- Demon's Souls Platinum was WORSE than I thought! In this video I playthrough and get all trophies/achievements for the Platinum Trophy in Demon's Souls. This was very difficult to pull off due to the outdated nature of the game. As this was the first ever "souls" game to release. I just got the platinum for this game last week. Hardest part was the online trophies and doing ng+ for boss souls. Those mindflares on the way to the old monk where about to make me quit. Overall though it wasn’t to bad and flamelurker/man eater are the only hard bosses in ng+

This is quite literally impossible for me, im missing a few trophies but i cant seem to find anyone that needs help with a boss therefore no plat, this was also my last plat in the series

This is the easiest platinum of them all lmao, the OG ps3 demon souls platinum was an actual nightmare farming a bugged enemy drop .01% drop rate item. This demon souls version doesn’t make you max out 1 of every upgrade tree. Wait til bloodborne platinum or DS3 grind fest
Only hard part of the Bloodborne plat is dragging yourself through the chalice dungeons

chalice dungeons assuming you don’t use the player created glyph that negates the OG 5 chalice pathway the game normally intended for use to get to the final boss of chalice 5, has chalice #4 cut your HP in half and puts 2 bosses that will one shot you at said hp values.
The watchdog and Amygdala, which normally aren’t really too bad but since chalice dungeons lock you in a tiny room with giant bosses with big AoE attacks it means 1 mistake will cost you the entire run.
Now there are work arounds to make it easier, players that modded their PS4’s can create chalice glyphs and essentially create their own chalice dungeons and it gets uploaded and saved so anyone, even non modded PS4’s can use and someone made a modded chalice #4 dungeon without the HP reduction debuff which makes this whole argument null since it’s the only real challenge for platinum when doing it originally.
Still counts for the trophy so your call on what choice you make, there is also chalice glyphs that let you fight unused bosses; albeit some have missing animations since they were unfinished but they can make for cool content too.
Also yeah DS3 isn’t difficult but you will want to make a 2-5 hour playlist of your favorite music while repeatedly grinding enemies praying to rngsus for 30, 1% drops multiple times for items/spells tied to covenants that are tied to trophy’s
@@kakyointhemilfhunter4273 yeah but the defiled chalice dungeon is a pain in the ass; assuming you don’t use the modified player glyph one that takes away the HP reduction debuff, it still counts for the trophy either way but doing it the intended route in that defiled chalice sucks when 1 mistake with giant bosses with huge AoE attacks in a tiny room will one shot you.

demons souls remake was actually my first ever platinum trohpy on playstation and it was surprisingly really easy to me.

Don't do it just don't I just did tower knight today for the first time ever and even with killing archers it was the worst souls boss ever and i alredy beat bloodborne in past too

Got the Platinums in Sekiro and Bloodborne and have decided to go for this. I played the PS3 version back when it was an import and found the remake a little too easy on my first run. Currently in NG+ which despite being a LV.107 feels like never having played the game before. The mot challenging NG+ boss so far has been Flamelurker. I'm now having to deal with world tendency to get certain weapons and rings for the Platinum. Typing this while watching your video.
When you see False King begin winding up his AOE, run towards him and strike to cancel it.

I had played a decent amount on release but never went for any trophies at the time

pro tip if you're a mage you don't need to use the fist of god, just hold it on your off-hand and kill the dragon god with a spell

Were you wearing the Thief Ring during Tower Knight? The archers mostly ignore you if you wear it and hang out by the closed gate. Also locking on makes it 1000x easier. He’s one of the easier bosses. Ive never seen Phalanx heal.

I'm sort of following your footsteps in this inner ward area (trying to save the witch) it's been really hard for me. Enemies are killing me too fast. Did this happen to you? Do you have any tips?
If you want you can take the time to farm souls early on. I did the bow farm in 4-2.

Upload your save data to the PlayStation cloud, then reload for each ending

I want to get firestorm for my first playthrough of the game but I'm worried it will affect me getting the platinum as I will be missing out on the sage's trophy. What did you do that allowed you to get the spell then in ng+ allow you to get the trophy
You have to rescue everyone again either way.
You will still also need the 2 Dragon demons souls as well.

Currently trying to platinum this, I have to get to pure white character tendency and pure black to get the last 2 rings, then I'll start up my ng+ to finish grabbing the last spells and miracles. The hardest part is finding someone to invade me so far
Edit: grinding the pure bladestone and golden coin was a bit of a pain but only took me 3 hours, thank God they changed the drop rates

Judgment (ps4 version). Puyo puyo is soul eater! I tried this minigame for the last 2 weeks and I'm losing my mind! Already managed to beat 9/10 rivals and only need to beat rulue!

Fair play, managed to platinum Bloodborne (my 1st souls game) eventually, but demons souls is just brutal for me. Can't get the hang of it or get past the first 30mins 😂

"Fire Storm" you buy it from Yuria the witch with the dragon demon soul.
This was one of the easier souls plattys to be honest. Ds3 grind for instance was super ruff

I'm sure this doesn't help at this point, but if you want the Tower Knight to slam his shield down then you need to be up close to him. If you're out of range, he's going to use his ranged options (in this case his long spear) whereas ranged options wouldn't be appropriate up close

cool Video, but it would have been a lot easier if you had done the Bosses in a very different Order or used some of the easy methods for those Bosses. I did platinum a while ago and out of all Soulsbounrne Games this was by far the easiest to get

I don't want to hear about hard souls plats until you farm PoCK tokens from silver knights for 30 hours in DS3 or spend 40 hours farming the vertebra shackles in the same game, running up and down a hallway with a rolling boulder until your thumbs bleed 🤣🤣🤣

Is the online still active enough to get pure black/white character tendency faster? Black is easy enough murdering npcs but pure white was such a slog offline. Would it be easier to reset to ver. 1.0 on disk and use the infinite luck glitch to 1tap everything?😂
Yeah for me invasions weren’t a huge issue (Still had to kill some black phantoms tho), but do whatever you want!
I platinumed every soula game and quit on demon soul i missed istarrelle becuse of some reason my world tendency didnt shift towards white when i beat all the bossess(was on souls form the whole run) and i didnt manage to get my ct to white either so i just rage quited and said guck i beat the game twice i dont want to do another run just for a sword bunch of spells and a ring
Dang, yea the world tendency system is VERY annoying to keep track of and is by far the worst part about this plat

Farming vertebrae shackles offline is actual misery. Online don't bother unless you're a god pvp-er because everyone uses meme/twink builds. Somehow concords are easier to farm and sunlight medals are earned through co-op which was nice. But FUCK Moundmakers into the next life

GG to you, for me i am going to plat this game as much as i did on PS3 of the OG original. I can say is call that some trophies of this game has been moved and swamped a bit but over that i hate Tower of Hope worst level EVER. I hated it in original and still hated today until i go through the level i try myself and see if i like it myself in the remastered. GG

The remake trophy list is super easy the original was a nightmare
