One thing to also consider, if you try and focus a reflective surface the camera "sees" itself which would cause a conflict in focus distance. Try a non-reflective object and see how the focus tracks.
@@kritexz The Tiny 2 is am overall better camera and will give you better auto focus and a better picture. But for most people in the streaming realm, the Tiny 2 Lite will be more than enough!
@@nikai7778 I would actually recommend the OBSBOT Tail Air for something like that. It had a battery built in and also the ability to record on an SD card. These cameras need to be plugged into a computer. I have a video on the OBSBOT Tail Airs on my channel too. Check it out!

@@LoScrittoreDivergente Great question! Ultimately the Tiny 2 will give you a better picture in lower light because it has a larger sensor. But webcams in any case won't do great in low light. They'll work but without light you'll definitely be dealing with noise. But they will both work well enough to at least see you as long as there is some light on your face. Hope this helps!

Hi friend, I'm between the Obsbot Tiny 2 and the Sony ZV-1F (with an Elgato Cam Link) for streaming. I usually use a green screen. Which one do you recommend more? I'm considering it because Obsbot does have more comprehensive software. Regards.
It really depends on what you would need most for both these cameras. If you're using Green Screen, they will both do great but the Sony ZV-1F is probably going to ultimately have the higher quality image. However, you're losing all the functionality the Tiny 2 offers in it's PTZ and tracking features. But for a green screen, that may not matter.
@@cabisports It definitely going to be simpler to go with the webcam. It's designed to be used in that capacity. But the ZV-1F will be a better picture and more advanced auto focus. But in your case, the savings in money on the Tiny 2 and the simplicity may actually be the way ro go.

I bought one and it arrived today. I noticed that after a few minutes of use, it got very hot. Is this normal? It's so hot that you can't keep your finger on the camera for more than 5 seconds. It's very hot, it feels like it's going to burn you. Is this normal?
@@CeeC_CeeC Yes, this stays on all the time while it's being used by OBS or any other program or application. Quality is top notch! The Tiny 2 is a little higher quality feeling than the lite but they are both nice cameras.

@@Keltonchanning I don't believe so, you can just set the camera to 4k. However, your output will be dependent on what platform you're streaming to. Twitch only allows 1080p. TH-cam is 4k.

@@adityaknowledgeverse well, it's a 4k webcam for video. So up to a 4k screenshot if you have a 4k monitor. It's not a stills camera so mega pixels isn't how you determine it's resolution.

It took about 400 more ISO to achieve the same appearance in the Tiny 2 Lite as it did in the Tiny 2. Saturation made it easy to tell the difference. When the Tiny 2 was reviewed, many of the cameras that it was compared to had unnatural saturation.

I do use the Tiny 2 to stream but it's not my main camera. It's one of my camera angles. I use the Sony A6400 as my main streaming camera.
Left Tiny2, Right Tiny2 Lite, right one is much blurrier!
