Well, europe mostly have turf tracks. This kind of surface and tracks doesn't exists as far as I lnow. In sweden there is one dirttrack left and it's outdoors. The rest is turf. During winter it's all carpet indoors.

Yes, all of northern Europe is the same.
They may as well just take out the jumps, carpet racing is far from off road.
On the clay tracks Big Triples, Step ups, and Rythm sections are sweet.
