      Even me I haven't used them since I bought them. I also have long loop bands that I haven't used and I bought them 5 years ago. I've only been using dumbbells. So I think is time to put them into good use and this workout looks interesting and effective. So thank you *Amy* ❤

    FINALLY a resistance band workout that actually uses the RESISTANCE of the bands! So many videos have the bands going slack which defeats the purpose. This video is great as it keeps up the tension. This is the first of your videos I've watched and I am very impressed. Thank you 😊

    Recovering from ligament surgery and PT suggested resistance bands. This is the best workout I have found.

    I did this the first time today. I could not do the reps in good form so I ended up only holding for the duration of the count. Will keep doing this to build strength. Thanks for this.

    I'm very impressed. I'm just starting out with the bands, and you have a very unique approach. Big thanks for that! I'm an out-of-shape senior citizen, and my only concern here is that a couple of the exercises might be a little hard on my back (maintaining a somewhat bent over posture), but I''ll give it a try. Great vid; thanks for your efforts.

    Great for my shoulders, It didn't aggravate my rotator cuff strain.Felt safe and still effective.Also nice surroundings the light background made it easy to see the exercises properly.Thanx so much🤗

    Thank you for this... I haven't done an arm workout in years normally just cardio. This was perfect for me and i love that you explain everything well...only problem my dog thought it was a game when i was lying on the mat he kept trying to bite the bands 🤣

LOVE YOUR TECHNIQUE. i take pilates classes 3-4 times a week but i need serious sculpting upper body. i found your channel and feel this can help me in addition to. I also developed computer neck during pandemic. any videos or exercises you recommend? you should really consider doing a video catering to that. i feel my neck got shorter. please advise....
