This is my first exposure to anything SnapOn and it’s clear they have a method to their madness. I concluded it’s to confuse the average guy so they have no clue what they are paying for, except they have “da best” by reputation.
There is something to be said for the cyclical nature of the best. It was like watching Hyundai when they began to build decent cars of interest that seemed to have better quality of life features as Toyota kept you in a banal cardboard box while Ford and Hyundai were giving you entertainment and screens in sub 20k models. At the end of the day though a Toyota is a Toyota and when it comes time to sell (like an iPhone) it has more value and their reputation still carried them through some weird reliability misses. It's something that was established in the 80s grew in the 90s and has traded on that reputation and generational opinion. It's also low friction to get into their system, everyone is doing it, once you're in the sytem especially with a box you have a new friend for years, and watching other people buy new toys makes self control a bit harder especially in younger years where instant gratification is at a premium and delayed payment is always a tricky one for young people or people without experience. There's also the the idea of selling and presenting yourself. They've positioned themselves as the tool company that exudes professionalism and have somehow edged out Mac and Matco and then a distant Cornwall. In a way these companies together normalize the business model and generation of techs have lived in this culture and learned to navigate that culture. I think it also exploits the boomer mentality of "buy one cry once" and "you get what you pay for" and how some products on the market just have a clean logo and higher price and it is perceived as more premium. It made a lot more sense for people that stayed in a career for a long time and there were less options. You'd want a heavy duty tool box as you load it up on some janky trailer and took it home until you could find your next gig load it on a trailer and go to work there. It sucks that consumers need sale and marketing for awareness, but when you look at the sales and marketing budgets of major companies in comaprison with the manufacturing or engineering side and it's obvious a more successful business model is in marketing. To Snap On's credit they do try to do both but we see how uncompetitive the pricing gets unless you monopolize and market the hell out of an industry. Young techs typically aren't the brightest and are still learnin to navigate budgets and finance while being optimistic. Then once you commit many people become the defender of their choice, because they're insecure about their own choice or they believe what some older tech told them and to deviate from that wisdom passed down is half assed or being cheap. People do it with Android versus iPhone and fight to validate their decision. It's why reviews on products are aweful, because your average human needs to reassure themselves that they made the right correct best choice and if someone makes a different one then it challenges that. On average we're strange defensive creatures.
Oh and both things can be true. Taking wisdom and advice from someone with more experience and expertise probably should be done and being contrarian just for the sake of it it's probably a path to needlessly difficult. Seeing and analyzing an alternative and making a different decision knowing it could be wrong is also fine. Just in recent times I'm sure the guy that put a down payment on their house and locked in a lower interest rate as the houses were going up 20% each year is much happier working out of his US General until he can get more established. There's so many mechanics that quickly learned that they didn't like being a mechanic and you see them with their SnapOn carts. I was one, but I kind of got the idea in school that it wasn't quite what I had anticipated and so didn't overinvest which allowed me to pivot. They started with that $1,200 Snap On credit in school to go along with our mandatory Blue Point multimeter. It's so interestingly effective.
Ive been a technician since 07. Couldn’t order stuff online like we can now. Snap on/Mac/Matco was convenient for us and the pay weekly wasn’t too bad. Nowadays being able to order online from Amazon using Harbor freight, you don’t have to go with a Snap On, Matco or Mac. We never really had to go through all the numbers like you did and confusion. This is interesting though seeing from a shop owners POV. When you order from snap on website, you pay for tool, taxes and shipping. When you order on the trunk you dont pay for the “shipping”. I usually check price of tool on snap on before i talk to my guy. Nowadays you have so many different companies now. It was you in an Adam LZ video that i found out about sonic. Good job Matt. I had a lot on my mind to type and i hope it came out clear 😅
I bought from the snap off guy, purely convenience and still looked for a more budget tool, bought blue point stuff instead. Couldn’t stand the weekly payment crap. Since I’ve been introduced to the sonic line I’ll look into those. Appreciate the info Matt.
30+ years ago I purchased Snap-on from the truck. Today the only way to purchase Snap-on is online if you aren't on a route. The local truck doesn't even have a phone number. I purchase Mac Tools now.
