Ok Honestly say every bosses of kirby serie is scary, is a big one Because ok for zero and marx (also for his soul boss fight) is scary, i say ok But void terminal? Ok maybe for his soul because is i little bit scary, but for the rest.............. Ok i was think about it, maybe is better all kirby bosses look's scary. Because, scary = respect.............. Ok now i have no more to say Also what about drawcia soul?
If there there is one boss in Kirby that has unsettled me, it's Forgo Fecto. A massive, undulating wall consisting of previous enemies, chasing Kirby down a corridor. Utterly creepy.
That was the first Kirby boss to genuinely freak me out. All the other bosses I saw and just thought, "Huh, that's a bit disturbing." But I literally had nightmares nearly every night about Fecto Forgo being in my room for at least a week.
yeah, that giant doggo in Pikmin 4 was not only horror-educing, it rocked HARD with its own rock'n'roll soundtrack XD but i still think those liquid lifeforms are more disturbing, even if i can't remember wtc they're called...
Other scary bosses: +Scarecrow- Batman games +Carnage- Maximum Carnage +Jigsaw- The Punisher (NES) +The Little Devil- Joe and Mac (SNES) +Wolfgang Krauser- Fatal Fury series +Akuma- Samurai Shodown
@@DavidR.-fk4kcI think Killer Croc was a scarier presence in any and all of the Arkham games. (They're both just as scary as each in Knight though, but in Asylum I feel Killer Croc takes it on that one)
Where the HELL is the SA-X from Metroid fusion? That thing honestly gave me nightmares during my first time playing it at the age of 16. Though all fear and horror aside the game is so beautiful and work of pixelated art.
Many Metroid bosses could top this list really, check out Emperor Ing from Metroid Prime 2 Echoes, he creeps me out more then all of the bosses on this list.
I remember my young self having toughed out the Shadow drone (the mini boss for the power bombs) and the Omega Pirate after getting a game over from them while Meta Ridley (I think I got a game over or two from him) surprisingly enough didn’t evoke much fear in me. The one that did was Metroid Prime, just opened the plasma beam door and… *NOPE!* thought that was its face and the rest of the body was hidden.
The Giant Stingray - Super Mario Sunshine. What makes him so scary is you have to wipe out every piece of him to win with little to no room to mess up.
It could be recency bias, but the final boss from Mario and Luigi Brothership was something else entirely. I have played through all of the games and nothing really comes that close to how creepy and demented he truly is
Yeah. I do love the Killer Croc boss fight, but it did give me more than one nightmare in the past. And he only comes after THREE unexpected encounters with Scarecrow!
I was expecting two bosses in this video , Giygas the final boss from Earth Bound ( Mother 2 ) and Elder Princess Shroob from Mario and Luigi Partners In Time
I got Super Paper Mario right when I turned nine, and Mimi made me drop the remote in terror. I spent almost an hour running around in panic, because I had never played an rpg or a story-based game before.
I like the editing of this one where the sounds would come in every so often along with the narrating! Had a nice balance to it and so we could hear some of the game stuff too! Good job to the editor who did this!
Yeah. Blizzeta was so scary I couldn't sleep for several days as a 12 years old. Even after defeating her, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror, because I was afraid of seeing her reflection instead of mine.
While I never played it, there's the giant crocodile in the final stage of Ceylon in Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb. When I watch a video of that part, I always get goosebumps because Indy is forced to swim around with THAT THING close by!
I don't know if "Drakan The Ancient Gates" would be considered a horror game or not, it is Rated M for mature, for me the scariest boss in a non-horror game was the Flesh Mage, a really creepy being that wore women's skin like a robe and floated around like a ghost with only his mouth full of sharp teeth exposed chasing you around the macabre maze of his palace
Robo-Patrick - SpongeBob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Not the scariest boss I faced as a kid, but there’s still plenty of elements here to unsettle any kid/young adult. Out of all the Robo-Clones, Patrick looks the most faithful to his organic counterpart, which gives the player an all-expense paid trip to the Uncanny Valley! Robo-Patrick has the same eyes, but his metal skin is a much more desaturated pink, you can clearly see the uneven metal frames making up the body, and those teeth! This thing is only interested in Acid-Flavored Ice Cream! Why does it have teeth?! This creep-fest is only complimented by the raw and hellish Industrial Park that you face him in. Couple that with the musical choice of a xylophone and a subtle choir, and you get one of the most out-of-nowhere scares in gaming!
one non-horror game that terrified me as a kid was finding nemo for gameboy advance. there was a part where I had to run away from the shark. I didn't touch my gba for days.
