Great review! The auto-focus and light control impressed me as well. I need a good camera for coin videos and didn't want to spend a bundle on a old-school camera. This is perfect! Just ordered one.
This or Facecam MK2? Also: Is the OBSBOT Tiny 2 Lite a lot better quality wise or is its price difference solely (or merely) due to it's gimbal PTZ functionality?
In all honesty, $219 in my currency doesn't count as budget. Get a Logitech C922 Pro HD Stream. It goes to crap in a dark environment, but if you light your face well, this thing is golden, especially for half the price of this, or even a quarter when on sale!! Sure, it's not 4K - but how many average people will have a 4K monitor AND notice the difference? This only makes sense if you're streaming, at which point you might as well buy a legit camera. I use my C922 on the go, and when I'm at home, I just use my M50 MkII or a phone. The Canon will shred any webcam, and a phone should give a very comparable image quality to the Osbot, not to mention you probably already have one!! I still like the product though...
