I hope that you're being sarcastic, Poli Wrath, because there's a difference between being grateful to someone who's done a service, as this guy has, by showing what these scammers try to do and how to avoid it, and kissing someone's arse in the hopes of dating him!
So because I thanked him for helping myself and others I'm trying to date him? What kind of messed up thinking is that? Sounds like some1 has mommy issues....
Your ability to drag out the most mundane, menial tasks (such as spelling "support") into extended, torturously-slow, ultra-annoying burdens of labor... are legendary.
I don't know how you do it. This was an hour long video and just watching was exhausting. I can't imagine how it must have been for you for THREE hours.
This guy should seriously consider doing voice acting - Edna is amazing - Im starting to really love the vids where he plays her :o) Plus, I was dying at the "p" as in pneumonia and the thing about "If Roy, fingers crossed, gets out of the picture" XD
It's amazing how extremely RUDE they are , despite they are trying to con someone. One would guess, if you want to talk someone into giving money, they'd try to be nicer to them. But this guy in particular is so rude and robotic... talks over constantly over what he believes is an old sweet lady talking about her everyday as people of advanced age often do, and the guy keeps constantly cutting her with "MA'DEM M'DEM ... YOU NEED TO TYPE IN DE COMPUDER! YOU NEED TO TYPE IN DE COMPUDER!", almost like "SHUT UP WOMAN AND SPIT THE MONEY OUT"
+TrasherBiner - Scammers routinely target old, vulnerable people who aren't compos mentis. My wife's 95 year old Grandma had a spate of scam calls from India and on one call she was in the process of giving them money until her son intercepted the call. Most scammers can't wait to get off the phone if they're talking to someone younger than 70. They don't give a fuck about being nice because it's probably not going to help if they're dealing with someone who's losing their mind to dementia. The whole purpose of the scam call is to frighten and confuse the person on the other end and that's what almost happened with my wife's Grandma who nearly spent a grand on a non-existent technical fix for her laptop. The shouting is keep the old person focused on the task in hand i.e. giving the scammer money or providing the scammer access to their bank account. In addition, someone else I know had one of his bank accounts wiped of over £30,000 because his 83 year old wife (she has dementia) had been scammed. They eventually got their money back from Santander but only when the local Member of Parliament was involved.
Some of the videos he put up are scary. One threatened to have her join her late husband Charlie and had a gift for her in the form of a b*llet to her head. These guys really have no morals.
Not a huge surprise to me. A small tight knit small group of ten scammers where everyone knows one another might try a little harder to make money if they know all the tricks, but some of these call centres can have 200+ staff. So you'll definitely get people with varied levels of skill and patience when it comes to computers and communication. These call centres advertise freely online to the public, wanting new members for their completely legit activities (usually no mention of fraud or wrongdoing at all). They will only ever get shut down if the police investigate and can prove any wrongdoing. When that comes to countries abroad, this may be a slow or even non-existent process. After many months I am certain the majority working in large call centres that scam will act like any other typical fed up robotic call centre worker. When it comes to massive businesses anyway, only those at the very top will be making the big money. As for targeting vulnerable people or pensioners.. this is definitely true, but unfortunately this is exactly what many legal marketers have been blamed for also, usually attempting to sell products or extending contracts over the phone, or get you to switch to their service eg energy or phone
of that 5 dollars per month ( free, if they subbed with twitch Prime ) he only receives 2.5 dollar. not counting bits ( which Twitch also takes a chunk of ) not as lucrative as you would think. I wish he got more attention, too. This guy is a saint.
Yeah, but a good amount of people give him $15 subs and plenty of donations. I'm not saying I don't wish him all the popularity he can get, he's freakin awesome. Just saying he's a very popular dude on twitch lately.
One of my viewers said he created a virtual machine on his computer and when one of these tech scammers called, he played along, and created a link that would allow him control of their desktop. He deleted their system 32.

