I bought a bunch of sheets from thrift stores to use for quilting. Just 100% cotton ones I can wash and disinfect first. Sometimes you can even find unused donated curtains and sheets and table cloths, etc. This could be a good source for making these sorts of things, bags, totes, backpacks, coasters, pillows. You could even embroider them and make them even more special for people who love handmade items. Your work is beautiful 💓

Hi Andi, From Maryland. I just came across your channel and absolutely love your items that you make & sell. Your items are so professionally made and they are top notch. Not only how great your items look but they are well made and put together. I use to sew quite alot and made some of my clothing in Jr High & High School. I love working on quilts, as well as making and designing new things. I enjoyed watching this video. I'll keep watching! Thank You.
Loved all of it & the up cycle of fabrics…. One thing I always do with any bag is add either 1 or 2 tabs to hang a clip to it to Cary. On the ones that don’t have straps definitely a folded loop On the outside.. A nice idea is make a bunch of different sizes of carabiners Laniers , wrist straps, with long ones adjustable.. that match your fabrics. Sell separate or together. Add the hardware… people like simple & functional … I also on the inside of small bags place 2 spots of folded ribbon fabric … to clip keys on the inside with..or Laniers to. Like the babies Pacifier to inside of the bag.. or so the smaller pouch won’t fall out or get pick pocketed.
The nice thing about making strap handles(Laniers,carabiners )that match those bags that have no straps is, if you’re having issues to sell… putting extras on them real quick… & it makes those that are slow sellers better…

Hi Andi, From Maryland. I just came across your channel and absolutely love your items that you make & sell. Your items are so professionally made and they are top notch. Not only how great your items look but they are well made and put together. I use to sew quite alot and made some of my clothing in Jr High & High School. Loved all of it & the up cycle of fabrics….
One thing I always do with any bag is add either 1 or 2 tabs to hang a clip to it to Cary. On the ones that don’t have straps definitely a folded loop On the outside..
A nice idea is make a bunch of different sizes of carabiners Laniers , wrist straps, with long ones adjustable.. that match your fabrics. Sell separate or together. Add the hardware… people like simple & functional … I also on the inside of small bags place 2 spots of folded ribbon fabric … to clip keys on the inside with..or Laniers to. Like the babies Pacifier to inside of the bag.. or so the smaller pouch won’t fall out or get pick pocketed.

The nice thing about making strap handles(Laniers,carabiners )that match those bags that have no straps is, if you’re having issues to sell… putting extras on them real quick… & it makes those that are slow sellers better…