I don’t know if you’d count the classic Tomb Raider games scary or not for a multitude of reasons but I’m gonna say The Torso boss in Tomb Raider 1 was really disturbing
Also in terms of Tomb Raider games, there was the sea serpent boss in the England level of Tomb Raider Legend and the different sharks in Tomb Raider Underworld along with the kraken in the Mediterranean level.
The phantom form kingdom hearts - it literally has no physical body and has an instant kill move. Aparoid Pigma from Star Fox assault - after he was taken over by the aparoid's influence he became a mechanical monstrosity of his former self. Bone Fin from Super Mario Galaxy - it's a giant skeleton shark that you wouldn't want to see in real life especially those eyes. The Warden from Minecraft - if you even look at it you probably turn off the game. It's just unsightly. Leviathan Shadow Sae from Persona 5 - She became so desperate to win she turned into something that looked straight out of Silent Hill. Unfinished Sigma from MegaMan X6 - This form looks like a zombified version of the once maverick hunter leader and how he slow move at you. Waterwraith from Pikmin 2- until you reach the last floor of the submerged castle you can't do anything to it.
Who says Kirby bosses are just too boring and cute? Wait until they see the final bosses themselves or maybe let them 100% Kirby's Dreamland 3 and Zero do the scares.
Every villain in the Kirby franchise is scary. Remove President Haltmann from that group, as President Haltmann is not scary villain as he is a tragic villain.
King Gleeok - Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. When this thing spotted me in the Underground, I just ran as hard and far as I could in the opposite direction, only dodging gloom patches during my escape.
i absolutely despised the crawler for two reasons. One, its creepy as hell and jumps out when you never expect it. And two, it forces you to kill Walter who's been nothing but a father figure to the main character.
5:00 Just faced this boss-hazard not a week ago from now. She put Resident Evil: Biohazard into Hat Kid's game for sure lol! Even "better" was when I did a co-op run with my sibling, we got disconnected JUST before this encounter, talk about timing being creepy... like she said "NO! You do this alone... and I will get you!" yeesh X'D Next up was also on my life list of disliked horrors as if the boss fight wasn't tricky enough, one mistake and you're DEMOTED a entire stage... to the hardest of the entire game, again! Now for unmentioned answers, I know people will laugh at me, but I'd say some from Joe & Mac on Sega Genesis. Two that freaked me out were the Triffid Boss (unlike the remake, no-eyes, just teeth and such and super-tanky) and the Skeleton Dino because in the retro version on Genesis, the Skeleton Dino would "counter" you even if you were off-screen without warning, and in the remake there's too many giveaways, also the triffid in the remake is far less scary but instead more annoying as he'll taunt you and such despite having more attacks, something about the way he looked in the retro version though was disturbing for my dreams way back in the day... x_x
The Dahaka from Prince of Persia: Warrior Within should have made this list easily. An invincible enemy who you MUST run away from, and can un-do all your time shenanigans you're used to relying on through out most of the game. He even talks backwards~!!
Seing Monster-Ock i simply had to watch the video, for nostalgia sake at least. Also, thanks to his size, Carnage as a boss was not hard to beat, if you knew from before that human-sized enemies can be grabbed from behind and tossed in front of Spidey, for example into a sonic bubble?😉
there r other scary bosses; ☆ Lance from "Balan Wonderworld" ☆ BlackDoom from "Shadow the Hedgehog" & "Sonic×Shadow Generations" ☆ Cursa from " Mario+Rabbids; Sparks of Hope"
damn surprised they didn't mention the Gloom Hands from LoZ:TotK; i know for a fact that scared the pants off everyone who encountered it first time... compared to the Guardian Stalkers in LoZ:BotW.

Where Flowey from Undertale?
Flowey
Ok Honestly say every bosses of kirby serie is scary, is a big one
Because ok for zero and marx (also for his soul boss fight) is scary, i say ok
But void terminal? Ok maybe for his soul because is i little bit scary, but for the rest..............
Ok i was think about it, maybe is better all kirby bosses look's scary.
Because, scary = respect..............
Ok now i have no more to say
Also what about drawcia soul?
Don't forget about Flowey from *Undertale* and Mad Jack from *Donkey Kong 64*
The Umbral Beast in Fire Emblem Three Houses Cinder Shadows
Every villain in the Kirby franchise?! I couldn’t agree more.
Even King Dedede in Kirby's Dream Land?
Crybaby
The final bosses?
If there there is one boss in Kirby that has unsettled me, it's Forgo Fecto. A massive, undulating wall consisting of previous enemies, chasing Kirby down a corridor. Utterly creepy.
Don’t forget Leongar’s face being in the center of it all.
@theosmith6275 Yep. Horrifying, really.
