Now I know how people felt about not having an N64 Metroid. The time between Super Metroid (1994) and Metroid prime (2002) was an eternity for fans. The last F-zero game we got was almost 12 years ago (F-zero GX). We desperately need a new one on the Wii U.
5:20 There's also a scene in the F-Zero anime where Ryu and Jack have to dress up like women to prevent racers from being kidnapped during the Women's Cup and EAD volunteers to go along, already dressed like Princess Peach.

I've always imagined the actual racing in the F-Zero universe is pretty much pro wrestling with supercars. Think about it. Crazy, larger-than-life characters that are never seen out of costume "competing" in events with ridiculous plots that still require a lot of physical conditioning and lightning-quick reflexes. It's kayfabe for the 24th century.
I've got a crazy idea that ever since the canonical big deadly crash before F-Zero X, the pilots are not actually _in_ the cars, but are piloting them remotely, like Battle Bots (which is why they can crash at the speed of sound and no one dies). The pilots inside are holograms, and just like Pro Wrestling, the fans who are in on the secret don't care. This "remote piloting" safety feature made room for the races becoming increasingly more ridiculous and dangerous, taking place on lava planets and in outer space and other such hazards, with more and more bombastic off-course personalities able to join the league and play kayfabe for the love of the crowd. Since no one is in any real danger, their sponsors can buy and crash as many cars as the bloodthirsty audience's ticket sales can replace. What makes Captain Falcon cool (in this headcanon) is that his instincts are so fine-tuned, almost supernaturally, that he is the only pilot who continues to drive his car _personally_ in order to gain an edge over the competition, since they all have to deal with the nigh-imperceptible lag that comes with remote controlling a race car this blisteringly fast. He also refuses to join in the kayfabe, but he remains so uniquely and immensely popular with fans (due to his both his win record and his heroic bounty hunting exploits outside the grand prix) that the league can't afford to kick him out, hands tied by the immense backlash that would crumble their profits. So he stays in, gaining tons of rivals on and off the track due to their envy and cowardice. And one particular rival, Black Shadow, has further goals, wishing to uncover and steal whatever supernatural power Captain Falcon must be holding that gives him such superhuman reflexes... I think it'd make for a fantastic story thread.
Glad to see one for F-zero. Also happy to see who is finally driving that little UFO that picks you up and the hidden AiAi reference. However... ugh, I REALLY hate to be that one guy and say this but...F-zero GX wasn't shown off at E3 2005, it was 2003. Great video overall.

If no new F-Zero title for WiiU, I vote for an enhanced remake of F-Zero X for 3DS. Complete with online racing modes (of perhaps up to 30 players at once if possible) and expanded versions of all of the 64DD features we never got in the west. Custom tracks and Grand Prix cups could be uploaded to a database to be downloaded and played, or even exchanged directly between players. I'd play the hell out of it. Plus, it'd be on 3DS, and thus I bet would have a good chance of selling very well.
I'm usually not a fan of remakes but I think X, of all possible games, could really use it the most (don't get me wrong, it was a good game but it was _severely_ held back by the hardware. So much had to be sacrificed to keep the game running at 60fps). Keep generally the same track layouts and add in the track editor and the long lost extra cup from the 64DD version, but everything else should be made ground-up. Add some visual flair to the courses to give each venue its own distinct flavor, and bump up the music and sound up to the quality it was meant to be. ...Though I'd hope they don't follow the current trends and just _give_ everything to you. It just...wouldn't be F-Zero if the game didn't make you work (and _boy_ does it make you work) for the extra cups and vehicles. At the very least a remake of X could potentially respark public interest in the series, sort of like how SF643D tested the modern waters for Star Fox. And then maybe, just maybe, Nintendo will decide to finally revive the series after 11 years (12 if you don't count Climax). ...Though I'm way to cynical to hope for Nintendo to do something like that, great as it would be.