Snap-on tools USED TO BE the absolute best. Over the last decade or so many more tool company's from Taiwan have come out with high quality items at 1/3 the cost and many are as good or better, with lifetime warranty's as well. I own many S-O tools but have not bought any from the truck guy in over 6 years. Many S-O tools and boxes are able to be purchased online (brand new) at less than 1/2 of what the truck guy gets and that can be done from the comfort of my home. Many of the S-O battery operated tools are not even as good as the Milwaukee line and I own both. Many S-O hand tools are also quite robust and are excellent. Bottom line is no one should just be a S-O junkie 100% of the time. You should pick and choose and not just automatically just buy everything S-O. It is my own opinion there is no "free financing" because somewhere along the line you are paying for that! I also agree S-O is all about the profit & financing and care less about the actual tools now. While their tool boxes are excellent, I agree they are just not worth the money! I've got 1 S-O tool box and 6 Craftsman boxes from 40 years ago (made in USA). Originally I was only going to keep the Craftsman boxes temporarily but they have lasted so well, I never felt the need to replace them. They are still in excellent condition to this day! In no way am I comparing them to the S-O boxes, but hey..... it's a freaking tool box and they do their jobs well. When people tell me how cool their S-O tool boxes are I tell them how cool it is to have way more money in the bank. I have no issues with owning Channelock brand pliers - they are excellent and are 1/4 the price of S-O and Knipex. they come with a lifetime warranty, they are high quality and work just as good as any other high end pliers. I do own some Knipex as well and while they are excellent they are just not worth 4 times more than the equivalent Knipex pliers.
I can't agree more with you. Snap-On tools will get the job done, but they are absolutely not the outright number one. Especially with their outrageous and complicated purchasing solutions. So many manufacturers out there are making comparable quality tools for a much lower cost, it just doesn't make sense to me anymore.
Matt is all preference. Like cars not everyone wants the same type of car. Some people want to drive and shift their own gears some want the absolute fastest and just press the gas pedal. I like snap on because 50 years from now I know the damn thing is still going to work and the company is still going to be around.
$15.34 per sonic tool is crazy value… ( the PROTO anti slip ratcheting wrenches are the best I’ve used as far as RW’s go ) ( and the Metabo 5” *variable speed* grinder, and battery can be turned 90 degrees.. best grinder I’ve ever used by far.. we use it to polish big arse forged truck wheels, the variable speed is game changer ) if you get a chance try both of these. 👍🏼👍🏼
Snapon came out with a flex head ratcheting wrench set 5 piece for $800. Like the mountain/ monster, also a couple of other brands that you can get for around $200..or less. the Snapon is probably better. But not four times better. Take your pick. I know what I'm sticking with.
It's actually 4x better.... There's a video on TH-cam comparing them to other brands. It demolished them. Swing arch was at 4* on every size due to the dual 80 paw design within a wrench. The other brands got worse as the wrench sizes went up. So much so that the back drag was at 14* on the Icon 22mm. Then obviously no other manafacturer can get the chrome to snap-on's level.... They also have an on-off switch Snap-On used their own deisgn not the copy paste deisgn from Taiwan. USA made So yeah, about 4x better.
Great Video, thank you for sharing the truth about Snap-On. The sad thing is the automotive industry is becoming just like Snap-on and ripping off the world!
Hey Matt, thanks for putting this video out. I listen to the podcast a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t believe it even if they were the best after hearing about the financing chicanery I would never buy them I would just get the second best. i’m definitely in on the giveaway so you know which tool box I’m taking wish me luck have a great one.
Great video, my dad has the Snap-On truck come to his business every Friday. I always enjoyed getting to go on the truck as a kid, but as an adult it just makes me frustrated to see what he's paying for some of these tools... I never really knew about the confusing costs behind it, and I bet my Dad didn't either, even though he's bought large items like tools boxes.
I built my tool set buying from auctions, garage sales, and Craigslist, for the most part, and after spending less than $4000 for toolboxes, dozens of sets of tools, a full compliment of Milwaukee cordless tools, and I go to a workplace and have my tools next to coworkers with Snap-On, it's easy to see them as fools
(to be clear this is of my opinion) The reason it's so complicated is because how the tool truck guy gets paid is based on how much they sell. They need to purchase their inventory. They are also required to run weekly/monthly deals that snap on runs even on previously purchased products (aka their on truck inventory).... They also get incentives to finance through snap on, but the tool truck guy also gives you "credit" that's not through snap on. Amsoil is the same way..... I don't know if it's a ponzi scheme or if it's racketeering......
@@ObsessedGarage With anything, it's about how little services/product can I provide for the most amount of profit. I get it, but makes me question literally everything I pay for... other than Oreos...
