Hi
I ALWAYS believe brickwork is a british thing, i am impressed by amazing quality everywhere !!!!
I came across Sut by accident, I can't stop watching. Ive watched all the videos and i have got to say apart from the skill of the bricklaying. The Music on all the videos is the best ive heard on any video on youtube. Keep up the good work and the music. Loving it all. x
These are the sorts of videos I wish didn't end. Loving this series!
I only came on youtube to look at how you lay a foundation for a shed base, and now working my way through every video of this extension build! You guys are super talented and these videos are class 👌🏻
I am from Poland and I watch you and think you are the the Best
Great job and your a top lad, I wouldn’t pay any attention to negative comments. Keep it up 👍
Wow Stu , who ever hires you I hope they are appreciative you sir are an artist 😊😊😊❤❤
I really do miss being a bricky . You're on top of your game stu fair play . I don't know how the government expect us to go on until we are sixty seven and beyond . Take it easy mate and have a great time 👍
World class craftsman and real gentleman.
Another cracking video Stu. Looking forward to seeing the roof on and then finally the extension completed. Keep up the good work mate! 👍👌
I do like those brick, you've done a great job managing the color blend. can't wait to see the next installment. 👍
Grand job Stu , that looks incredibly neat.
Superb Stu, All the best, have fun!
Great work Stu. Looks great. 👌👍
I should probably get out more but that must be so satisfying seeing that bubble in the middle when you drop that spirit level on that steel beam.
It’s great to see how this is done though. There seems to be so much more that goes into this type of work these days. I’d hire you guys without a doubt.
These are the best videos you do big man keep churning them oot 👏 🏴
Још један одличан видео у низу!Одлично Стјуарте!
Looking good Stu really neat work.
Great video Stu, now everyone knows your kids postcode (on girder ) lol, she will be doing tours showing your great workmanship, Jang is picking up the skills , doing perps, hope she's got plenty of dosh to do the inside , no doubt you will help her out where you can, looking forward to seeing the next part 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Nice work Stu. Enjoyed this instalment, you do make it look easy.
Good man stu. Great videos to watch.
Don’t think I’ve seen brickwork as neat as this, every aspect of it Stu, the pointing, the brick type and the quality of your laying. If I was going to extend my house you’ve got the job mate👌🏻👍🏻👌🏻
Nice one Stuart great watching I can't lay a brick straight to save my own life but its great to see others do it.You make it look easy but it's not its a skilled job that requires patience and a lot of physical effort..looking forward to the roofing...
Top work Stu, it’s coming along nicely just wonderful.
Nice work looked good over the top of the steel beam
Lovingthe rafter lifter, I've never seen that before
Great vid. Second time watching. Watching others of yours again too. I love bricks.

Such a nice job you're doing, real quality work.
Awesome work as always!
🔴 Hi Stu, beautiful job, looks well raked out, I think it highlight's the bricks more when raked out. Nice job.
Brickwork looks like wallpaper 👌
Bang on level = precision work. Nice job Stu 👍👍
Looking forward to seeing it finished Stu looks great.
Awesome as always man 👍🏻👍🏻
Quality job as always mate 👍
Loving this project
Good bit of graft this week stu👍. Think you deserve half a shandy this weekend 😁. Who'd of thought bricks have a back side👍
Pure perfection in the consistency of brick spacing, mortar lines, etc. is sooo so good! It’s so consistent across the board it looks like that “thin brick” faux brick facade stuff. It’s Incredible! Or like he says sometimes “looks like wallpaper” haha. It totally does! #nailedit 😂🤗
Another perfect job .. well done matey 🙏🏻
Love the videos buddy it nice to have some one talk to you instead of at us hope kc is well 😊
Perfect mate 👌🏻 love to see the pride in your work 👍🏻

@@Stucrompton1 😂😂
Said it a few times now I love this brick stu. Would love to see a little tip video on how you rake out the joints. Keep up the good work mate 👍
For anyone wondering, theres a little tool called a ''chariot'' mortar rake. Imagine a brick jointer, with 2 little wheels and a nail that pokes out underneath. That, or a bit of wood with a nail tapped in to the depth you want to rake.
Good workmanship that 👍
good video ..... great 👌👌💜💚💛
Genuinely Amazing work, love your videos! Keep up the grind boys !!! 🤙
Amazing skill lads
Well done stu 👍Great work as always.
Just be careful giving out addresses (it's near the river, nice place)

Stu you are a top trowel - but surely mate - you never shove the woolly in afterwards ;) tut tut
looking good stu!!!
Nice work
Exvellent work God bless
great work guys. Just ensure that you install some steel plates below those beams to distribute beam weight evenly throughout the bricks and avoid brick wall edge shear failure.
Good and best working
well done my friend👊
"We always save the spiders..." - proceeds to chuck it in to the muck, lol
Nice brickwork 🧱
Nice Stu .
Thanks👍🏻
Nice work! Use the end on the rake to press the perp/head joints in. Works like a charm.
Cheers 👍
Wow workmanship looks 1st class looking forward to seeing the next video 👍
Should have a prop under the lintel mate until the brickwork has cured, then you can take it out. Especially over a large span. looking good so far 👍
Not needed bud, it’s a steel rsj that can carry over 1 tonne not a bendy catnic. Checked the lines an it’s straight As an arrow 👍
@@Stucrompton1 Up to you mate.
@@MrJFoster1984 I'm just curious Stu. Could the expansion and contraction of the steel cause the brickwork to crack . I wondered if a small expansion joint be required either end of the steel beam . Cracking job tho , well tidy .
I love your videos
Have you done any video's on finishing the brickwork? Like raking out and making it neat?
No I will do one some Dave
Loved the way you coursed the bricks differently than the original house (to make a feature?)
Loving this mini series of the extension Stu, I might give it a go I mean “how hard can it be” then the house falls flat 😂
😂🤣
Nice work I am a bricklayer working in Spain for the last 16 years. Fed up with cowboys.there don't know what a padstone is or a newton enjoy your vidios
How did the Scotsman find the goat in the tall grass?
Very satisfying.

Cheer pal private work all day for me
Parabéns pelo seu trabalho 👏
brilliant as always, I'd like to see dust masks with the insulation
nice job
Nice brickwork. How is the steel fastened to the masonry wall or is the weight of it sufficient ? How about a picture of a bag of the mortar that you use for the mix, curious.
Great job as always. Did you have to reduce the thickness of all the brick sitting on the steel.
Yes just a little bit
Yes stu happy 12th a july mate god save the queen 🇬🇧
04:20 I always save them also and let the live.
lookin goooood, when you fix your sliding doors are you going to fix up through that metal plate?
Hi stu why did you have to put a fancy style in the breeze block at the top ?
They’re called padstones the steel has to sit on them
stu crompton oh right thanks mate 👍🏻
great job mate, just wondering if it was drying quickly why didn't you wet the brick with hose pipe
It's commonly believed that mortar doesn't adhere to a wet brick.. here in Australia we always cover unused bricks with plastic overnight if it looks like rain!. You can add more dement but you can't add water to solve the problem. It's just the way the biscuit crumbles!!!

Getting there mate