Lol I used to work in a hospital in Boca Raton, Florida and this is like every single elderly patient spot on. Always having their phone conversations on speaker phone at 100% volume lol. So annoying but so sweet at the same time. Sadly they are so trusting and vulnerable to scams or abuse.
Have someone good at a grandpa voice. After grandma has spent 3 hours on the phone, pass it on to grandpa to squeeze in 1 or 2 more hours so kitboga can take a break.
These are genius, wish i'd found you sooner. To keep multiple scammers from defrauding for three hours is time very well spent. GG. Edna is amazing. All the best to Nina, Roy and Tyler :)
This is great, very entertaining. I watched all of it, lol. Some ideas for the future, if you're into it, would be: have Nina and Roy switching on and off escalating into a domestic dispute/fight over paying for the service. Have Tyler take over the call somehow and see if they try to scam a kid into getting grandmas bank account/credit cards. Tell them that the fee for security is exactly what your meds cost and that's all the money you have for the month. See what they say to that situation. Another call, tell them as granny that you just got widowed and came into a substantial amount of money. Maybe that call could break your 3 hour record. They seem to want to get into your email and bank. If there is a way on your virtual machine to setup a fake connection where you sign into a fake bank page and they see you have thousands of dollars. Then watch them struggle to withdraw the funds from the account. Get an Indian accent and see how hard they try to scam someone from their own country.
As funny as this is, it’s giving me insight into gaps of my IT knowledge as well. What you’re doing is great on so many levels, the best of which is wasting time of someone trying to scam. Using a “burner card” with $1 is really fooling them too.
Scammer: "We are not authorized to take a card, as it has your personal information." Also scammer: "Give me your checking account number and routing number."
Thanks for your time and efforts. Some vulnerable victim somewhere would feel, better scammer spent his time with you, instead of them! Have a Great Day!☺
I’ve had the scammer calls. I play an 89 year old man that knows nothin about his computer. When asked if I have windows I say yes they came with the house when I moved I 1952. When asked if I could be in front of my computer I say yes. I comply with the turn on request after complaining that I could not find any key on the keyboard that says on. I’m actually running Linux on a Rasberrypie but following the scammers instructions for Windows. He frustrated but hangs in. He wants me to connect to the internet. I ask what the internet was. Screams come from the scammer. He asks where the internet modem is located and I ask what a comodem was. More screams and hangs up but calls me names. I managed to keep him busy with the 89 year old man for 45 minutes.
bigmac6766 I’d love to listen to this phone call. Sounds hilarious. Keep up the good work. I live in the uk and get about 4 calls a week. Got to think of some good ideas to waste their time.
I had a guy on for 20 min one time. He was being very upset and threatened to hang up. I said, "please don't hang up, I have one question, can I ask it please?" He said " sir you are playing with me". "No no no, i have a legitimate question" I said. He said"Ok sir, what is your question" I said 'you are asking me to open up all these windows, none of my windows have screens... all of the bugs are just flying into the house". Haha, he freaked out and threatened to rain down a storm of viruses on my computer.
When they ask do you have Windows 7, 8 or 10, please pretend to walk around the house and count the number of windows you have

Thank you for bringing so much awareness to this issue and educating people about it. Just started watching a month ago and my parents were almost victims today. I knew exactly what was going on because of your streams. Can't thank you enough
im in uk, and my mum has been sold "Internet Security package" twice now :/ she is 72 happened first time about 4 years ago and then again a year ago. We told her now just dont answer the phone sadly, she still gets about 5 calls each day from 'Microsoft'
He has a wife. Kissing his ass won't make him date you.
I hope that you're being sarcastic, Poli Wrath, because there's a difference between being grateful to someone who's done a service, as this guy has, by showing what these scammers try to do and how to avoid it, and kissing someone's arse in the hopes of dating him!
TiaH she's not gonna date you because you came to her rescue.
OMG Kitboga! Typing everything he's saying!!! I am dying laughing! 😂😂 You are the best!
