Regarding Bielema and also the Orange Krush, I'm an Illini living in Indiana and both of my daughters go to IU so it is my adopted secondary B1G school. We have first hand witnessed the changes to their football program and it tells a story. While polarizing, Curt Cignetti came out verbally swinging because IU was off the radar in football and nobody would have taken them seriously or given them any attention otherwise and it worked, starting with "I win. Google me." While other B1G programs (many of them IU victims now) hated him it was incredibly savvy from a national media standpoint. IU was a headline before even doing anything on the field. Bielema understands the same sense of promotion and marketing that is required to fight against the blue blood teams that get most of the national attention from day 1, whether its justified in the end or not. I love how BB is touting Illini's story, which is way better than we outspent everybody and still lost games we shouldn't have. Now Brad seems to be doing a little of that with saying he believes we can be a F4 team. Now regarding the Krush as well as the football fans, I believe both BB and BU need speak more frequently and directly with the student body via text, email, youtube, Instagram encouraging them to get involved, telling them how important it is they be a part of the team, part of the game. That the team responds to them! From the very beginning Cignetti wisely sent out messages directly to the student body (and parents) every week pre-game telling them how important their participation is. I can telll you the students did not wait until the team had 6 or 7 wins by the 3rd home game they were showing up in force. The student body responded to his quotes like "study later" and made t-shirts out of them. Its not enough to say if we build it they will come, they need to be made part of the building process too. Part of the team. You have to exercise your coaching skills on the student body as well as the team.
I was at that game in Ann Arbor. Illinois was 7-3 coming into that game. I had seats on the 10 yard line eighth row. Chase Brown scored twice right under my nose. What a game! The refs gave Michigan a crucial pass reception in the last two minutes that to me had clearly hit the ground. The final field goal resulted. It should not have been.
Michigan fans have been intolerable and hypocritical on social media. Making excuses that we beat them when they were at their worst, yet bragging about beating OSU with their same sh** team. I guess that makes us the transitive national champions!
Im from Champaign and been to many games years back but I haven’t been in years cuz i no longer live in a diff state but im wondering is it due to the way the remodeled the SFC?!?! Just a thought
Michigan is fighting the allegations while basically admitting the allegations. They're going to get at least 2 of those games reversed. Because of cheating.
They bring back one player from last year and you demand perfection, I expected exactly what we are getting and I think this team will be extremely dangerous in March, as far as I'm concerned they're right on schedule
Just shut up. The winningest coach in the B1G over the last 5 years, Final 4 last year, amazing recruitment of an entirely new team. What the hell do our know? Nothing! Just shut up.

Bielema is such a fun coach. Glad he's leading Illinois. I predict many wins against Michigan with Bielema as coach
They will get nothing Michigan will keep putting boot to ass
Illinois had a fluke year.
21-7
Terrible take lol
Bret is just mad he wasn’t the one Jim got that burger for😂

Replay said otherwise.
The Big10 football coaches are the whinniest coaches in all of sports. cryin ryan, bielima, franklin. rhoul.... all of them a bunch of crying a-holes.
I was there too, was pretty much alone in the student section after they all left early. That was also the end where Illinois scored their touchdowns.
Walk softly and make sure you have a massive offensive line with depth to carry large sticks.

You clowns need lots of hugs that you Moma didn’t give you
😂 What has Illinois won? You had a fluke year last season.
Michigan cheated.
Those who think the sign bullshit is a big deal know nothing about football.
Im from Champaign and been to many games years back but I haven’t been in years cuz i no longer live in a diff state but im wondering is it due to the way the remodeled the SFC?!?! Just a thought
Im not watching the super bowl , i hate the eagles and im sick of them playing in the super bowl , like new England and tom brady
Maybe your just a hater because your team never wins
Bielema and Curly from the Three Stooges were separated at birth.
IM A BUCKEYE. MICHIGAN CHEATING COST OHIO STATE 2 BIG 10 TITTLES.THEY ALSO COST STROUD THE HEISMAN
Your sorry coach cost you how many excuses do you nuts need for underachieving?
Good
And that's why you've lost 4 straight....only in 2022 was Stalions even part of paid staff. Your narrative is garbage. 2024, Michigan 13 ohio Soft 10.
Ohio States cheating cost Michigan a decade of Big Ten championships
Michigan is fighting the allegations while basically admitting the allegations. They're going to get at least 2 of those games reversed. Because of cheating.
Like, yall didn't have our signs 2022 2023
Bret needs to be concerned about becoming a better coach
Bret is overrated. What has he done since Wisconsin
Blunderwood is the problem. We fans never know what team is showing up
Just quit watching. It is not Brad's fault that the players all had the flu and mono and the other one had an injury.
They bring back one player from last year and you demand perfection, I expected exactly what we are getting and I think this team will be extremely dangerous in March, as far as I'm concerned they're right on schedule

“Above the “proach”; how about “above reproach”, Jimmie the scholar?
Thanks for tuning in!
Bielema is a journeyman coach at best. He might want to pick fights with coaches on his lower level.
21-7
Obvi not a MI alumnus if that’s your best retort‼️😂😂
Bret is overrated. What has he done since Wisconsin
