If you can, try increasing the air pressure to around 90 psi. This helps to blow the dross out of the kerf as you cut. One thing I have found is that if you have "fire & sparks" coming out of the top as you cut the speed of cut is too fast meaning the torch hasn't had time to cut through. If you have a lot of dross on the underside it means that the travel speed is too slow. This happens because the torch flame is melting the edges of the kerf . Think of like a hot knife cutting butter. Too slow and the edges melt away leaving an ugly cut. It really becomes a balancing act to get the parameters right. Believe me I know how aggravating it can be. One more thing too, make sure your nozzle tips and electrodes are in good shape. After many pierce cuts the blow back of molten metal onto both can really mess up the quality of your cuts thus offsetting all your the perfectly set pressures, feed rates, amperage, cut heights, etc. Don't get discouraged!

@@brian13873 It cuts very well, but I am still testing. Came with two tips 0.8mm so I ordered some 1.1mm consumables to try on 12mm stock.