Snap on has at least an 80% margin on everything they sell. Certin tools have 200% margins on them. The guys on the trucks and the end customers are the only ones getting screwed.
Job shops run so inefficiently (largely by design and half by poor management) that reduced break down rate is negligible. There is a point where Snap On makes sense when the cost of breakdown is especially consequential. But, in that case it still makes more sense to simply throw away and replace tools on a scheduled basis. I have never seen any production inconsistency whatsoever in a Milwaukee tool. It makes 0 sense to upgrade beyond that except in the most extreme circumstances.
Not sure if i missed it but I was hoping to see the time line it took to receive which tools from snap on and which from sonic/Milwaukee. You mentioned a few times about total time for either one but the difference seemed significant. Thanks for sharing!
I will say I am the same way I love love new tools. Sometimes I don't use them all the time. But I love to have them. But when I need a tool it's there.
Before the internet, Snap-on / Mac /Matco trucks were the only place that was convenient to get better tools than craftsman (back when they were pretty solid tools). The trucks figured out pretty early on what car dealers knew and that was most people are financially illiterate and only care about the weekly payment, so they came up with all these games to keep mechanics and tradespeople in debt to them. Now that we have the internet and a lot more options for quality tools with less games it is only a matter of time before this goes the way of the dinosaurs. The other interesting piece of this puzzle is a lot of larger car dealerships have gone the way of providing their mechanics w/ the tools they need instead of the mechanics buying the tools themselves. Meaning the overall volume of tool sales went down because when a mechanic leaves a dealership now they don't take their tools with them... and the new person doesn't need to buy a box / tools when they start their new job. And before any one calls me anti-snap-on.... I still have my snap-on tools that are 2 decades old, and have worked for race shops sponsored by both Snap-on and Mac.
Not sure if Mike F put those boards up but I developed a custom system what you do to hang the first corner you really need to people to help you than what you do to get a level and a punch with a tip on the end of it that fits perfectly in those glass board holes, that allows you to perfectly screw in either inserts or if it’s a stud just the screw…
Yeah Mike F installed the boards. He measured and marked where each hole would be, then anchored the inserts before hanging the boards. These things are heavy.
@@ObsessedGarage what I did is once you hang one corner with someone helping level it out and take a punch and strike it through the glass holes and it leaves a mark on the sheet rock given you on the spot guide hole On the sheet rock to screw the insert in
I only have some snap-on ratchets thats it. My other tools are not . I used to see guys going into debt for snap-on stuff, i chose not to. I could not believe how much a mate of mine spent on a toolbox from snap-on. Just the box, no tools .
Cost of money is way too high on Snap Crap. Meanwhile the poor apprentice waits 6 months for some screwdrivers and all his coworkers give him shit for not owning Snap Crap and being like his sucker coworkers. Buy used, stay off the collections guy's truck and consider the alternatives. Buy one get one is just another accounting trick. They spread the discount amongst more product.
i bought 2 snap on toque wrenches. worst mistake of my life. one stopped working about a year after buying it and they refused to fix it. they won't even sell me parts to fix it myself. they told me to go spend another $500. f that. got icon torque wrenches after that. they were MORE accurate than the snap ons were out of the box. had them calibrated after a year of use and they are still within 2% margin of error, same as the snap on. but they cost a QUARTER of what i paid for snap on. oh, and they have a life time, no questions asked, warranty.
Just a heads up Matt, I don't see any of your videos ever showing up on my subscriptions. Not sure if I'm the only one. Maybe now that I searched for your channel, ill see it lol.
Too often, the only way i know if i like something is to actually buy it and use it. I cant get a real comprehensive opinion about something like a new car by just taking a “test drive” unless i can test drive the car for several months for free😂
This whole thing feels like those weird businesses like Pampered Chef/Mary Kay/Young Living but instead of some one having a party that ends up being a sales pitch its a guy that drives to your house.. So stupid
I guess you can call me "the poor man's Matt Moreman". I am you in an older, poorer body! :-) I love your video's and I am behind you 100%. While I do buy a lot of stuff from your site, I will be totally honest with you. I will sometimes take your recommendations and buy elsewhere "only" because (as I said) I am your poor alter ego :-). Keep up the good work and I will ALWAYS purchase from your store when I can! Thanks again.