Why 3DS? don't we have too many 3DS remakes already? How about one for the Wii U for a change? The game'll look better that way, and it'll have more options, 3DS, or New 3DS in this case, could make it good, but i feel the Wii U would be a better choice
Duskool If they're going to make an F-Zero game for the Wii U, I'd rather it be a brand new title. And while there are quite a few N64 remakes on the 3DS, I don't think any of them needed it more than F-Zero X does.

Miyamoto: I can't think of how to make F-Zero successful anymore. I don't know what new things I could do for it. I'm not even going to put it on the 3DS where the risks are minimal due to the low development costs of the platform and where the advantages are numerous since the 3DS sales are beast. Especially with anything we make. Fans: What about track editor, custom decals or online play? Miyamoto: Nah, all that's impossible. Meanwhile, have more Mario Kart with all the same features and ideas that could have and should have been prioritized with F-Zero over Mario Kart! Mario has a million spin-off franchises of almost never-ending genres. Does he need a racing one as well when you have an IP designed SOLELY for racing? I'll answer for Nintendo. No, he doesn't. Mario has one still because he's a cash cow due to name and image hence why he keeps getting games and F-Zero isn't. Captain Falcon could be such a character given his IMMENSE popularity in Smash Bros and internet pop culture but, they wont LET him be and shut it down every chance they get. Nintendo has a million mascot characters that sell their games or other games with their appearance alone but Captain Falcon is just not allowed to be one, at least not anymore. Then they wonder why his games are not seeing the levels of success that they should be. They just want to self-sabotage him with Mario in a genre he doesn't even need..... Don't even get me started on Star Fox. SF643D couldn't even get online play despite being a game that would GREATLY benefit from it seeing the limited single player campaign even with the many replays you will do. Vs mode in SF64 was fun so having the option to play people against the world or my friends even when we can't meet in person would be nothing but a benefit. Oh Nintendo :(
If I had to choose, I would rather have Mario Kart than F-Zero, though. Besides, you shouldn't compare the two. One is a kart racer, while the other is a high-tech, fast-paced future racer. I'd love me some F-Zero, but not if we lost Mario Kart.
NintendoMasterG F-Zero is not a traditional racer. It's a hybrid of racing genres. Again, a lot of what MK has is easily possible for F-Zero. Many people aren't going to support many racing titles and will instead go for the biggest one. In that department MK will cannibalize F-Zero's sales, especially because it's Mario. We have a million other Mario games so I would choose F-Zero over Mario Kart just to have something different and refreshing. The closest you get to F-Zero is Wipeout. I honestly never got why MK was such a big deal anyway. Crash Team Racing was flat out superior, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing 1 and 2 have also topped it and the single player campaign alone for Diddy Kong Racing made MK64 null and defunct.
NintendoMasterG I think they could change the F-Zero series to be more of an "adventurous" game than a pure racing game. I mean look at Pac-man, who would've thought that the Pac-man series would turn into a "platformer" game not so long ago? I'm not saying that they should make F-Zero a "platformer" game by any means, but if you look at how good of a fighter Captain Falcon is in Super Smash Bros., I think there is some potential in the F-Zero series being more of an adventure/action series rather than just a racing game series. My opinion. :P
Infinity Master You just described Star Fox Adventures:P I highly enjoyed the game but it clearly was not meant to be Star Fox and the fanbase weren't too happy about that. Then it became Star Fox Assault which was more like a Star Fox game and wasn't at the same time. But this does support my crossover option of series I brought up. Especially because they already heavily nod to each other as the video shows.
Infinity Master I think it's safe to say that we can compare this genre with Sony's Wipeout. That game also has a small fanbase but they keep developing it.
Adam Forcier which completely ripped off mario kart series in fact Crash was meant to be a mascot for sony like nintendo's mario and sonic. so his sole existence was to copy nintendo. strange how sony still has this policy of being original by copying nintendo
Miyamoto's not responsible for making any of the Mario Kart games, nor is he responsible for the sports games or the party games. He only works on the 3D Mario games & sometimes the RPGs.
