Hi Nodge X, thanks for watching. Yeah, this is not the most thrilling car in its segment, but it does the basics well and I think this would definitely make for a strong family SUV. The model tested here is a bit pricey, though.
is it worth spending the extra money on the MHEV model? The regular 2.0 d tucson consumes around 49 mpg as well, I don't see any difference in acceleration, or fuel consumption... sooo why should I choose the MHEV over the least prricy normal diesel?
@@CarObsession I'm trying to decide between the 186 hp 2.0 diesel, or the one with the mild hybrid system version what you tested still 2.0 diesel 186 hp with a little boost. Did you feel any boost in the acceleration, or reduction in consumption?
I'm afraid I can't really say, as I've not tested the normal 2.0 litre diesel as it's not available in the UK, we only get the 2.0 litre diesel with the mild hybrid.
Great review and nice looking car. It's no longer a cheap option to buy though.
No, it's not if you want this particular engine - thanks for watching,
Is the gearbox as smooth as the 7 gear DCT gearbox ?
Great Video Review. I particularly like the style and Interior quality and I would recommend It Familes
I would personally prefer the black leather, but yes, the inside is quite a nice place to be. Thanks for watching Jamie.
👌👌👌 thanx for the quick preview ;-) Can you do a comparaison with kia Sportage ?
I would love to, but I'm still trying to get my hands on one. Thanks for watching.
Planning to buy a 2018 Tucson petrol ? Any suggestions

Great review - I think this would be a safe mile-muncher for those running with lots of luggage.

In the UK, it's the only 2.0 litre diesel you can have; the other choice is a 1.6. Thanks for watching.
