Hi Doctor David.. how are you?? I already received yesterday my MRI result. And it says that I have severe,, almost complete tear of my ACL. We note a small ligamentous flap at the anterior intercondylar notch meausuring 7×11 mm with a signal similar to the ligament. With a mild complex sprain of the collateral ligament extreme and moderate of the internal collateral ligament
severe patellofemoral chondropathy.. My meniscus normal no evidence of tearing. Is it possible that I will undergo an ACL surgery??

    Hi Dr Geier,
A long time ago I tripped over a pallet backwards and I heard a loud pop in my left knee. I suspect that I may have torn my ACL but I’m not sure if I have. It feels like it’s going to give out or lock, it wakes me up at night with shooting pain. I haven’t been to a doctor. Do you think it’s worth getting it checked out by a doctor?