I agree, but if they remade the gamecube f-zero I would be perfectly fine just as long as I can use a wii wheel. I wouldnt even care if it had the same graphics, just give me a wheel and online play
Nic Anderson Not precise enough for F-Zero GX, I don't know if you've played the game, but it's too perfection based, unlike mario kart, which is slower and less hardcore of a racer, with basic controls and a reliability on items to win if you get behind.
F zero is already fast and violent anyways. You literally get rewarded extra lives for playing aggressively and killing other racers a certain amount. Just make the races as intense and fast paced as always and we'll be good.
The Nintendo Game Cube The Nintendo Wii The Nintendo DS, DSi and 3DS A company that doesn't try to be what a PC gamer is, but rather attempt at innovation where other companies would back out. *cough cough* motion controls *cough*
I have to say that Luna Ryder's name is a kind of censure of her original name, Miss Killer, in the 4kids dub. However, her japanese name, Haruka Misaki, is used (at least) in the European version of GP Legend. About Rick/Ryu, Ryu Suzaku's name was changed because of the "no-related" name with the machine. It is said that he was going to be called "Rick Dragon Wheeler", to have more relation with the name of his machine, the Dragon Bird. Even if people don't know, Ryu Suzaku = "Dragon Bird" in japanese. (Ryu = Dragon, Suzaku = a kind of bird in mythology, I believe). The 5 characters included in Climax were the 5 main characters from the last episodes of Falcon Densetsu. The young Falcon and Clank appeared in the last chapter. In the anime, there are a LOT of references to other games. EAD, in chapter 21, dresses as Princess Peach to enter in a female race. In the preview of the next chapter, Ryu usually makes some references to other F-Zeros when he talk about Mighty Gazelle: "Gazelle Kick! Gazelle Punch!" (Falcon Kick/Punch from Smash Bros) or renaming Mighty Gazelle as "Mighty Gazelle Mk-II" (The Falcon Mk-II is the name of the machine piloted by Kent Akechi, the man who is supposed to be Falcon's son). Bart Lemming, the sensei, in his classes makes some references to Falcon's attacks (Sensei Kick! Sensei Punch!). Oh, something curious. Ryu and Jack, in chapter 40, they look like Ryu and Ken from Street Fighter. In chapter 50 you can see it better with Ryu Suzaku. Don Genie and Deathborn are the only characters that appear in the F-Zero anime and they're exclusive from GX. And Don Genie don't drive the Fat Shark: he drives a kind of "Red Bull" (Berserker's machine, number 77). In GX, in the story mode ending, the song that is played says "when my confusion threatens your lunch, Falcon will be unleashing a Falcon Punch". Another reference to the famous attack from the Captain. BS F-Zero is believed to be the underground races that are mentioned in F-Zero GX. There are a lot of nice facts in F-Zero. I can tell more of them, but I'll be a lot of time writing! Hope someone will read this and have more interest in F-Zero series! ^^
Y'know what else? There hasn't been a new console F-Zero game for almost 11 years. Come onnnnn, Nintendo. We don't need a massive revolution in the formula, but a game like GX with a GPL/GX art style that cranks up the speed would be amazing with what today's graphics tech can do. Maybe even go full comic book style and make a mix between X and Climax aesthetic with GX's detail.
F zero also has a connection to metroid because captain falcon is a bounty hunter that worked for the galactic federation, the same federation that samus worked for. Also samus was rumored to be a playable character in f zero gx but it turned out to be a hoax by Nintendo.
New F-Zero on Wii U would be AMAZING!!! HD Graphics, Online racing, While racing with friends online you could use the wii u Gamepad Camera to show your face on the side instead of your character, You could draw your own emblem using the Wii U gamepad, make tracks using the stylus and touch screen, It would be off da Hook!!! Nintendo, get yo sh*t together and make a new F-ZEROOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
***** Wow, he never said that. Just look up his recent interview with SMOSH games. He confirmed that the series isn't dead, he says that F-Zero would need a new control scheme or something like that. We might not be getting a new F-Zero in the Wii U's lifetime, but it certainly isn't dead.
