Parsi religion is so related to me since childhood. My mother is cooking for 5 to 6parsi house for over 16 yrs in south Mumbai. She is amazing in cooking food for Parsi and hardworking too. I always experienced that authentical taste of Parsi food in my plate. Love from my family.