I don't know how you do it. This was an hour long video and just watching was exhausting. I can't imagine how it must have been for you for THREE hours.
Your rambling about cards is priceless, I can't stop watching it...
StudentDrinks ,,, Go fish is the gateway to Pinochle? Hahahahaa .. Yes, he is incredible, Really, I should go to bed but he is hilarious!
I like how her son's "poem" started as Toto's lyrics by Africa Xd
Edna is EPIC! 😂 Definitely my favorite voice!
Omg!!! He sat there and listened to EVERY possible scenario and still He was trying to scam her! Lol😀😅😂🤣
"My husband Charlie passed away."..........."Okay." Subbed.
thats great ma'm. Now find the windows button on your keyboard.
As you get older, as you mature, you play Bridge!!
BAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!
I am sooooooooglad I stumbled across this channel!!!!!!!!!!
This quote stands out to me as well. Hilarious.
Go fish is a gateway drug to penochol. Lol
"You got it, dude." - Edna 2018
For some reason, I find all of 'Granny's' stories interesting, definitely entertaining.
The granny voice is priceless as hell.
I do similar things, but without the recording. Never been 3 F**King hours, but similar. You're doing God's work! Keep it up!
If Edna were a real person I would love to sit down and talk to her. I would also love to play Hearts with her.
Kodoku Pierrot there are so many Ednas. Try volunteering at a nursing home 😀
Pecan Sandie recipe. You are sharp as a tack. Where do you come up with these things? Brilliant ad-lib ramblings.. Awesome job!
This guy should seriously consider doing voice acting - Edna is amazing - Im starting to really love the vids where he plays her :o) Plus, I was dying at the "p" as in pneumonia and the thing about "If Roy, fingers crossed, gets out of the picture" XD
It's a voice changing program
he already has a job that pays a fuckton more than voice acting
I died when Edna said she had to go pee pee soon cause the nitroglycerin pills were going through her. LMAO 🇨🇦 stay safe everyone 😂💯💞🇨🇦
he must have visiting his granny in a home often and listen very well to old lady ramblings, he is a master in doing this!
I love Edna! "Now Go Fish is the gateway drug to penuchle that is what I always say. " ROFL
ShadowBroker761 : penuchle* 😉
@@sisterspooky thanks! ;)
Once you mature you move onto bridge lol
@@sisterspooky No no *it's peaknuckle !!*
@Howard Fortyfive : Oh, yes... _please_ spell it just that way for your educated friends. 😂
I love Edna so much.
xcryanx me too!!!👍🤗
It's amazing how extremely RUDE they are , despite they are trying to con someone. YOU NEED TO TYPE IN DE COMPUDER!", almost like "SHUT UP WOMAN AND SPIT THE MONEY OUT"
You are absolutely right!
They are more like shake downs.
"Reach for the moon and, if you miss, pretty soon, you'll be with the stars"
Edna rambles on and on, and this scammer listens to it all! lol I love it!!!😊👍
I love that you had guests in this one. They should appear more often.
evrbody yes.
i love how he randomly fades in and out of a southern accent
Because they are all from Houston, Teixxaes.
What part of the south? He just sounds Indian to me from start to end.
Kit's characters, not the scammers.

You should seriously be more popular
he has like 10k viewers at once on twitch and over 1000 subscribers giving him a minimum of $5 a month
of that 5 dollars per month ( free, if they subbed with twitch Prime ) he only receives 2.5 dollar.
not counting bits ( which Twitch also takes a chunk of )
not as lucrative as you would think.
I wish he got more attention, too. This guy is a saint.
Yeah, but a good amount of people give him $15 subs and plenty of donations. I'm not saying I don't wish him all the popularity he can get, he's freakin awesome. Just saying he's a very popular dude on twitch lately.
No, if he gets too popular, he'll sell out and cater to the most basic of demographics.
Space Junk There's 'Jim Browning' too
"kids go watch dragon ballz"
LMAO
One of my viewers said he created a virtual machine on his computer and when one of these tech scammers called, he played along, and created a link that would allow him control of their desktop. He deleted their system 32.
