The knob on the right side is the tensioning knob. The centrifugal brakes are inside. To set them you need to remove the left side plate. Inside you will see six switches you can turn on or off, those are the centrifugal brakes.
Spool tension knob is not your centrifugal braking system. Both braking systems (magnetic and centrifugal) are on the same side. Spool tension is spool tension, not the centrifugal brakes.