That was the first Kirby boss to genuinely freak me out. All the other bosses I saw and just thought, "Huh, that's a bit disturbing." But I literally had nightmares nearly every night about Fecto Forgo being in my room for at least a week.

but i still think those liquid lifeforms are more disturbing, even if i can't remember wtc they're called...
you probably mean the Water Wraith and/or the Plasm Wraith
Monster Ock still gives me nightmares.
As a Kid, Monster Ock just made me shudder as I tried to run away from him. Especially his screaming for you to "DIE!" whenever to start the level.
Other scary bosses:
+Scarecrow- Batman games
+Carnage- Maximum Carnage
+Jigsaw- The Punisher (NES)
+The Little Devil- Joe and Mac (SNES)
+Wolfgang Krauser- Fatal Fury series
+Akuma- Samurai Shodown
@DavidR.-fk4kc Akuma is from Street Fighter series.
Well, Metroid _is_ directly inspired by the _Alien_ franchise, so it's not on this list on the fact that it _is_ lowkey *based* on horror.
The Nightmare from Metroid Fusion. That thing is creepy as hell.
Bonus points for being a reference to The Shining.
Big man got an early start on splatoon
And then they start chasing you, with even F.L.U.D.D. telling you to panic!
Yep. Got so frustrated I quit playing the game for six months.
That "Giant Stingray"'s name is Phantamanta.
It could be recency bias, but the final boss from Mario and Luigi Brothership was something else entirely. I have played through all of the games and nothing really comes that close to how creepy and demented he truly is
i think im almost there. im on the "final" island. not sure if its really final tho.
Photoshop Flowey from Undertale
I’d be surprised if Doc Ock gets bonded by the Carnage Symbiote in Insomniac’s Spider-Man 3.
Killer Croc in Arkham Asylum for sure! Especially playing as an 8 year old?!
Yeah. I do love the Killer Croc boss fight, but it did give me more than one nightmare in the past. And he only comes after THREE unexpected encounters with Scarecrow!
8 years old?! You poor thing…
@LaurenCooper-dr1wt bro, honestly still gets me sometimes now even as an adult lol
I was expecting two bosses in this video , Giygas the final boss from Earth Bound ( Mother 2 ) and Elder Princess Shroob from Mario and Luigi Partners In Time
King Boo - Luigi's Mansion when he showed up in that Bowser costume Luigi was Freaking out.
The big robot that hunts you in Phantom Liberty scared the hell out of me
Blizzeta - Twilight Princess
Darkside - Kingdom Hearts
Yeah. Blizzeta was so scary I couldn't sleep for several days as a 12 years old. Even after defeating her, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror, because I was afraid of seeing her reflection instead of mine.
NOT TAKE MIRROR!
Monster Ock gave my sister nightmares.
I would've thought Dead Hand and Bongo Bongo from Ocarina of Time would've made the list.
While I never played it, there's the giant crocodile in the final stage of Ceylon in Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb. When I watch a video of that part, I always get goosebumps because Indy is forced to swim around with THAT THING close by!
Monster Ock and Killer Croc
Monster Ock scared the sh*t out of me back in 1999, and he continues to do so to this day. I'm a grown man for the love of God
Two bosses come to mind and they are from the same game: Blizzeta and Armogohma from The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess
Reflux after becoming a giant in Rayman 3 scared the sh*t out of me when I was a kid
he is scary, as a GIANT!!😮
Jaques was scary but Scorch from Spyro 3 is way more terrifying
Shara Ishvalda. Everything about it once it sheds it's rocky layer of armor screams wrongness. Then it opens its eyes.
Orphan of Kos
This is Dead Hand (Zelda OoT) erasure and I will not stand for it
Void Termina is straight out of Evangelion
Robo-Patrick - SpongeBob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom
Not the scariest boss I faced as a kid, but there’s still plenty of elements here to unsettle any kid/young adult. Out of all the Robo-Clones, Patrick looks the most faithful to his organic counterpart, which gives the player an all-expense paid trip to the Uncanny Valley! Robo-Patrick has the same eyes, but his metal skin is a much more desaturated pink, you can clearly see the uneven metal frames making up the body, and those teeth! awesome job about The SCARIEST Bosses in Non-Horror Games from Top 10
one non-horror game that terrified me as a kid was finding nemo for gameboy advance.
there was a part where I had to run away from the shark.
Come on. The Waterwraith is scarier than the Ancient Sirehound.
I found the final sigma boss phase 2 pretty scary in Megaman X5 I remembered having nightmares of it when I was young
Where's The Boss from the Cave of the Bad Dreams(Rayman 2)?
Shadow Teddie and Mimi were both deeply disturbing, but Queen Vanessa was downright terrifying!
