Thanks Scott. I was in need of a drill holster, went to Lowes and bought a canvas version. Problem is I like to keep my drill on the back of my belt but the angle is all wrong. Anyway, I'm really happy you showed me this, I'll give a shot and let you know how it's working. Have a great day man

Mine broke after 4 or 5 months. The spring clip mechanic is not very sturdy IMO. Too much play in the mechanic. Still worked great, just couldn't lock my drill in, so it would fall out occasionally. Might try another one and see if it lasts longer.

    Very good suggestion to Spider

Really thinking about buying this since the dewalt holster clipping system is dumb and does not fit in the holster very well.

They do make the wrap around with the non rotation clip. I just saw it on their website SpiderMonkey kit. Not sure if you can get just one or two. Currently 15% off with free shipping for mothers day on their website!

Scott’s Tool Thoughts but it is not available for the SpiderTool, just for the SpiderMonkey. That company should do an explanation video

Yep. Two different websites. The SpiderMonkey stuff is geared towards photography. You want to go to:
      Spidertoolholster.com

Hi Scott, what's the name of the Toughbuilt pouch in this video that you hooked up the Spider Tool Holster to?

Or just buy a Veto bag to begin with and avoid the troubles. Just sayin. Great review of Spider tho. Thnx

What if you had to use the drill with your left hand ? I work in curtains and many times I’d have to switch from right to left hand! Isn’t that peg a problem ?

Naw, your good screwing into a ladder, they are circular holes, if they were of any other shape, I would say no! Holes maintain the structural integrity so long as there aren't too many very very close to each other.
