The amount of care and attention to detail formula gives to its customers and in its boats is why they are so much more expensive than their competition. Hearing from past customers are the best ways to advertise.
A certain boat building company that starts with the letter "L" could take more than a few lessons from the information in this video. Although this _IS_ the level of attention you should be able to expect from a semi-custom manufacturer, whether its a boat, a vehicle or a home.

Glad they service you well in Florida. I purchased a 2019 400 SSC and service is terrible on the Chesapeake bay. No follow up after the sale at all.