Lol Edna wanted Roy out the damn picture. And the scammer was freaking loosing his shit😂😂😂Damn why couldn’t Edna be real??
I love the singing to Edna😂😂
I know. What's up with Roy? Why doesn't she want him around anymore? Poor Roy...
I need more Roy and Edna stories lol. Need to see these characters develop!
I'm so glad I stumbled upon this channel. It's my new favorite thing to listen to on my commute everyday.
OMG I just stumbled across your page and I am dying watching this one! You truly have a gift of messing with people, and I hope you keep creating more and more videos. Keep wasting these scammers time!! Love it!
"This is my JAMM!!" You ALWAYS have me bust out laughing with ear buds in then noticing everyone on the train is looking at me like I'm nuts!! Which makes me laugh AGAIN!!😂🤦😂🙆
"T as in Tsunami?" "P as in Pneumonia?" Lmao...!
These are genius, wish i'd found you sooner. To keep multiple scammers from defrauding for three hours is time very well spent. GG. Edna is amazing. All the best to Nina, Roy and Tyler :)
21:45 "Go Fish is the gateway drug to Pinochle, that's what I say … And once you learn Pinochle, it's all over from there..." *LMAO*
Kitboga, you're amazing! Such a big fan! Edna's awesome!
How do you continually ramble hahahahaaha
Dude your granny impression is LEGIT. I watched your other video from a month ago where you use the same voice. And you had me rolling the whole time.
bdh4rd it's a voice modulator. Still hilarious though.
I like these ideas!
Some pretty good ones in there
As funny as this is, it’s giving me insight into gaps of my IT knowledge as well. What you’re doing is great on so many levels, the best of which is wasting time of someone trying to scam. Using a “burner card” with $1 is really fooling them too.
harold Inhaven you have a deviously brilliant mind. ♥️
as for the med costs they would ignore the point and keep on pushing their demands, we've heard it all already.
Scammer: "We are not authorized to take a card, as it has your personal information."
Also scammer: "Give me your checking account number and routing number."
"Tell your grandson to stop that video."
Thanks for your time and efforts. Some vulnerable victim somewhere would feel, better scammer spent his time with you, instead of them! Have a Great Day!☺
3 hours, multiple "technicians" and 2 grand at stake.
Oh no, granny's sharing another anecdote!
your the hero we need. if i was rich i would hire you to do this full time.
Omg "casincharliebasinboytasintexasagaintasinteaxasrasinromeo."
I'm hyperventilating. 😂😂😂😳😳😳
Say WHAT????!!!! 💞🇨🇦🙋💙💯👏
You can hear the scammer's despairing whimpers by the end. I almost feel bad for him.
Almost lol
I don't.
I said, "please don't hang up, I have one question, can I ask it please?"
He said " sir you are playing with me".
"No no no, i have a legitimate question" I said.
He said"Ok sir, what is your question"
I said 'you are asking me to open up all these windows, none of my windows have screens... all of the bugs are just flying into the house".
Haha, he freaked out and threatened to rain down a storm of viruses on my computer.
@A Miffed Cuttlefish Cheers.
I was eating a hard granola bar and bust out laughing at "What's the internet/screams" and it hurt with the granola stuffed in my cheek lol
I play the maid when they call, pretending do not understand and have no authority to accept anything they say, lol
"Stop making the computer veeeegan! Stop trying to make everything vegan!" 😂😂
Edna:My Husband passed away
Token indian scammer: OK
lol they are so fixated on the scamm they cant even offer fake condolences or something
I wish you did the “Roy” character more. “Bra, is this a joke bra? LOL
I love Edna’s rambling stories SO MUCH.

That whole anecdote about turning gunpowder into urine was hysterical, oh my god
"Roy is in the military... Well, he wants to be, it is a long story"
"This 3 hour call is our current personal best."
This record was ground to dust by the 36 hour call.