*MIND BLOWN* How did you get Smooth McGroove for this vid?!? Totally awesome man :D ! Also, there is a major nod to SEGA that you missed: GX's Phantom Road track has his theme being an actual remix of Vectorman's title screen. Furthermore, I believe that Climax wasn't released in English for 2 reasons: 1) The game had you unlock episode synopses for the entire show, possibly spoiling the series. 2) The show got cancelled in English due to 4Kids' crappy works. Aside from that, major thumbs up for this vid ^_^ If I can make suggestions for the next video: 1) have Maximillian Dood from Yo Videogames make a DYKG video about either Street Fighter or Killer Instinct. 2) have the AVGN and/or MoFo Mike from Cinemassacre make a video about Contra or Castlevania 3) have Angry Joe from Blistered Thumbs make a video on the Total War or Civilisation series 4) have Stuttering Craig, Boomstick Chad and/or Nervous Nick Wiz from Screw Attack make a video about... whatever they want. They made so many That would be great ^_^
happy 29th anniversary f-zero!!! would love for it's 30th anniversary we at least got a re-release/remaster of f-zero gx.(would love if for a new game it had a city trial esque mode mixed with story mode while bringing back the arcade mode style endings for grand prix.:3)
Both Nintendo and Sega should make stand-alone, action-packed, open-world, story-driven, spin-off games of *F-Zero* where players take the role of *Captain Douglas Jay Falcon* by doing all kinds of challenging objectives either by foot, by car, or by weapon, involving: • Bounties • Missions • Battling • Racing • Etcetera (Or players can choose bosses like *Blood Falcon* or *Black Shadow* to play as if they want to go full-on GTA on every character instead of being good.)
The music makes me so nostalgic. I had F-Zero on the SNES, and F-Zero X on the N64. I used to wake up early before school just to play a couple races...
When you think about it, Fox McCloud, Falco Lambardi, Samus Aran, Captain Olimar, and Toe Jam & Earl (If Sega were ever to be involved again) could totally make cameos as playable pilots in a new F-Zero game. It would even make sense too considering that F-Zero is in fact an intergalactic Grand Prix and all these characters do a lot of space travel, so it could canonically make sense if they were all to make cameo appearances. That could probably help boost a lot of sales too.
Starfox references inspired me to play starfox 64 (3ds) for the first time. when you beat the game andros pops up laughing along with your score displayed at the bottem right (i didnt know about this) i ended up landing 666 hits, so when andros showed up on the game over screen laughin i thought i broke the game
yeah. watch the anime i liked it but it's hard to find vids of now of days :( or just type the death of captain falcon on utube has a lot of views. that's what rayman fanman was talking about. but the main series no he does not die. captain falcon on the anime is not the same guy on the main series the name is different of the person behind the mask i don't remember the name atm though. should look it up.
Don't know about anyone else, but when I saw Smooth McGroove was featuring in this, I was expecting his voice doing the theme and ather songs for this video haha
I'm craving an F-Zero game built on modern hardware. And not just for the high-speed antics in stunning graphics with a stunning soundtrack, but I think the characters are really cool and I'd like to see them again as well as new ones.
I was kinda hoping he would be doing a capellas of the music in the background while he explained the F-Zero info. But, I think Smooth Mcgroove did a great job voicing for this episode of DidYouKnowGaming. So smooth...
There really needs to be a new F Zero game. The Mario Kart 8 DLC track just reminds me of how amazing a new F Zero game could look.

F-zero is owned by Nintendo, so unless they where to sell it to Sony or something else, they couldnt market it.
Matthew Horn I do know that but if nintendo whould publish on other systems, F-Zero whould be much larger now.
***** That someone was id software, the creators of the FPS.
Ether Pump
I wouldn't doubt that Nintendo all-in-all ditch F-Zero and give it to Sony, and yes it would be much more popular.
