This looks lovely! I like making tiramisu in a fancy glass so you can see all the layers and don't have to worry too much about keeping the sides nice and straight.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE your courses. I’ve bought all of them. Haven’t done this one yet..... will do. The musics was too loud in this video. It distracted from this absolutely lovely recipe. Can’t wait to try it!
Oh lovely! Will def make this for Christmas, thank youuuu! Maybe you could reduce the volume of the music a bit next time, I found it quite distracting
This is my Italian boyfriend's FAVE dessert and I know he has been missing it since going vegan, so thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! I will make this soon and let you know how it turns out. Thanks so much, love your channel! 💖👍
Yo Dudes! We recieved order of the Happy Health Plan! It looks absolutely beautiful, can't wait to start reading it tomorrow. Perfect timing as well with my vacation starting today!
Lady fingers, what a wonderful name! I only knew these cookies by their Dutch name, which is pretty boring, namely lange vingers haha. The tiramisu looks very tasty!
@@susanlombardo8444 aah... so it is NOT the same. Damn. There's usually no baking soda in regular german supermarkets since we just use backing powered so i have been simply replacing it like that, but i guess i have to pay attention to the actual ingredients. thanks!
Any other Swiss people here that could recommend a coconut milk? The only canned one without additives that I can find is the Alnatura one from Migros and the cream doesn't really whip up nicely.
I can imagine that adding some store bought vegan cream cheese (like tofutti) to the filling would take it to the absolute next level!! Also, great idea making the lady fingers at home 👌
Yeah, normally I do my own mix of vegan cream cheese (or homemade cashew cream), coconut cream and then to make it lighter I’ll fold in fluffed up chickpea water. It makes it lighter than just using whipped up coconut cream.
Can anyone in the U.K. recommend a good full fat coconut milk? Everytime I use the cream from them it turned out too watery. I get about 60-70% coconut extract. The only time it turns out great is when I buy cartons of coconut cream from Sainsbury’s. Very expensive though for very little
Unlikely, mascarpone is dairy/ lightly sour... coconut heavy part of milk is very rich & very coconutty- maybe you wanna dilute/ stretch the cream a bit w the water?
Coconut cream tastes less coconutty than coconut milk, but one could also add some vegan yoghurt that has been draining in a coffee filter over night (makes it thicker and creamier), the acidity takes away even more coconutty taste. I’m also no fan of the flavour of coconut, but still use the combination of coconut cream with strained yoghurt a lot for cheesecake-y things. Somehow I can also tolerate the taste of organic coconut milk and cream much better...? I’ve never had mascarpone, I went vegan very early (almost twenty years ago), so I couldn’t say how to replicate that though. I just generally add a pinch of salt, nutritional yeast, yoghurt and/or miso to things that are meant to be cheesy and call it good enough.
@@kimzachris5340 thank you, I had the same question and was hoping someone in the comments would answer! 😊 Not a huge coconut fan so am hesitant. But your answer has helped.
I am sure it is yummy. Although I am dubious of it tasting remotely like a classic tiramisu. Mascarpone has always been the key ingredient, and replicating that very distinguished taste in a vegan version seems like an impossible task.

It looks delicious!
Link dont work..
Spam link!!!
This is my boyfriend's favourite dessert and he hasn't had it since he went vegan a year ago. Gonna make it over Christmas! Thankyou 😁
Super stuff delighted to hear thanks
You can also use vegan whipp cream and silken tofu
Did he like the recipe?? ? I'm trying it this weekend!
@@shauneking I think I forgot to make this 😬🤣
The moment when he eats it! EPIC!
Just made this tonight and can confirm it’s incredible! Very true to authentic Tiramisu 🤯👏🏼
no coconut flavor?
I love the energy in this video!!!
I am a Korean who is studying vegan bread. I learned a lot from your video. Thank you.
amazing!! fun fact: biscuits come from biscotti which in Italian means "baked twice", which is why they're crispy
The course is brilliant. I did it earlier in 2020
This looks lovely! I like making tiramisu in a fancy glass so you can see all the layers and don't have to worry too much about keeping the sides nice and straight.
Sounds like the best recipe I found here so far for tiramisu!
You speak Italian very well. This is one of the Italians favorite desserts. This vegan version is lighter, healthier and looks delicious
This is one dessert that I have REALLY missed! Thanks so much for a simple recipe and definitely going to give it a go.
Dudes! You NEVER disappoint! Now I need tiramisu!
Neverrrr
Thanks a mill
You guys are just amazing

That looks so amazing and way simpler than I would have thought!!
C'est magnifique et délicieux !

