please do more Camera Info. Also, I am courious how you are using your wireless mic in your helmet. How are you mounting it? how long is it lasting until it needs a charge? Great videos.
So are you recording your audio separately using the DJI, then synching in post with the video? Looks and sounds great. Thanks for all the great content!
Hey there! Thanks for sharing in such nice details the gear you use. But hey I need to ask this… whenever is possible it would be so nice to see a “making of” on how you do these camping videos. You know… showing how many times you change camera position, times you have to backtrack to take it, etc. Your videos are great - on both channels! Cheers from Michigan-USA 🥶
Hello… congratulations on the video I really like the quality and content of your videos…. I wanted to ask you a question... how would the microphone turn on? that is, if you go on a trip with the motorcycle... when you turn on the camera to record... would they turn on and also record the microphones to pick up the audio???? Why does it record with a lapel microphone when turning on the camera (of course) but what about these??? I never had microphones like this and I have no knowledge of how they work? Thanks so much
Thanks for this. Got chatting to a content creator recently who mentioned the X3 to me and showed me some footage he shot. Then found your video content on the X3 and have just placed my order with the moto bundle courtesy of you bagged for us. Thanks for that.... and Wow yes I agree that quadlock adapter idea is brilliant
mate this is awesome ! love this please do more behind the scenes like this I just found your channel and mind blown by how professional your videos look.
Im glad you mentioned the big cameras too lol xD I've noticed that your vids always have this distinct colour palette/feel to it. Dark colours with gold...how how how?!? Looks so consistent as well. Is it a LUT on DaVinci Resolve? Purchased your GoPro luts a while back and love them !!!
That DJI mic set up looks perfect, i wonder if it can be used on the GoPro I have struggled with mic procurement, brought one of those recorders and a rode lavalier mic only to find out i need an adapter for the 3.5mm Jack plug from two rings to 3 rings or vice versa. Needless to say there is not much talking in the videos.
I think you can. There are other alternatives like the hollyland lark m1. I haven't tried it but I've got my eye on it for use with my gopro. Then I might be able to ditch the media mod and mic cables
Very insightful! I use the gopro 10, haven't had a chance to use my DJI Mini3 pro while riding yet, and my main cam is Lumix S5 as well (Saving for some other lenses atm)! Need to get me an insta360 One RS1 too, looks to be super useful
Awesome vid, really brings into scope the fact that you dont need $3000 glass with you, and a good old K & F ND is fine. Also I realize i have been overpacking drone batteries, which makes me shoot more, then I just have more footage to cut out after. I need to shoot with more intention! Thanks and would love more videos like this.
Thank you for your video, but may I ask you a question, that I've been trying to solve for the last few days. Planning an offroad moto trip and I'm thinking, where to carry a mirrorless camera with in-body stabilization to avoid damaging the stabilization mechanism. Where exactly do you carry those stuff on the bike?
Great video. Keep them coming. Have you looks at the Peak design phone mount? I was unable to use the other major player and am very happy with the results
Would love more info on your wireless mic set up, I’m wanting to catch audio from my rides but not the mrs and me chatting rubbish , so the mic away from the helmet would be perfect , please do a vid for those mics 😊👍🏼
Great video! I’ve been wanting this video for awhile now. I would like to see more like this. I’ve added the use of a mirrorless camera to my motovlogs and am loving it. Cheers
I have, although most of the time it’s when I’m at the campsite that I need to charge my gear, and I’m not going to have my bike running for an hour while it charges a battery
I'm so excited to hear about the DJI mics. I was wondering if that would work vs. a wired lav mic. How do you start/stop the recording while riding? What do you do in the rain? Great video. I can't wait to get out and ride once the weather turns in Chicago. I've been living vicariously through your videos over the winter. 🤘
Love your work - love this review. Think I'll get that DJI mic setup and the X3 (well, replace the X3 I dropped in a river) as a minimum. BTW, I think your drone footage is suffering a 30-25 fps step down stutter. I can see the clips glitching in that characteristic way ;-)
you can control up to 4 cameras with the remote, simultaenously... but the cameras can only recognize one remote at a time, meaning if you hit record, all 4 start recording, if you stop, all 4 stop, you can't have another remote connected to them
It's a pity the GPS remote has such a basic strap mount, I'm constantly double-checking the pin hasn't come loose. Also it's a faff to remove if you're just popping into a shop for a few minutes.
@@MotoFeelz That's so odd, I guess that law is more dependent on the officer that pulls you over. Glad you haven't had issues thus far! Keen to get an Insta360!
the insta360 x3 is a piece of junk. they can only record for 5 minutes before overheating unless wind is rushing over it. and zero chance of using it in a warm climate.
Bro the quadlock adapter on the back of the drone is a pro move! Gunna be stealing that one for my little upcoming project.
Completely agree - it is a pro move ;) will follow you stealing that idea ;)
I use SP connect... probably they have something similar.
Thanks for sharing your set-up, I love the photography and videography side of what you do so more camera content will definitely be welcomed!
GREAT info !!!
Yes please, more videos on camera gear ❤
The Sanken mini shotgun is amazing!
I appreciate this video. Impressed with your work. Very inspirational. Starting a channel of my own and this is very helpful.
Really helpful mate, I picked up so many ideas from this! Thank you.
Awesome work mate
yeah one mic surprised me too

