Thanks for making this video coach! It seems as though people only wanna talk about how good the Cavs have been over these past 2 games, or the drama of Lavar Ball. Ain't nobody taking about the Jazz! They beat Golden State by 30 points, they beat the raptors (1 seed in the east), they beat San Antonio twice! And many other teams! The jazz have it rolling right now, and if we can keep this momentum up, we'll be sure to make some noise in the playoffs!
Reqzy I agree, and that's perfectly fine by me. Look, we got young guys still developing. On this current roster, we have 0 all stars lol. I don't expect us to go far in the post season. What I do expect though is for guys like Mitchell, O'Neal, and Rudy to have more play off experience. And then build around the team moving forward. We have great role players like Ingles who has been killing it from three point land and favors. All we need now is a super star. Then I think we will make some noise
Winston Thao Thats good for your team even though you dont like it.Less attention means less pressure for your team less criticism when bad scores come and better performance. If you are meant to do something better go under the radar if you know what i mean
WillToNihilism huh?I didnt say anything bad about your team on the contrary its quite a likeable team what i said with what you replied have miles of distance
Isn't it Crazy how many current NBA coaches have connections to Coach Pop? Steve Kerr (Golden State Warriors) played for Pop, Brett Brown worked with Pop (Philadelphia 76ers), Joe Prunty worked with Pop (Milwaukee Bucks), Mike Budenholzer (Atlanta Hawks) worked with Pop. Quin Snyder (Utah Jazz) worked for Pop on the Spurs G-League affiliate.
Video on the bucks defensive improvements since Kidd was fired? Haven’t played great competition overall but still we’re literally number 1 in D rating since Kidd was fired
Thanks for all these awesome videos Coach Nick. They have helped so much with my game. I've only started playing basketball for a club 3 years ago and after studying your videos on jump shot form, I now average five catch and shoot 3pt attempts per game on plus 50% shooting, despite that I am the least experienced player on the court at all times and can't dribble to save my life (I'm lucky to have great team mates that feed me the ball). First season I averaged 1.5 ppg, second season 3.5ppg per game and 5 games into my third season, I'm averaging 12.6 ppg! Looking to continue improving!
They are such a fun team to watch and it's good to see coach Snyder get some love He as had some bad teams, largely because they were so young but now everything is coming full circle and he is showing the league he can coach a team to a Contender/championshio level
Crwoder is a great adition. he can shoot, defend and is very smart player. Rubio is very underated. Gobert is a beast. Mitchell is a rookie on fire. Man, this squad con go to the Conference Finals with some luck
It seems he forgot about ben simmons when talking about roy, mitchell is having a great rookie year but simmons is the all around better player and should have been an all star.
It's amazing, but not at all surprising why certain role players would do so well on teams like the Jazz but would struggle mightily on superstar lead teams. This Jazz offence, seems like everyone is allowed to drive, create plays, shoot and make decisions. That's why one of the best passers in the league (Rubio) is so down in assist numbers but is playing the best Ball of his career. Guys like Ingles would be on other squads with ball dominating stars and play nowhere near as good because all he is allowed to do is catch and shoot it. I hope Marco Bellineli isn't forced to be a catch and shoot player in Philly and they run some offence with him doing more.
Thanks for making this Video. Biggest Jazz fan in the world right here!!! Its only gotten better since this Video too! you heard it hear first Jazz will beat the Rockets this year if and when we play them. Jazz should make the 4th or 5th seed
I liked and appreciated your analysis more of Rubio for this video. I think he doesn't get enough respect and you basically showed some points that people often miss with him.
Ingles reminds me a lot about Larry Bird's play style. Not really quick, can't jump high, shoot with a more or less weird lefty shot, great offense leader. And most importantly, play at a very calm and leisurely pace, while still getting whatever he wants. Fundamental of basketball.
Make a lakers video, about ingram at point guard, how good josh hart has been, julius has been good. theres a lot to talk about and they have the 2nd best record in the nba since jan 7, so its relevent as well, and you could talk about how isaiah fits( or doesnt fit) with the young guys
Royce oneale is outplaying every rookie not named Mitchell or Simmons. He is a better Tatum, he can lockdown defenders and nail 3s and he was undrafted. How long before we decide Utah has the best scouts in the NBA?????
Donovan Mitchell “certainly deserves” rookie of the year? I don’t know if you’ve heard of this guy named Ben Simmons but he’s pretty good. I like Mitchell and I think it’s definitely a close race but Simmons simply does more for his team. Yes Mitchell’s team has more wins but he has more help than Simmons does and honestly if I’m starting a team right now it’s no question I’m taking the guy that’s putting up numbers like Lebron’s rookie career
Simmons does more for his team? LOL. Simmons is just a facilitator in Philly's offense. Mitchell is THE GUY in Utah's offense. Mitchell has a much tougher role on the Jazz than Simmons has on the 76ers.
