You realise that every souls game is worth to play(Even Ds2). The series is goat. From Software just creating good games and doesn’t give a f*ck about any popular trends.

Bro spitting straight facts. I respecc that.
Nah Ds2 is still whack though
Ds2 isn't worth playing unless you're a masochist that likes dying to bs. Same game with a glorified death counter and misinterpreted the design philosophy the previous games and smoke the farts of the media hyping the series as hard.
Yeah ds2 is still a great gane but other soulsborne games overshadow it and make it seem "bad"
After Sekiro secret ending, the game DESERVE a sequel
I think sekiro would be fit to be first true pvp game. dark souls never really shined in pvp it was more of a gimmick but I can imagine the sekiro system being perfect for pvp

The "I mean it's alright" for DS2 is kinda shitting on it.
@@izdatbOi nah, it's more than fair if you ask me. Dark Souls 2 is sub-par when compared with other Souls games. It's still worth playing, and to be honest I love it to the moon and back, but it has some fatal flaws, ESPECIALLY if you consider it's a Dark Souls game
@@zethrasgorgoth3145 2 major issues I have with DS2 are the the number of enemies and their placement and the "lack of design" in some places. Like for example, Cathedral of blue bonfire room. Its literally just a fucking b o x with nothing in it, and there are a lot of rooms, and even whole areas like this. On the outside it looks great, like Shulva, but on the inside its just empty and boring and feels like a chore to go through. DS1 might have also had this issue sometimes, but the fact that I cant remember it probably means that theres very few of those. But I still like DS2 for what it is. The lore and story is amazing imo.
@@izdatbOi a game being "alright" doesn't mean its bad "alright" would be like a 7 or 8-10 imo
@@abeon8151 It's the opposite for me. I don't remember any area in ds2 where I thought the design lacked detail whereas in ds1 I think Anor Londo looks so incredibly bland and undetailed to the point that when I first saw it on a video before I played the game myself I thought it had to be modded, cut content or some place outside of the map not somewhere you actually go in the game.
Actually playing Dark Souls 2 after beating demon's souls and Dark Souls 1 and that game is absolutely gorgeous. The art direction is amazing. The emotions felt when entering for the first time in Majula. The nostalgic mood and the music 🥹😍

I'm obsessed with Bloodborne. It's my favorite game. To me it feels very personal with aesthetics, gameplay, story and lessons, all of it.
Miyazaki admitted bloodborne is still his favorite game he created, anyone who played it knows how much love was put into the game. its the best souls game without a doubt, level design, combat, weapons, art design, best looking armors, and music are all FROMSOFTWARE best in this game.
sekiro combat is technical the best and works the best but i found a lack of satisfaction from it personally.
Yeah you can feel that its HIS game, he put his souls into it. Thats why it has that atmosphere you cant even describe. You have to experience it its so damn beautiful. Also the characters and the lore is just S tier, along with the OST thats literally the best I ever heard in any game especially the dlc got bangers only. If DS1 feels like a strange dream BB feels like the most beautiful nightmare, I just cant get over that game. Bloodborne over all. The only thing bad with it is the exclusiveness, so many people didn't enjoy it yet.
Bloodborne base game boss fights are so mediocre and the atmosphere of bloodborne get stale because it stays the same almost throughout the game. Bloodborne without DLC is the one of the weaker fromsoft games.

Facts, dude. You’d think that soulslike fans would get the basic concept of demographics. Elden Ring is supposed to be a first souls game, so of course it needed to sacrifice a few things to make it work. AND IT WORKED!
I'd absolutely kill for a Sekiro sequel. Maybe they could use that one ending where Wolf becomes the next Sculptor and you can just see what once was one of the most powerful men in the world now reduced to a barely-mortal, pitiful pauper

Yeah elden ring is definitely my least favorite souls game, there is so much they changed about what makes a souls game just to make it more friendly to new people, it’s honestly a fairly low quality souls game
Yeah but those are all optional bosses, all the main bosses are unique and have so many different movesets. You gotta keep in mind that the world in elden ring is huge so don't expect a open world game to not have recycled enemies in some areas.

i can feel the gigachad energy leaking from you
I love every single game of these
Sekiro feels so smooth when you get the combat down and it feels SO good
My first play through of dark souls 1 was just phenomenal because i had never played a game like dark souls 1 and i was instantly hypnotized by the souls series
All souls games are amazing
I hated playing DS2 but when i finally finished the game i loved it. Something about these souls games that give that huge dopamine boost when you overcome the obstacles that the game throws at you.
You know what, I can't argue with this one
Every one of these games are perfect. From software is just perfect at this genre
ds2 was the one that introduced me to the series and it will always have a special place in my heart
also the start menu theme slaps
I like Bloodborne and Sekiro especially because they’re both unique among the other games. The average person might never parry in other souls games, but if you can’t parry then you basically can’t beat anything in Sekiro. It also changes the weapon system completely where your main weapon cannot be changed, but you can change your prosthetics and I really like how you can chain attacks with the prosthetics too. Bloodborne changes so much too. I think that the whole gimmick of limited heals is genius. It gives you a sense of urgency and actual dread that you might be left without heals when you respawn. And the “take back” system it has for taking damage is incredible. It forces you to be more aggressive than you would be in any other souls game because you can get that health back. The trick weapons are also incredible. Being able to chain attacks between the compact and expanded versions creates so many possibilities for how to fight. And parrying with the gun is such a unique and, in my opinion, underrated technique