Will do! I’ll cover all of that in the DJI mic vid. I touch up on it a little in my Osmo Action 3 review
More camera stuff. Even how u set them for shots. Editing video too!
Very much interested in the camera gear, so more vids on that would be great. Thanks!

I did make one on my other channel. It’s now only accessible to my channel supporters
0:52 Flicking GoPro Ecosystem for the DJI Action + mic. Any idea if an Action 4 will be released soon ?

Happy ride dude..

@@MotoFeelzok cool thanks
perlatan yang mantab . kapan saya bisa beli kayak gitu?😞
What do you think about gopro????

I love the S5! I’ll be getting the S5ii soon!
Thanks for this vid Rob, I was talking with a mate just the other day about how many batteries you must be lugging around with you each trip.
Just 1 sparey 👌
The quadlock mount on the back of your dji remote is covering the air vent. Does it not cause any issue?
Looks great. I'm still using an osmo 1. It does the job for now.
Really interested in the 360 X3.
Get it. Can't beat it. So easy, fast, complete and creative options...cant miss.
Great kit. I think I need to upgrade my tank bag… 😎
Great video! Very detailed and informative! You’re an inspiration! An aspiring motovlogger here from the Philippines. 🇵🇭
Thank you 🙌

What made you go with the Lumix S5?
Thanks for the video! It is a great set of gear! Your tips are very useful, will use couple of them for my filming ;) keep up with the great work 🔥😎
Hi, I tried to buy the insta x3 from your link but the motorcycle bundle is not free😭😭
I also had this problem. We still get the stick so I guess that’s cool though. I wonder if it’s supposed to be free per the videos details?
@@maxostrowski5269 i tried now and it seems to have reset

Wondering why you are not using the one rs 4k boost as your main camera? Love the videos and the quality 👍🏼
How in the world do you get a DJI mic receiver INTO the helmet ?!
NVM ! Just saw your related video on the topic. Guess I gotta just figure out a spot / cramp it in there ! Gonna try it ! Thanks for sharing !
I'm interested in photo workflow video @feelz

Is one X2 still worth for motovlogging as compared to X3?

Can the Insta360 remote control 2 cameras at once ?

I found it to be a bit fiddley to remove so I haven’t been to concerned about it falling off - you’ll know about it if it does!

yamaha tenere 700

nice video👍👍
Thank you 👍
i thought i was looking to peter makinon on this one! hahahah
You've left the GoPro family? I can't for know. It's too early for me...

Glad you enjoyed it! My motivation is bettering myself every day 😊
Keeping things simple. I wish you all the success🫡
how many times have you been questioned by police for having a mounted camera on your helmet? Unless you're not from VIC or NSW!
0.. and i'm from both. I've even had it on during multiple RBT's