1 Survivor Considering Simmons averages more rebounds, assists, blocks, and steals I would say yeah he does a lot more. And those are just box score stats. If you look at advanced metrics it's even more one sided: - Simmons creates 16.1 potential assists per game, the fifth-most this season, while Mitchell only creates 6.6. For comparison, LeBron James creates 17.7 potential assists per game and Lebron is the only player over 6'7" that creates more than Simmons. - Simmons is a better defender as well only allowing .76 points per possession to spot-up shooters, the best among 27 players with at least 150 spot-up attempts defended this season, and just 0.87 points per possession when defending the rim (top 12 percent of the NBA). While the 76ers give up 3.9 points less with Simmons on the floor the Jazz actually give up 1.6 points more with Mitchell on the court. - If you look at Real Plus Minus Simmons is again much better with 2.8 points per 100 possessions equating to 7.1 more wins for his team while Mitchell RPM is 0.9 points per 100 possessions equating to 4.4 wins added. - On top of all that Simmons has the most triple doubles by a rookie since the 1983-84 season The only things Mitchell really does better than Simmons are shooting 3s, which I won't argue, and scoring but if you look at Mitchell's usage rate compared to Simmons that 3.1 PPG difference is irrelevant. Mitchell can get buckets but he's far less efficient than Simmons As for who has the tougher role, no one expected Utah to make it into the play offs and they only started getting hot when Rudy Gobert returned. You can argue that Joel Embiid is better than Gobert but considering Gobert doesn't take nights off like Embiid and both Ricky Rubio and Joe Ingles are better than anyone else on the 76ers it's pretty easy to say the tougher role is on Ben Simmons. Look at it like this, if you want a guy that scores just a bit more but does so less efficiently then take Mitchell. If you want a guy that contributes on both ends of the floor, makes his team mates better, and scores efficiently then take Simmons.
BBALLBREAKDOWN Like I said before, I like Mitchell a lot but Simmons just does so much more for his team on both ends of the court and the 76ers have a better record currently despite Mitchell having more help than Simmons. Also, I meant the beginning of my orginal comment to be more of joke than me being rude, it's hard to convey humor through text so if I came off rude that's my bad.
Coach what do u think abt the Jazz under-utilizing Derrick Favors? Everytime I see him standing at the corner in horns sets waiting for the kickout corner 3 I feel bad for him. That's not part of his game. He should get more touches at the block and be involved in pick and roll actions, which killed the Spurs last night down the stretch.
Favs was fundamental in the win against the Spurs. The Jingles/favs pick and roll combo is the best pick and roll combo the Jazz have. Favs has 103 dunks this year so far and 105 is his career high. He's being used and being effective.
Coach, is it fair to say that big men are making a comeback? Of course it’s a different era from the post up, physical game as before but more athletic and defensive minded.
I'm no Jazz fan in particular but I just want any team that is not the Cavs or especially Warriors to win. If either of those two win again, I'm never watching NBA. For excitement/dominant performances, I'd much rather just watch UFC.
thats just beautiful basketball. watching this makes me realize just how bad my knicks are in every aspect of the game.
Joe JG I stopped watching the knicks after the first quarter of the season they always die down after that
As I was reading this the Knicks were blowing a 21 point lead to the Wizards
At least they're better than the Suns
That’s how I felt about the bucks with kidd as our coach
What’s happening in this comment section 😂😂😂
Thanks for making this video coach! It seems as though people only wanna talk about how good the Cavs have been over these past 2 games, or the drama of Lavar Ball. The jazz have it rolling right now, and if we can keep this momentum up, we'll be sure to make some noise in the playoffs!
Winston Thao they're not making any noise lmao. No way they're taking more than one game away from anyone in the 1-5 seed.
U a loyal fan, props. My team needs to remove MJ from the owner position.

ReignRock I guess he has that effect on people.
brb gonna work with Popovich on 2k18 so I can get $$$
Pop > Phil Jackson
CHRISFERNANDEZLive no question lol this isn’t even a discussion
Yes
it's just full circle back to the jazz. Pop was mentored by Jerry Sloan
that jersey certainly is hot
Make that 11 straight W's. #TakeNote
Joe Ingles > Michael Jordan
Zaza Pachulia>Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
Swaggy P>Larry Bird
Ricky Rubio > Steve Nash
Derrick Rose > Steph Curry
Ron "Undertaker" Baker > everyone
i like how ingles is not an astonishing athelete like others so he's very fundamental and efficient in his moves
he is very Manuesque! ^_^
Royce O'neale was a nice find
Small Shaq agreed, were stoked to have him!