I need a new F-Zero game in my life =
It just won't come soon enough...
time to hook up my GC again...
@@astarothgr you ain't kidding about it not coming soon enough!
Did you know gaming Twisted Metal?
Pretty sure that's already been done.
Jason Gormally Top 5 things about is not like DTKgameing
***** Twisted metal!!!
I know I can't be the only one who wants a new F-Zero game.
I thought his voice would be rougher and raspier, but that was one of the most smoothest narrations I have ever heard.
And I had to watch again the first two minutes of the video because I honestly wasn't paying attention to what he was saying.
I don't understand. Why is there no singing in this.
Miyamoto: "We can't come up with anything new for the series" Me: looks at Mario kart 8 :\
Mario Kart 8's anti gravity feature was basically ripped off crash nitro kart for PS2
F Zero already has anti gravity, right?
Adam Forcier which completely ripped off mario kart series
in fact Crash was meant to be a mascot for sony like nintendo's mario and sonic. so his sole existence was to copy nintendo. strange how sony still has this policy of being original by copying nintendo
Adam Forcier F-Zero was doing anti gravity races in 1998 in F-Zero X
Miyamoto's not responsible for making any of the Mario Kart games, nor is he responsible for the sports games or the party games. He only works on the 3D Mario games & sometimes the RPGs.
God I miss F-Zero so much :((( F-Zero NX is begging to be made.
check out extreme gravity rage. looks very nice like fzero.
Not gonna happen, NX is called the Switch now
I'd never heard Smooth talk... hm... can't say I'm disappointed.
SMOOOOOOOOOOOTH MCGROOOOOOOOVE!!!!!
Gotta love him.
Smooth's voice is so good...
This video makes me incredibly sad. I LOVED F-Zero and wanted more. Now I know there were many more but I couldn't have them. :(
I actually came across a F-Zero AX arcade machine at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
Man, I hope they make a new F-Zero and StarFox game. And I said "new," not remake.
It might not have the original feel. Company who made F-Zero went belly up. D:
I agree, but if they remade the gamecube f-zero I would be perfectly fine just as long as I can use a wii wheel. I wouldnt even care if it had the same graphics, just give me a wheel and online play
Nic Anderson Not precise enough for F-Zero GX, I don't know if you've played the game, but it's too perfection based, unlike mario kart, which is slower and less hardcore of a racer, with basic controls and a reliability on items to win if you get behind.
Of course I played that one, I love that one, once you get used to the wheel I think it is far more comfortable than a stick. just takes practice
busaccaboys
I heard!! Now let's get F-Zero and my wished will come true.
F-Zero Part 2 feat. Smooth's Cat.
Charl. His name is Charl McGroove.
+PissedOffDragon his name is smooth. im pretty sure.
JustGamerLogic
I'm talking about the cat.
***** the cat's name is Cat... Of course
I always thought that if Fzero came back, it would be a racing/fighting game. That be awsome if you could race while fighting as captain falcon
Nathan Champion well you could already "fight" in F-zero X.
F zero is already fast and violent anyways. You literally get rewarded extra lives for playing aggressively and killing other racers a certain amount. Just make the races as intense and fast paced as always and we'll be good.
Funny. A giant R.O.B could also be seen in the Port Town Aero Dive stage in Brawl.
I really belive that Star Fox and F-Zero takes place in the same universe, there's so much connecting them
Not really in the same universe I think, but most likely parallel.
Yeah maybe "the nintendo system"? Dork.
1. There’s the G Defuser system in both series.
2. Both Fox and Captain Falcon are in Smash.
3. James McCloud. Just… James McCloud.
Give us another amazing F-zero game in full HD please!!!!! this game would look awesome on the wii-U!!!!!
and/or 3ds
The commercial failure of the 64DD
The commercial failure of the e-Reader
The commercial failure of the Virtual Boy
......
The E-Reader wasn't a commercial failure. It did OK in Japan.
