SMA inverter error code

Hello. I have a Sunny Boy 2500, same model as shown in the video. My issue is that the "grid mon" mode does not start as it keeps on "waiting mode." How can i troubleshoot this?

Not sure what you hoped to achieve with this clip. I have same fault and was looking for solution

steveb19 I recorded it so I could show the inverter tech what the issue was so he could repair it

1. usually AC wiring connections or wire quality check and 2. Grid over or down voltage

This video is a waste of space on TH-cam.... You should go ahead and remove it..... It has no dialogue as to what's going on, it has no purpose
