In this video i will be trying my very best to see if i can defeat Inner Agent 3 the Secret Boos of Splatoon 2 with Stick Controls!
I will be asking for suggestions of other very wacky ways we can defeat agent 3 in Splatoon 2!

Me: genuinly playing with stick and didn't even know it is more difficult
I play stick, I don’t know what’s so bad about it 🤷
i would play motion if Nintendo would just let me move vertically with the fucking l-stick. it feels horrible
same it gives a more steady camera
That's how I played this game for like most of this year. And I beat her only once, and with sticks. I'm doing even better at this game with motion now, I can finally snipe with the squiffer, all I will say is it feels more natural and controllable to use motion in handheld mode than in tv mode with a pro controller, though I do miss the screen's expansiveness and the better 1080p visual quality for sure 😢😢
I had got to the last phase of Inner Agent 3, and I've been playing with sticks when I first got it, including girl power station.
The best way to beat Agent 3 without gyro controls
is to speak softly and carry a big stick :D

When I first started playing I turned off the motion controls cause I was afraid of my hands shaking or somehow hitting something trying to aim. So now after beating the entire game with sticks I have switched to motion controls and I must say it is much easier to aim up and down now.
I play other console shooters and let's just say motion controls is something i don't want to get used to xD

Honestly for a non-stick player, 12 attempts is insanely good 🤯 I was a noob back then, so I had countless of deaths trying to beat Inner Agent 3 with motions 😂
It's so gratifying when you go back and beat inner agent 3 with a better time, I'm guessing that this causes the exact opposite feeling

As someone whose tried 50+ times to beat them unsuccessfully, I agree. It's just that splatoon never challenges its players. And before u say agent 3 wasn't a challenge for u I meant challenge average players. For example it's not that hard to get to x rank, reach profreshional, or beat octo expansion. I don't think it's a big deal if u can beat them nor is it a big deal if u can't. Some ppl are just better at the game and that's that.
Ive only beaten her 2 times since getting octo expansion. The first time took me 1-2 weeks, then a few months ago it took me 4 straight days (i had to do everything over on a new switch, bc it broke). Ive never been so mad in my entire life. It was such a relief when i finally beat her (I always use stick controls). Congrats dude.

I think GG Gabriel is the only person in the world that I know of who beat Inner Agent 3 in only 2 tries with stick controls.
Mouse and keyboard next would be sick. Also, maybe doing it with the highest or lowest sensitivity would be cool.

As someone who won't play motion controls I've beaten inner agent 3 with sticks. I don't see why people have such a problem with it.

Like usual, Great video! You should try battling agent 3 with mouse and keyboard. You should also try doing a video where you play online with mouse and keyboard. If you have already done it I would like to know.
I beat IA3 for the first time with sticks, on handheld. It took over a month, but then, I wasn't even S rank then so it's excusable.
I vote for split joycons.
Dude would *roll* me in a normal game, but it reassures me to know that I may have a chance against him if he's on sticks.
I just noticed that Inner Agent 3 does a Gungeon style dodge roll when on the ground in fact.
Edit: I vote for my original choice of split joycons.

Avengers Civil War, Batman v. Superman, Godzilla be Kong, Dude vs Inner Agent 3 aka Splatoon 1 Dude. An equal match.
Also Split Joy Cons because you can have even more perfect aim but it does feel awkward to play.

Damn, it took me a 4 month break to beat Inner Agent 3 with motion while I was maining the Octoshot Replica itself and you do it in 11 tries with sticks
This was a very entertaining challenge to watch on stream. My vote for the next Inner Agent 3 challenge is use keyboard and mouse.

The first time I beat inner agent 3 was whit stick because my motion control broke. The second time whit motion was so easier. It’s a pretty cool challenge, definitely recommend it!

I feel like Dude never uses split Joy-Cons to play a game like splatoon 2 so I'm going to say that it's better to choose the Joy-Cons to torture Dude 😈

The best way to beat inner agent 8 is to get a ink storm then throw it at them and make sure it’s a direct head shot to knock them out give them a concussion if you will
I can’t play motion cuz it makes my head hurt but I use inner agent three for warmups and use tenta camo brella

Surprised it only took like 12 attempts with sticks. Split Joycons could be an interesting follow-up.

I have a switch lite so it was the better option bc if I used motion controls it would move the whole screen too bc it’s handheld... it was hell but I beat it

It's how I did it before finding out that it's way easier with motion controls

For your next attempt please use the detached joycon BUT usee them switched around in the wrong hands!!!
how well does mouse + KB work for splatoon 2
You mentioned sub weapons only. Gamechamp3000 tried to do it and concluded that phase 3 was impossible(and probably phase 5 as well)

I use stick control all the time I don't know why people are complaining about it. I just said it pretty decently high. I wouldn't mind using the motion controls if they weren't set so incredibly high even when set to the lowest settings. When I played Doom it's so much easier or when I play Zelda breath of the wildI can play those easily but this is one of the hardest ones to do it with so I just said I'll stick to stick controls
I find it strange that I can beat Inner Agent 3 very easily with Stick but take 2 attempts with Motion.

i turned off motion on my first day on splatoon 1 testfire and never used it and honestly ive made it to rank X no problem on every mode so idk i think if you commit to stick you can just as good if not better and. for ppl who say oh u turn slow tho press the y botton to quick turns
Be aware that every time you press Y to reset the camera you have a 1 second freeze of inputs you could be doing which is pretty huge which again why no one in high level play or truly wants to get better at the game uses sticks.
@@ThatSrb2DUDE i mean for like competitive competitive in actual brackets n shit i can see that but like just getting to x rank or getting up isnt too bad with sticks and if you got high sensitivity you aint need to do y turns as long as you're able to controll ur aim but for like actual pros that to tournaments and stuff they yea i guess
