    I go to a spa and use red light therapy for 15 minutes a day.
    Within the first month:
    I sleep like a baby. My anxiety has decreased five-fold. The pain in my knees have decreased slightly. Scars on my feet from sun damage and bug bites are completely cleared. (This was an unexpected shocker). I have more energy (slightly) and feel more relaxed throughout the day. Lower back pain decreased by maybe 75%. I had hormonal acne on my face. It cleared in two day. Scarring cleated in 5.
    I will use this forever.

    I (54 y) have been using Red Light Therapy for almost 1 month. Results: 1. Sleep is okay, not necessarily better 2. Face and body have a few pimples 3. Health is also okay. I will definitely persevere with this Therapy for a long time!

    You touched on thin skin, do you believe RLT can improve thin skin, I'd like to buy a panel for my Mum and that's her biggest concern that and spider Viena & broken capillaries
    You must be from Europe, we are in Spain & most panels reviewed are from the states...
    Can you recommend a decent panel from Europe or the UK?

      Hey Diana,
      Yeah, I'm from Austria (originally) but I don't know of any brand from the EU. I've lived in the U.S. for over a decade. I think the best course of action for your mom would be to dial in her diet. That's more effective than spot treatments with RLT. Check out www.primalshiftpodcast.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-animal-based-nutrition/ for what I mean by that. The episode is also on TH-cam.

    • @MichaelKummer
      @MichaelKummer  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I'd say so considering that nerve tissue also benefits from increased blood flow and nutrient delivery. But I'd also recommend making some lifestyle changes (e.g., diet) to better regulate your immune system. See michaelkummer.com/health/plants-vs-meat/ for an example of what I mean by that.

    Can RLT help with osteoporosis

    • @MichaelKummer
      @MichaelKummer  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Yes, RLT can help but it's equally important to increase your intake in micronutrients including Vitamin K2 MK4 and calcium as well as to expose yourself to natural sunlight without wearing sunscreen to ensure optimal absorption.
      I'd even consider supplementing with Beef Liver and Bone & Marrow to ensure sufficient micronutrient intake. See shop.michaelkummer.com for freeze-dried versions of those foods.