OMG -- I love tiramisu, but until today I thought it was one of the things I've had to give up as a vegan. THANK YOU!!!
I was just about to request a vegan tiramisu! Thank you so much for this ❤️❤️
I make tiramisu with biscoff! It’s super tasty and biscoff pretty much always vegan
Wow nice one!
The biscuits Instead of the sponge or using biscoff spread somewhere ?
Woww this looks incredible! Definitely passing this recipe onto my partner, thank you!
Super stuff thanks enjoy it’s really delish!
Thanks. So good.
It really is so good we found it hard to stop eating!

Dave & Steve I wish you guys Happy Christmas and a wonderful 2021. Thank you for all your great videos and recipes. God Bless you 💗💗
I love this and I need to try and make it. I also like that it doesn’t have alcohol in it, thanks for sharing ✌🏻🖤
If you use Xylitol please make sure your dogs don't get any as it's HIGHLY TOXIC TO DOGS!!! call your vet or animal poison control immediately. 🧡🐕🐾
Coffee and chocolate is as well. But I wouldn’t allow my dog near any kind of cake made for humans.
I can't imagine how it taste, but it looks good.,
Thanks for this. I really miss Tiramisu. I reckon even I could throw that together yay!
Yuuuuummmmm!!!

Awesome. Always wanted to try this dessert but have no idea where to get lady fingers. Will try this recipe.

Thanks Lauri love it! Hope you enjoy this one is really delicious
not a big fan of coffee but this looks good. Is there something else I could use instead?
Sure thing just use tea of choice in place of the coffee
Toasting up the cake is a good idea, I would do this too.
What a wonderful recipe! I have a question though... What is the ACTUAL difference between baking powder and baking soda?!
Baking powder, puffs and baking soda, spreads. I hope that helps!

Thanks it’s so good!
This is the best tiramisú. Even my no vegan partner adores it
yummmmmy
hold on. omg, yes please 🤤
Thanks enjoy it’s so good!
TY for this simple and economical tiramisu recipe. I’d be grateful, if you can tell me whether White Flour can be subbed with 1to1 GF cake flour?
I'm going to make this for me on mother's Day lol
Thank you! The background music was unnecessary and distracting. But recipe looks great.
Omg the great!!
vegan ('lactose-free') zwieback are a great and easy substitute for making your own biscuits
Would this be worth to make to sell ? Considering the cost of the ingredients.
Just amazing! Can you follow the course when you are gluten free? I would love to follow it but I can't eat wheat due to an allergy
We’re just update all the recipes to be gluten free so it will be ready by next week thanks
@@thehappypear Thanks amazing! thank you for this amazing news, excited to start my baking journey!

is there a reason why your website has a different recipe then the one in video?
Kahlua is no longer vegan, so try Tia Maria instead. 🙂

Hello’s
Can you do with out cocos fat?
How to adjust it for coeliacs?
Can you taste the coconut?
Not at all - it’s just taste of light rich cream
😱😱😱wow 😍
Well done! :)
Has anyone written down the ingredient list? ❤
Here’s a link to the Recipe thanks www.happypearcourses.com/tiramisu
I was hoping to make the cream with silken tofu
You could do that too but you’ll need to get some fat in to give the richness
@@thehappypear I am thinking of cashew cream and maybe a little agar for firmness. Can't use coconutoil or cream unfortunately.

how coconuts does it taste though, i'm not the biggest fan of the taste :/
