    I watch your videos while drinking my coffee at 5:30 am 🙂 Curtain tutorials are a great idea. I’ve made many over the years...kitchen, bathroom, my boys’ rooms. I think some people don’t realize how easy they are to do!! I’ve always loved making curtains. Thanks again for your great tutorials. 🙂

    Thank you for the videos. I'll definitely be looking at the other videos. I have found some cute towels at Dollar General stores in this area,, they have different prices but a lot for $1.00 each. I've also bought some at Walmart after seeing your video on kitchen towels.

    Great ideas! Always look so forward to your videos! So inspiring! I love that you make such beautiful things from Walmart fabric and supplies. Nothing wrong with the expensive fabrics, especially for something special. But I really love making things I can use and enjoy without breaking the bank to do it. Thanks so much!

  • @glendal3350

    I am problems finding material with some Poly, etc. as cotton wrinkles. Have a new little niece and want something that doesn’t have to ironed. 😢 Also, I have decided to make kitchen towels to hang on stove, but want something besides hot pads. Today, I thought about the scraps I have are cotton! Advice is welcome. Using my hot pads!🙋🏼‍♀️

    • @TheSewingRoomChannel
      @TheSewingRoomChannel  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Glenda. I have always used 100% cotton quilting fabrics for pot holders, hot pads, decorating kitchen towels, appliance covers - everything for the kitchen that I make is cotton. I do not press any of the items with an iron after the wash/dry cycle, and they look good. Try making one item with cotton, then wash/dry it, and see how you like it. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching. Happy sewing, and happy new year. 😍