Joe Ingles > Steph Curry confirmed?
Easily
Unquestionably
Curry is the Joe Ingles of America
he's actually a better shooter than curry
Swof can’t create shots
i think its the SUNS..! as per Wiki
Temperature Center (modeled): 1.57×107 K[1]
Photosphere (effective): 5,772 K[1]
Corona: ≈ 5×106 K
Facts
Ima disagree and say the HEAT.
this reminds me of my fire basketball channel
Ingles balling like Manu; one of the smartest player rn
Quin Snyder is a good coach.
and no one in the team want to make him mad.
Video on the bucks defensive improvements since Kidd was fired? Haven’t played great competition overall but still we’re literally number 1 in D rating since Kidd was fired
"it's time to get woke" I'm dead
LOVE THE RESPECT. Lifetime Jazz fan. We never get this much attention LOL
0:37 - Jersey and Arena...🙌🙌🔥🔥🔥🔥
Gobert = DPOY; Mitchell = ROTY
Thanks for all these awesome videos Coach Nick. They have helped so much with my game. That is so great to hear!! Keep me updated
Isn’t Heat the hottest team
no
Should be the Suns. Too bad they're in a long-term solar eclipse
LeBryant Howard 😂😂😂
awungsauce Suns die out, heat is a term for high temperature
Hey guys
It's a temperature joke
YESS thank you for covering our crazy 11 game winning streak rn i’m super happy to see the Jazz get some love!!!
Bruh. The jazz are going to the finals.
Coach wassup can you do a video on the Cavs?
Nah he don't like the Cavs.
Barry Allen he don't do vids of trash teams
he def means the new cavs, but they only played 2 games
Robert Balejik 2 wins is enough for cavs fans to think they’re sweeping their way to a championship, straight delusional
I gotta say coach Nick, this is the best transition in and out of an ad we've seen yet.
Am i the only one who noticed that manu travel? 8:08
Tommy Dela Cruz if u can’t see many travel three times per game then u must be an nba ref cuz u have your eyes closed
I haven't seen the video yet but it's the Jazz isn't it?
It's the Lakers
Suns actually
Joseph Lee Supersonics
Nah it's actually the Bobcats
How ever did you know
They are such a fun team to watch and it's good to see coach Snyder get some love
He as had some bad teams, largely because they were so young but now everything is coming full circle and he is showing the league he can coach a team to a Contender/championshio level
jingles😂
ryan garvey thats a real nick name people in Utah gave him.
Kyle SoSik ok i just found it funny. don’t shit ur pants over it
Finally my fave team gets talked about
I KNEW RICKY RUBIO DESERVED THE DRAFT SPOT BEFORE STEPH CURRY!
BleezyB toons Well Curry two times MVP, I like Rubio but Curry is from another planet, he is the best three pointer of all time
Aitor Tilla he was being sarcastic
when they get exum back they're gonna be serious contenders
Crwoder is a great adition. he can shoot, defend and is very smart player.
Rubio is very underated.
Gobert is a beast.
Mitchell is a rookie on fire. Man, this squad con go to the Conference Finals with some luck
Jinglin Joe should win NBA's Underrated Player of the Year
The rockets.
The jazz have won 10 in a row. I think it's fair to call them the hottest.
To be fair, rockets have won 9 in a row
Death3000 yeah it could go either way. I think the Rockets have been better in the last 20.
Ass
Yeah but saying the Rockets are hot isn't exactly a hot take lol
These ad segues and transitions are impeccable hah way to do it right!
It seems he forgot about ben simmons when talking about roy, mitchell is having a great rookie year but simmons is the all around better player and should have been an all star.
As always great content keep it coming notification gang
The Jazz are going to make the playoffs if Gobert and Mitchell stay healthy. They are way better than their current record.
I am not usually one to subscribe but damn you got me. Higher quality than ESPN.
Those transitions to the seat geek ads are always so crispy and smooth.
Thx!!
Malone and Stockton rollin over in their graves
It's amazing, but not at all surprising why certain role players would do so well on teams like the Jazz but would struggle mightily on superstar lead teams. Cant wait to watch this video! Love them all, keep it up
Great video! Love the music so much
Joe Ingles 2018 Kia NBA MVP
Can we give Rubio a slow clap? His offense has improved dramatically. Props to Gobert and the Jazz for thier stellar play.