No wonder mechanics are always upside down with Snap-On there financing program is basically loan sharking. Every shop I've ever worked at you start out buying Harbor Freight until you can afford Snap-On. The sad part is a lot of guys get into buying Snap-On tools because the truck just shows up at the shop every week, and its convenient.
Matt how come your not stocking the baby tool boxes that are on sale for 100$ right now? I like the sonic boxes but your not stocking everything they sell. On sonics site the tiny boxes are dirt cheap but shipping is fucked
As per the Snap-On website: Any tools purchased on RA are purchased as an unsecured loan, so by law the return of any goods is strictly voluntary by the customer. If the customer refuses to sign the repossession form and give back the goods, a Franchisee is not at liberty to take them forcibly.
There are a lot of things that could be said about the video some very good points made and I agree with a lot of it. However when you use these every day to make a living im telling you, you will get tired of braking tools that are not up to par to use professionally every day all day. The points your making are perfect for the weekend guy but you put that sonic box with a professional tech the tools will get ruined then its more of a process to warranty then it being delivered once a week to your shop. The key is no one makes the best of everything and everyone has over-priced stuff. You need to have a mix of tools from multiple brands that is the best quality on some tools you use all the time and the best quality for the price on others.
Why Sonic is so much more expensive in the US, I bought for my employees three S12XD with 735 pc tool set from Sauerlaender my german distributor for 6199 € with 19 % tax included per unit, how is possible the same toolbox with the same tool set cost in the US $14.925 plus tax. Sonic is great for the prices we have in Europe in the US I don't know.
Such a shame. Tried to get in on giveaway. Put digital token in cart, went to PayPal and it said can’t be delivered to my address in NY. Why? Then follow up email from OG saying left something in cart. Here’s the shame. Used to be able to reply to that. No more.
@@ObsessedGarage last night right after watching and commenting on this video. Worst part is can’t reply to your email. When I see I need to open a case or ticket I want to barf. Company I work for is the same way. Sucks. Sorry.
@@ObsessedGarage sorry didn’t look close enough love the videos I have been buying snap on for 30 years now I think it’s great there are so many options now
Surprised you don't like the ratchets. I think snapon ratchets feel great, nice and smooth I prefer the soft grip handles. Agree not everything snap on is the best more like every brand has one or two items that are great. Perfect for curating a master set from OG 😎
Your Snap-on guy is very slow. Most of the guys have the repair parts on the trucks to fix the broken tools. And they will have what you order the next week.
I am a automotive technician/mechanic and I understand that sonic tools will get the job done, sonic tools will get more jobs done yes if you invested your money in sonic tools you can get more jobs done. But Snap-On/tool truck tools are not for getting the job done any tool can do that those tools are for the shop Forman someone that has to lend out there tools for when the sonic / harbor freight tool already tried and broke. For the 1% of poopy cars that are rusted and aren't taken care of or that are really well taken care of and are really old if I lend out a harbor freight ratchet and socket to another less experienced tech and they round out or strip a bolt with or break it it is now my job to fix it or help them fix it and you look at price as a dollar amount not as how much time will this save me im not paying 3 time more for nothing im paying 3 time more to save even 5% of time because as a tech who has to do a lot of jobs more than once the time saved makes me more money than that tool could have ever cost me. But thank you for telling me that I there is 27.8% margin for discounts lol I love how informative your videos are.
I believe Matco and Cromwell went a different way when Williams/SK were bought out. They were industrial focused and could make a specific tool to fit a job. The trucks were just for delivery and advertising. FedEx and UPS do the delivery from the manufacturer now (or Applied). McMaster-Carr and MSC switching to Pittsburgh and Proton industrial tools, gave Williams/SK an exit strategy.
Snappy toolboxes have the absolute worst resale value. You can pay 15k on the truck and roll it off and couldn't sell it for half that. All tool trucks have a predtory lending style of "pay $150 a week for this toolbox" that they use on new techs who dont understand that their great grandchildren will never pay off. I see so many former techs selling 30K boxes full of tools and only getting 5-8k if their lucky.
This looks like putting together a crime scene on the whiteboard trying to find out who the killer is. Hint: The killer is snap-on and the victims are all those poor suckers who pay for this crap.
