I’m convinced that Toni has actual magic in those fingers.
Level of difficulty is high on this one.
She's such an underrated guitar player.

My younger daughter had very troubled teenage years, full of anxiety, depression and self harm. I sent her this song and said it made me think of her and when she listened to it, she just cried.
She is now a wonderful, confident, clever and beautiful young woman in her mid 20s but every time I hear this song, it brings the tears.

I'm not a young man. And last year, I was listening to this song a whole bunch for some reason (I wouldn't have thought of it as my favorite Joel song)-- but I thought a kind of bookend would be to alter the lyrics to fit the same narrator, talking to the same person, but toward the end of the second person's life, and making that second person more reflective of what's happened since that song came out. (I also had the anxiety, depression, and self harm). Perhaps extra poetic that he wrote this about his father.
Here. You can be the only person that will ever see this (if that). The phrasing is a bit off, but works if you find it:

i’m nearly eighteen and i cry every time i listen to this song because i remember when i was 14 and depressed, anxious and with very bad self harming. now it brings me peace knowing i’m okay and happy❤️

Billy Joel’s music is timeless. Great music endures eg you can find covers of Blind Faith music by 20s/30s.

They don't post every Sunday morning obviously anymore and haven't for a long time, which is why Reina changed the Channel name to Elle and Toni. They are probably just busy on the road.

As a massive Billy Joel fan, I am normally really picky about people covering his songs, but that was absolutely beautiful. From the quality of the guitar playing to the vocals and harmonies, I can't fault a single thing. Absolutely stunning! Well done x