👏🏼
Thanks for making this Video. Biggest Jazz fan in the world right here!!! Its only gotten better since this Video too! you heard it hear first Jazz will beat the Rockets this year if and when we play them. Jazz should make the 4th or 5th seed
I liked and appreciated your analysis more of Rubio for this video. I think he doesn't get enough respect and you basically showed some points that people often miss with him.
Thx!!
That thumbnail blew my mind for a second there
This channel is great.
Ingles is an aussie I believe, not french
They're playing beautifully!
Ingles reminds me a lot about Larry Bird's play style. Not really quick, can't jump high, shoot with a more or less weird lefty shot, great offense leader. And most importantly, play at a very calm and leisurely pace, while still getting whatever he wants. Fundamental of basketball.
0:59 Those jerseys are fiiiiine
Ingles looks like a bigman Manu Ginobili
Jazz have always fielded a good team even after one of my fav coach retired. Shoutout to coach jerry sloan
Honestly, Gobert to me seems like he needs a new dimension to his game to become a real superstar in the Nba
*aw yeah ima put “sus title”...goes to comments sees someone already put it*
Gobert gravity😂😂
Last season he had the 2nd best Offensive rating in the league
Make a lakers video, about ingram at point guard, how good josh hart has been, julius has been good. theres a lot to talk about and they have the 2nd best record in the nba since jan 7, so its relevent as well, and you could talk about how isaiah fits( or doesnt fit) with the young guys
Jazz playing smooth like a jazz track
people commenting about the jazz's bad record. yeah, it's not a good record. but now we have Rudy playing and the league is getting served.
im not gonna lie, the low key wave and hit the like button got me
How to be a screener in the nba? Know how to set moving screens on every play?
You mad sus for this title
William F. You mad childish for thinking like that
William F. Who cares? 2018, i don't give a shit
That's nowhere near suspect.
Reaching harder than Michael Jordan on that last shot in Space Jam.
Been watching too many osn videos
Royce oneale is outplaying every rookie not named Mitchell or Simmons. He is a better Tatum, he can lockdown defenders and nail 3s and he was undrafted. How long before we decide Utah has the best scouts in the NBA?????
You slide that seat geek app in there smooth. I know it’s coming. But you still snuck it in on me
Shoutout to the fellow Aussie Jazz fans
I’m hyped for the Cavs Pre vs Post trade comparison video
That’s NEXT!!
It seems like the league is improving but it's only because of the Warriors. Last year, teams gave up but now they're all determined to win.
Ingles has to win most improved player.
It's all coach Kokoškov's guilt why Utah has a rock-solid defence and fast ball transition.
Why ? He won the Eurocup last year with Slovenia ;)
thank you!

It's crazy to think that Gordan Hayward was on this team just a year ago
This video shows how underrated Joe Ingles is. He gets absolutely no mentions in the mainstream media.
👍🏀

very nice video nick
pls make a video on the new cavs... dem boys LIT
Joe Ingles > Steph Curry > White Mamba > Michael Jordan
Those alternate jerseys are nice.
Haha joe ingles looks like the typical Mormon dad 😂
These SeatGeek segues are 10/10
👍👍🏀🏀
Do a video on what the Cavs fixed after their trade.
Coach, is it fair to say that big men are making a comeback? Of course it’s a different era from the post up, physical game as before but more athletic and defensive minded.
Gobert almost moves on a screen every time
The dislikes are from the other 29 teams in the nba
11 straight now!
Nice vid, coach.
#TakeNote
Its the sunset jerseys im telling you
Boy that SeatGeek ad was thrown in smooth as a MF lol 😂
I tell you man, it's the jersey!
Coach make a vid about the raptors bench unit
Is Gobert the best center in the NBA? I'm starting to convince myself of that. Interesting debate...
this reminds me of my fire basketball channel
underrated
Oh man. Jazz have been fierce hot!
Rockets are also on a 10 game winning streak and number 1 in the power rankings... but I guess that doesn’t get as many clicks
he didnt even mention any team in the title lmao
Sorry, they’re only on a 9 game streak, Jazz are at 11
Sorry, they’re only on a 9 game streak, Jazz are at 11
BBALLBREAKDOWN nah rockets are at a 10 game winning streak
Raphael Marasigan but he had Rudy on the thumbnail
the shade at Ben Simmons though
Can you do a video on the Cavs defenselvely and offensively
Snyder looks like a evil movie villain man. Holy shit.
I'm no Jazz fan in particular but I just want any team that is not the Cavs or especially Warriors to win.
If either of those two win again, I'm never watching NBA.
For excitement/dominant performances, I'd much rather just watch UFC.
Rockets 9 straight bro & Added Joe Johnson
Nathan Canady Jazz 11 straight & subtracted Joe Johnson
