I cannot comment also here with the jurassic park "you crazy, you really did it" 😂 but I can say great (crazy) work, it seems a little less sketchy than the photos and the fact that you searched a truck with that shape on purpouse is great! Keep doing you crazy tests, Michael!
TBH, I'm still puzzled by the obsession with reducing "slop"... when you're surfing on water or snowboarding there is no such thing as slopless carving. And if there is any slop in my Paris V3 trucks I, personally, can't seem to feel it. Maybe if I rode a precision that would teach me the difference? So is this JUST for people who are building efficient wiggle-boards (aka LDP with emphasis on the LD part)?
Im just curious as to why you didn't do the full scythe truck system with two bushings, but instead just utilized the main kingpin? What was the reason behind this? Genuine question, love your videos!!
You are right, I wanted to! Turns out, I messed up the dimensions. It woulndn't really fit. But you will see something interesting in the following weeks!
I used oil ;) I did this stepn in another video explaining it, it was just not shown here! But thanks for your input, as you see im not really a pro metalworker :D
@@pascalpfeifer8692 This one was one made for steel. I had another friend telling me the same, but I bought it in a Hardware store, where they told me this is okay for Steel. Maybe its wrong, anyways the hole is there ;D