I work at a college auto shop and we buy a lot of stuff. Mainly snap on, not because it's the best. They have some stuff that's great and some stuff that's mediocre. We buy from them by the thousands because they have a master contract with the state and it is super easy to spend a lot of money with them vs other brands. A lot of times the master contract price is half of what their online msrp is. We dropped 125K to renovate the entire shop with their build a bay cabinets and they look nice, but honestly the quality is lacking. Especially when a harbor freight cabinet is the same or better at a way cheaper price.
Only thing I think we’re not considering is that most Americans live on credit. So regardless if sonic is cheaper and has better tools… they don’t guarantee financing like most of these entry level mechanics need.
Everyone I work with prefer my Mac precision torque/ facom spanner’s over the snap on flank drive and they were half the price and there are probably better out there. The flank drive spanner’s are by no means the best spanner’s especially at the price they are.
Never stop injecting your personal thoughts. They are prescient and based on tons of experience. Awesome video.
This was always my argument when I turned wrenches, it was a scam and it truly kept mechanics from getting ahead due to being financially uninformed.
If you buy them for cash off the truck you’ll always get your money out of them…..
This is my first exposure to anything SnapOn and it’s clear they have a method to their madness. I concluded it’s to confuse the average guy so they have no clue what they are paying for, except they have “da best” by reputation.

If I win the giveaway, am I taxed on the ‘total retail’ price or the Matty Donky Balls price???
He usually 1099s for a reasonable price. The gt3 was $260k I believe
The winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes on the total cost of the box of their choosing.
Got the student discount of 50% off. Loaded up on snap on.
I wonder if Sonic has an educational discount program.
Love the fell off the back of the truck price. Funny Mat😊
You can too pay your bill online. But only if it's a EC account (snap on credit) a regular RA truck account you can only pay on the truck
Your random writing on the whiteboard is killing my OCD. I need it in a spreadsheet and in a PowerPoint.
(to be clear this is of my opinion)
The reason it's so complicated is because how the tool truck guy gets paid is based on how much they sell.
People will put themselves in never ending financing of these tools just to tell themselves they bought the best.
Matty flexing on us with all his titles I love it 😂 very informative video keep ‘em coming!
Ha ha.. yeah had to show the credentials.
I want to live in a world where the most expensive is the best.
That's sadly not how the world works.
@@ObsessedGarage With anything, it's about how little services/product can I provide for the most amount of profit. I get it, but makes me question literally everything I pay for... other than Oreos...
I had a friend that worked at Snap-On customer service and you would not believe how much it cost to make the tool...
Snap on has at least an 80% margin on everything they sell. Certin tools have 200% margins on them. The guys on the trucks and the end customers are the only ones getting screwed.
2 cents

Garden gnome and a dented cooler lol
Job shops run so inefficiently (largely by design and half by poor management) that reduced break down rate is negligible. There is a point where Snap On makes sense when the cost of breakdown is especially consequential. But, in that case it still makes more sense to simply throw away and replace tools on a scheduled basis. I have never seen any production inconsistency whatsoever in a Milwaukee tool. It makes 0 sense to upgrade beyond that except in the most extreme circumstances.
Even If you explained it in crayon, the simple-minded will still defend Snap-On (using a pocketfull of clitches).
What's a clitches. You sound like a fanboy.
Not sure if i missed it but I was hoping to see the time line it took to receive which tools from snap on and which from sonic/Milwaukee. You mentioned a few times about total time for either one but the difference seemed significant. Thanks for sharing!
Oh God Matty, you guys have those glass boards too I put about 20 of those up at the winery!
Great info. Would be super helpful if you could address the audio on the video. Maybe Im sensitive but the static sound makes it tough to watch.
Will do.
Just came back to finish watching. I only noticed it from about 1:45 to 9:45. Thanks again for the great content. @@ObsessedGarage
I see the time stamp…almost an hour. This will be great, I already know!
I will say I am the same way I love love new tools. Sometimes I don't use them all the time. But I love to have them. But when I need a tool it's there.
Cannot wait to see "Snap-On tools by OBSESSED GARAGE" trucks driving around Florida soon!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Great video. I agreee with you on tools, but cant go there on the c7, that thing was bad ass...
Nice job! Sounds like you'll be a lot happier with them gone!
I think so too.
Mat, just watched this video and I am in complete agreement with you, I have to get the best for my money, and it's not Snap on.
Looks pretty simple on paper....erm White board...! Matty telling it like it is like always! Nice vid "Bro".!
So really Snap On is ripe for swooping in taking over and cleaning house. 😂 their whole system is ridiculous.
@@ObsessedGarage yea its definitely a two person job!
