solution is a floor made entirely of Lego. However it is reassuring to know that scooting isn't just a word I'd made up.

I caught my mom giving them access to our pc one day, I jumped on the phone so fast and cursed the dude out; I was unaware of what the scam was at the time but from what my mom told me as I asked her why she was giving someone access to the pc she said a message popped up on the pc with a number to call, that alone was enough to know they were full of 💩
Someone called my husband and told him they were suspending his ss number then they tried to get him to go on our home pc when he told me I went crazy got on the phone and let my mental b***h out he decided he had the wrong number. 😆
