Definitely looks dated for 1997. I would say that Final Fight and Street Fighter II had superior graphics and they pre-dated this by about seven years. The fact that it looked so dated, may be why it wasn't released on consoles. But I have to say that Capcom have produced some of the best games & game music ever. I have the Final Fight soundtrack in my collection, plus the Street Fighter II soundtrack CD that was given away free with Mean Machines magazine.

The Streetfighter 2 soundtrack is iconic. I can hum it and my eleven year old can identify the stage from the game instantly.
Final Fight a bit less so, but the first level is ingrained on my brain!