I checked with a couple of the guys here. The page is showing up in their subscriptions.
It’s 18% interest on the statement because you financed 9.9% on 26 weeks.
Great vid, Matt. Hope I win the Sonic box! 👍
Yes lots of people is frustrated with the willing and dealing process!
We need some Professional Line Sharpies for that white board.... OG that asap. Good video on the finances.
When do I get my diploma for attending the university of uncle Matty 😂😂😂 love seeing logic at work.
So stupid
I can see the resemblance.
I’ve always felt like SnapOn situation was slimy.
Oh man Matty whipping out the credentials…
The "sunjoes" are getting more expensive! lol
No ICON love here? ICON hand tools with Milwaukee Power Tools is the combo!
You can do better than ICON.
Junk
No wonder mechanics are always upside down with Snap-On there financing program is basically loan sharking. Every shop I've ever worked at you start out buying Harbor Freight until you can afford Snap-On. The sad part is a lot of guys get into buying Snap-On tools because the truck just shows up at the shop every week, and its convenient.
This is exactly how it goes. But their customers don't seem to care because they have "the best".
Matt how come your not stocking the baby tool boxes that are on sale for 100$ right now? I like the sonic boxes but your not stocking everything they sell. On sonics site the tiny boxes are dirt cheap but shipping is fucked
I can't keep stock of everything from every company. I only sell the products that I use and like.
@@ObsessedGarage I get it, thank you. I wish they were more readily available in the states.
Buy some more Koken tools and review them.
You do it. How are you going to tell another grown man what he should do?
@@timkinley1779 mind your business. How are you going to tell ANOTHER GROWN MAN what to do?
"they give you a yard nome" LMAO!
I won’t buy their tools because of the truck, pricing and financing. Exactly like Matt stated, I felt like I was getting ripped off, so I left.
Can Snap-On REPO the tools using their trucks if the mechanic missed a couple of payments on the tools?!?!
Yes.
As per the Snap-On website:
Any tools purchased on RA are purchased as an unsecured loan, so by law the return of any goods is strictly voluntary by the customer. If the customer refuses to sign the repossession form and give back the goods, a Franchisee is not at liberty to take them forcibly.
I thought you did great. Love the passion.
I know a few jet engine mechanics that will horse-laugh at your daily use Sonic failure claim.
Great video extremely informative
No more.
When did you try placing your order? This was an issue recently that I was under the impression was fixed.
@@ObsessedGarage last night right after watching and commenting on this video. Worst part is can’t reply to your email. When I see I need to open a case or ticket I want to barf. Company I work for is the same way. Sucks. Sorry.

I did.
@@ObsessedGarage sorry didn’t look close enough love the videos I have been buying snap on for 30 years now I think it’s great there are so many options now
Epics can be bought for half off list
Surprised you don't like the ratchets. I think snapon ratchets feel great, nice and smooth I prefer the soft grip handles. Agree not everything snap on is the best more like every brand has one or two items that are great. Perfect for curating a master set from OG 😎
There are just better options out there.
Your Snap-on guy is very slow. Most of the guys have the repair parts on the trucks to fix the broken tools. And they will have what you order the next week.
You don’t have to make payments on the truck. For sure
Is Matco the same or better lol
That sort of reminds me of the lame destination charge you get when you buy a car….
A M-fiber roll 🤯🤯 I need that. Here's my money 💸
A friend bought me a roll at Walmart!
But it’s the best.

I'm gonna miss the toolbox giveaway intro music. 🙃
It is pretty darn good!
Commenting on the video for the algorithm
Only thing I think we’re not considering is that most Americans live on credit.
So regardless if sonic is cheaper and has better tools… they don’t guarantee financing like most of these entry level mechanics need.
Mr Subaru has shown Snap-On has started buying tools from OEMs and slapping the logo on them
That dude definitely has Matt blocked on everything 😂
I hope this is not going to be on the final exam :(
I hope you took notes.
Once you use flank drive snap on wrenches you won’t use anything else!!
Please explain. Is Snap-On the only one selling something similar? What is the cost? And is this your experience or someone else's?
Everyone I work with prefer my Mac precision torque/ facom spanner’s over the snap on flank drive and they were half the price and there are probably better out there. The flank drive spanner’s are by no means the best spanner’s especially at the price they are.
So their piss poor logistics models work against the buyer?
Harbor Freight Coupons. Done