The Nintendo Game Cube
The Nintendo Wii
The Nintendo DS, DSi and 3DS
A company that doesn't try to be what a PC gamer is, but rather attempt at innovation where other companies would back out. *cough cough* motion controls *cough*
Jesus Crust Yep. Their attempts at innovation wouldn't work at times but hell, they tried!
dnmstarsi yup, still better than just doing playstation n+1 every 6 years or something with just better graphics.
Did you know that nintendo just have to make another F-Zero game, or I will be a very angry duck?
Until we get a new F-Zero or Starfox we're all angry ducks
Except for me, I'll be an angry Fish.
I am the duck here!
Quack.
A Duck
Quak.
I must high, I see a purple duck. That's what happens when you go from weed to quack.
Really want an F-Zero game for the Switch
Did you know that NINTENDO IS NEVER GOING TO MAKE ANOTHER F-ZERO?
HAVE SOME MORE MARIO KART
Not even the dead know peace from this hell.
and now we know gaming, thanks
Didn't they said something about not knowing what to do with the franchise ?
man, this has one of the best soundtracks, I love it
I hate the feeling when you know that a DYK video is almost over...
Maybe even go full comic book style and make a mix between X and Climax aesthetic with GX's detail.
i wish they would make a new F-Zero.... mario kart is just not it!
uetzel Why? With 200cc it's pretty fast. And theres and F-Zero track
Daniel Yogi mario kart feels completely different from F Zero! (even with 200cc)
Just play F-zero 2
+Daniel Yogi BUT THERE NO CAPTAIN FALCON!!!!!!!!!
Pieman ...yet
The face of Mr.EAD looks like the face in that creepy hidden screen from Sonic CD. Like, exactly...
Star Fox and F-Zero related? Well i'll be..didn't see this coming
F zero also has a connection to metroid because captain falcon is a bounty hunter that worked for the galactic federation, the same federation that samus worked for. Also samus was rumored to be a playable character in f zero gx but it turned out to be a hoax by Nintendo.
even that was a hoax, that sounds super awesome xD
a short summary for those of you who don't want to watch the video: "it wasn't released outside of japan"
never realized how smooth mcgroove sounds so similar to egoraptor
As rh rrrj464 I 334i3 I 633u4373 I 4y44y4t443u4y4ueuetryrirhrjejrr==€=&=&=€=&€=€=urjr r yr hr thyrrhr hititjnit,==
How about an F-Zero game that's a mix between action and racing, where you can switch between driving and standing on your vehicle to fight.
***** Yeah.....I know.....A guy can dream right? If I had the know how and the money, I would go make this myself!
***** Wow, he never said that. Just look up his recent interview with SMOSH games. He confirmed that the series isn't dead, he says that F-Zero would need a new control scheme or something like that. We might not be getting a new F-Zero in the Wii U's lifetime, but it certainly isn't dead.
Soon.
Captain Falcon hello handsome!
Captain Falcon Right back at ya!
I always sort of assumed McGroove didn't have a speaking voice...
Omg so I wasnt the only one! XD
Pitch Perfect helped me with that xD
The expension pack added an extremely awesome Rainbow Road music cover to the Rainbow Road track. And F-Zero Climax is friggin AWESOME!
I half expected him to just assemble a cluster of himselves making different tones that sounded like words
So this is what Smooth McGroove sounds like when he's not singing.
*MIND BLOWN*
How did you get Smooth McGroove for this vid?!? Totally awesome man :D !
Also, there is a major nod to SEGA that you missed: GX's Phantom Road track has his theme being an actual remix of Vectorman's title screen.
Furthermore, I believe that Climax wasn't released in English for 2 reasons:
1) The game had you unlock episode synopses for the entire show, possibly spoiling the series.
2) The show got cancelled in English due to 4Kids' crappy works.
Aside from that, major thumbs up for this vid ^_^
If I can make suggestions for the next video:
1) have Maximillian Dood from Yo Videogames make a DYKG video about either Street Fighter or Killer Instinct.