TN-1 Bane from Batman Arkham Origins
Monster Ock scared me senseless as a kid, good times!
Donkey Kong 64, Kremling jack in the box
How about Kleaver from Donkey Kong Country 2 or Mad Jack from Donkey Kong 64?
Quite a few Metroid bosses could top this list easily, Emperor Ing from Metroid Prime 2 Echoes creeps me out more then all of these bosses combined.
Tbh when I first played Super Paper Mario, I was creeped out by Mimi’s transformation though I continued playing without a bother.
Who says Kirby bosses are just too boring and cute? Wait until they see the final bosses themselves or maybe let them 100% Kirby's Dreamland 3 and Zero do the scares.
I feel like epic mickey should be on here
Jenova in the FF VII series of appearances. Especially in the remake.
To me, the Ancient Sirehound is just a poor pooch being controlled by Louie...
monster ock actually never scared me as a kid
Every villain in the Kirby franchise is scary. Remove President Haltmann from that group, as President Haltmann is not scary villain as he is a tragic villain.
King Gleeok - Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. When this thing spotted me in the Underground, I just ran as hard and far as I could in the opposite direction, only dodging gloom patches during my escape.
Every Kirby game is a horror game, and Kirby is the monster!
where is SA-X and nightmare from metroid fusion? watchmojo fanboying on kirby as usual.
i absolutely despised the crawler for two reasons.

The dog in Pikmin is cute!
I couldn't even finish the Spider-Man game because getting away from Carnage was impossible for me 😅
Prince Froggy from Super Mario world 2 Yoshi's Island traumatized me when i was a child...😰
How the hell is Ze Experiment from Conker's Bad Fur Day not on the list? That's like one of the most obvious choices coming from that category.
I would have liked to have seen those final bosses from the Kirby games appear in the anime.
Kirby with the Eldrich horrors every final boss
Monster ock isnt carnage??? Thats wild
The crawler was nightmare fuel!
Es this list has only been made 13 times before we clearly need it a new one
What about that baby monster in metaphor refantazio? That thing is horrifying.
I was never really afraid of Jaques
Super doc oc was an absolute nightmare
Kefka from FFVI?
I think you forgot Bruce from finding Nemo the video game.
The Dahaka from Prince of Persia: Warrior Within should have made this list easily. An invincible enemy who you MUST run away from, and can un-do all your time shenanigans you're used to relying on through out most of the game. He even talks backwards~!!
Why isn't Giygas at number one?!
Gigyas was a far scarier boss than that obnoxious pot-bellied bully Porky Minch.
Seing Monster-Ock i simply had to watch the video, for nostalgia sake at least.
Also, thanks to his size, Carnage as a boss was not hard to beat, if you knew from before that human-sized enemies can be grabbed from behind and tossed in front of Spidey, for example into a sonic bubble?😉
there r other scary bosses;
☆ Lance from "Balan Wonderworld"
☆ BlackDoom from "Shadow the Hedgehog" & "Sonic×Shadow Generations"
☆ Cursa from " Mario+Rabbids; Sparks of Hope"
Possibly EVERY Bosses of the Kirby franchises are all Super Creepy, Horrific, Terrifying and Scary!
Why do I know most of these? Hell I’ve even played a few of them. Mostly Kirby though.
7:25-7:28 Wow. Just. Wow.
Freaking banshees from Mass Effect 3.
Who else clicked here just to make sure Giygas was mentioned?
Giygas and Vanessa make the top 2
Dead hand: Legend Of Zelda Ocarina of Time!!
To me, sirehound is more cute than scary
damn surprised they didn't mention the Gloom Hands from LoZ:TotK; i know for a fact that scared the pants off everyone who encountered it first time... compared to the Guardian Stalkers in LoZ:BotW.
I would too. Alas, the Gloom Spawn itself isn't a boss.
Video Games are so awesome
I though Andros from star fox was creep went I was kid
Any Andros battles would have been great entries
ANDROS IN STARFOX 46 WEHN I WAS A CHILD THIS GUY WAS SCARY
How about the top 10 weakest bosses
❤
Mimi is scary? I have seen actual Daddy Long Legs scarier than that guy.
OK, TH-cam ONLY SAYS THIS VIDEO IS FOR SPM? THEY ARE WRONG AS ASS!!!!
So, is the persona series basically for sexually confused goth/emo teenage bois?
The lack of TLOU2's Rat King here is concerning
I'm pretty sure TLOU2 is considered a horror game, to some extent.
Ecco the Dolphin is a horror game
For Echo it's actually very simple: Dolphins are secretly evil so a game about them naturally has to have a secret evil final boss.
TN-1 Bane from Batman Arkham Origins
❤
