Another gorgeous 2 knives and well done review, Fredrik. Thank you. The bead blasted version looks almost like a "steampunk" engineered knife. Very cool looking. I like them both very much.

Thank you, my friend! And you're right, the bead blasted version really do have that "steampunk look", I wish I would have mentioned it in the video. :) Next up in terms of ADV-knives is the Alpha and Alpha-S. Very nice knives as well, but I prefer the Pitboss 2 over them any day of the week. It'll be interesting to hear your thoughts about them, though!

Great review and beautiful knives. Met Andre at Blade Show on Friday and bought a few of his copper customs. I'm sure I paid for his family's plane tickets lol. Nice guy.

Thank you! If I had attended Blade show, Andre would have been my first stop. Those copper customs are awesome! I would have picked up a few extra Pitboss 2's and a Tanto and some other stuff as well ofc. Man, I need to go to Blade next year ... Enjoy your new, awesome knives!

I would be satisfied with 154cm for ease of sharpening! Over the harder powdered metal variants. The Jade G-10 is my favorite combo!

There's nothing wrong with 154CM, or even better, CPM-154CM. I don't think I own any folder in that steel, though. I have quite a few fixed blades in 154CM/CPM-154CM, and they have never given me any issues (great balance between corrosion resistance, toughness, edge retention and ease of sharpening).