2) have the AVGN and/or MoFo Mike from Cinemassacre make a video about Contra or Castlevania
3) have Angry Joe from Blistered Thumbs make a video on the Total War or Civilisation series
4) have Stuttering Craig, Boomstick Chad and/or Nervous Nick Wiz from Screw Attack make a video about... whatever they want. They made so many
That would be great ^_^
I love FZero. I hope a main series title comes out for WiiU.
Not gonna happen, the Wii U is basically dead now.
happy 29th anniversary f-zero!!! would love for it's 30th anniversary we at least got a re-release/remaster of f-zero gx.(would love if for a new game it had a city trial esque mode mixed with story mode while bringing back the arcade mode style endings for grand prix.:3)
Both Nintendo and Sega should make stand-alone, action-packed, open-world, story-driven, spin-off games of *F-Zero* where players take the role of *Captain Douglas Jay Falcon* by doing all kinds of challenging objectives either by foot, by car, or by weapon, involving:
• Bounties
• Missions
• Battling
• Racing
• Etcetera
(Or players can choose bosses like *Blood Falcon* or *Black Shadow* to play as if they want to go full-on GTA on every character instead of being good.)
smooth mcgroove should have sang the facts
F-Zero GX is the best racer of all time. Another great F-Zero game would actually get me to buy a Wii U.
THIS!
You should still buy one it has some good games on there especially with a new nintendo ip coming out on it
Raisou L only want to get it for zelda...
and now we have Climax and the Satteliview tracks in the West!
That is just an insane amount of information, well presented and enlighting. Nice work, man!
Just adding to something you said. You cannot be restored back to the track and any mode except practice mode. You die you restart the race.
Who is usually the editor for DYKGaming? He/she does a wonderful job putting together all the clips and effects.
I hope Nintendo makes a new f-zero game. Hell, I'd even settle for a remaster of f-zero X.
How am I not surprised that Smooth McGroove has a great voice for voice overs as well? Excellent work
Fzero gx is my favorite racing game of all time
Smooth can speak words??? >.> I thought he could only sing out VG themes
I know right
He sound very different
hahahahaha thinking the same thing
Wait! SmoothMcGroove?
It makes me sad the Chao aren't in the UFO.
So that's how Jesus talks..
Starfox references inspired me to play starfox 64 (3ds) for the first time. when you beat the game andros pops up laughing along with your score displayed at the bottem right (i didnt know about this)
i ended up landing 666 hits, so when andros showed up on the game over screen laughin i thought i broke the game
I learned something today.
I learned Smooth McGroove can actually talk!
I never knew F-Zero and Starfox had such a close connection. That's really neat!
Having never actually seen Smooth's other videos, hearing his normal voice caught me off guard. But it's awesome, I'll tell you that much.
This series is just sitting in a dark room with a slightly brushed off sign saying "Abandoned by Nintendo"
They killed off captain falcon in the series that's why there not making any more f zero games.
Rayman FanMan Wait,I know jack about F-Zero. They killed off the main character?
sonicgamer42 no lol he only died in the anime which is not connected to the console games at all. the anime is what he is talking about.
jewel bleed Oh. I had a feeling there was more to Falcon "dieing" then I knew.
yeah. watch the anime i liked it but it's hard to find vids of now of days :( or just type the death of captain falcon on utube has a lot of views. that's what rayman fanman was talking about. but the main series no he does not die. captain falcon on the anime is not the same guy on the main series the name is different of the person behind the mask i don't remember the name atm though. should look it up.
Don't know about anyone else, but when I saw Smooth McGroove was featuring in this, I was expecting his voice doing the theme and ather songs for this video haha
Same here
Does this mean F-Zero and Star Fox take place in the same universe?
(other than James McCloud being human)
No but it is funny to see them interact so much.
Mostly seems as parallel universes...
F-Zero GP Legend was the shit
I know right. The final falcon punch was the most epic yet solemn moment.
Too bad the English Dub of the final episode was never dubbed....
I have both Japanese and American versions of the game, not too big of a difference
