My swing is so much low to high, i'm struggling to fix that. It's hard bc the muscle memory.

I wish I could have this concept long time ago, the most useful advice so far!

Clarifications, clarifications! What a difference it makes :) Such a game changer info to have. I kind of use to wonder if there is more to it as it seems a bit weird to actually apply in practice before this note. Thank you. Yeah, it's "revolutionary" I must say.

This is great! I’ve been having this exact issue where I keep hitting into the net and I couldn’t figure out how to get more forward momentum without hitting totally flat. This is a great tip, thank you!

Question: to drop the racket that way do you bend the wrist down or rotate the forearm externally (supinate)?

Great question, I am hoping they respond with an answer. My first guess is to relax the wrist for racket to drop more. Warning: I am only guessing, don't take my answer for what to do.

If you rotate your forearm externally you will change the racket angle in an unfavorable way. As Top Spin mentioned, relaxation of the wrist is key here. Let gravity do its work and then tighten your grip and wrist again while swinging towards the contact point. Good luck with the improvements ;)

What's happens when contact point is much higher?

On a higher contact point (hopefully not higher than shoulder level unless absolutely necessary) you want to get your forearm higher up as well but the same technique applies as explained in the video. If you do not wish to hit the ball back with power but just as a topspin moonball you can keep your racket a bit more below the contact point during the backswing and open your racket a bit more toward the sky. That way you will be able to play the ball higher and give it more spin without overpowering it. Hope this answers your question. Good luck practicing! :)
