    Back to the Venus razors. YOU CAN use two coupons on the same item as long as one is a manufacturer coupon and the other is a store coupon. Two manufacturer coupons or two store coupons on the same item is fraud. I hope this clears things up for those that got confused. :)

    During your video segments you should mention that our Military Families can use expired coupons for up to 6 months on base or commissioned abroad. So Please donate your expired coupons. Check with your local American legion Auxiliary or check online "expired coupons for us military". P.S. Thank you for all your great video's!

    This was super helpful. I print most of my multiple coupons on line and always nervous when I hear horror stories of the retail stores that telling the consumers coupons are copied etc. Especially from Walmart. I don't care to shop there anyways. lol.

    Some stores do accept expired coupons. Bed Bath & Beyond is one of those stores. There own coupons they mail out have expiration dates on them but as long as it has not been used - they will take the coupon no matter the expiration date.

    You may stack coupons ex; (a mfr and a store c/o and if you have expired c/os take to American Legion etc; soldiers can use ( I believe) up until 6- months later.

    Coupons usually say "void if transferred". If you follow this to the letter, it would mean that if your neighbor gives you their unused coupon inserts, you'd be committing fraud to redeem them. We believe it is okay to share coupons, subscribe to multiple copies of the paper, buy multiple copies from the newsstand or order coupons or coupon inserts online. This is a great question and buying coupons can be a grey-area. But, our opinion is, if done correctly, it is okay.

    Has anyone noticed what cvs does? Or does this only happen to me: I go, I have a coupon for half the price, for example, something is 4 dollars, and I have a 50% off coupon, so my total even after taxes should be no more than 2.20. However, they're always like ok your total after the coupon and taxes is 3.30. I'm like what?! They are like yeah because of taxes. Do they create their own taxes? It should not be more than 2.20 even after taxes.

    Just so you know; Their are a lot of stores that take expired coupons, most of them allow you to use them up until the day of the week that they actually send them off. Example: If your coupon expires on a Monday, and the store actually sends out their coupons every Thursday, then you can use that coupon up until Thursday, but you will not be able to use that coupon after Thursday.

    you'd think that with today's technology, registers would recognize copied coupons and just reject them. I remember my first week of couponing I thought I was so much smarter than everyone and instead of photocopying, I had just increased the quantity when I printed... lol.. when I proudly went onto youtube & commented what I did boyyyyyyyy did those ladies lay the hammer down on me!! This was a cpl yrs ago.. and I think I used like 6 or 8 coupons for deodorant ending up paying for a half of ONE... thinking I was the new Queen of Couponing! Omg I was so friggin scared the police would be coming to get me after that!! I finally read all the rules... and do follow them lol (close call for me tho!!)

    Stores like Wal-Mart will not allow you to use 2 identical coupons even though you bought 2 of the same items. They'll only take one coupon, it's like they don't want you to buy 2 of the same items.

      Hi there! We are finding that Walmart is allowing their Managers to decide their coupon policies which is making it tricky to pin them down! Technically, the rule is one coupon per item, and the limit depends on what the manufacturer states. Would using a bogo coupon and a $ off 2 coupon also be fraud? Also I have been seeing videos for a few months now that people are going to CVS to buy the Hallmark or American greetings cards that are .99 when the ad stated you can get a $3 ecb back for buying 3 but the cards have to be $1.99 or more. I have had people tell me it is o.k. because the computers and cashiers allow it and they got 3 cards. Really? I really think both of these are fraud.

    • @savewhiterace
      @savewhiterace 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is fraudulent to buy something with a coupon and resell it for a profit, that is considered fraud and is illegal. The laws mentioning coupon fraud says that you can only use coupons on things your household will use.

    • @savewhiterace
      @savewhiterace 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      It makes sense though. The US believes in fair business practices. If I buy a shampoo for $2 and use $1 off coupons and resell it for $2. I am creating an unfair business advantage as well as taking advantage of the manufacturer that intended for the coupon to go towards consumers not shady business practices.

    • @St0ttZy
      @St0ttZy 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      A broad answer is yes. The people who sell them typically drift in a legal dead space by charging for the "service" not the product. By transferring the coupons from the service provider to you they are legally void, but realistically retailers don't care because they still get paid for redemptions.

      Since my post back in February, I have learned so much. Kathryn Anne, some of the coupons might say buy 4 save a $1.00. Or something like that. If you can catch a sale on 4, then that $1 might help alot. There are times, although rare, that some ppl may cheat the system (if they can). I've learned not to believe everything you see online about how much ppl have saved because results vary and some lie.

      When something is on sale for a good price you buy as many as you can and if you have coupons it makes it even cheaper. Your allowed to use coupons with the deal. If you have 3 coupons for cereal the coupon says buy 3 save $1 then you can get 9 boxes of the Cereal cause it's on sale and you have coupons too so you can buy more Cereals and you don't get Overage no more.

And he paid with the type of gift card that you can only get from the customer service desk. (I know because I work at a different location of the same store). So you knew he was going to turn around and return everything using the gift receipt because when you return it that way it gives you the full price

    Actually that is not fraud, lots of stores let you use do that. You are taking $2 off the one you are purchasing and getting the other for free.
    And stores like CVS, if they are running their own BOGO promo you can use 2 separate coupons. Example that I did at CVS, CVS sale, BOGO Clear Shampoo/Conditioner. The Shampoo was $4.99, the conditioner was then free. I had TWO $2 off MQ's for Clear. I was able to use both, getting the Shampoo and Conditioner for 99 cents.

    Another form of coupon fraud it to buy an item with coupon and then resell it.

      Shark with freakin' Lazer bream that's not true. That's like reselling a piece of clothing that you purchased with a coupon. That is totally legal

      Alyssa Bradley uh, nope. Depends on the item...depends on if it's food vs Rx vs health/beauty; depends if the coupon states you can't resell it, depends on whether or not you have a business use license, a dba, a tax-exempt number (for re-selling), depends on local laws, and you typically can't sell an item (tide detergent, for example) as NEW or IMPLY it's new (it's not, you purchased it; esp if you don't have the correct paperwork)=fraud.
      It's never as simple as just saying, "No. It's not illegal". Most important thing is your local laws. Believe me...the state, city and county want their tax, resell, reuse money

    What about coupons that state $3 off 2. Can I use that along with 2 $1 off 1?

    that's silly. and kind of stupid...how would you ever get any use out of products if you're just always returning them for other stuff? weird.

    YOU FORGOT ABOUT USING A BOGO COUPON WITH A 2.00/1 COUPON FOR EXAMPLE BOGO PANTENE COUPON WITH A 2.00/1 PANTENE PRODUCT COUPON....

    that's not right to encourage people to break the rules every now and then. No one should knowingly use a coupon for anything other than what the coupon states - ever.

    how are you sure I've done it? Are you stalking me? Should I contact the FBI? Should I be alarmed? Are you a serial killer? And, you just judged those who copy coupons, but you are calling me judgmental? Very hypocritical, don't you think? And you're the one who was encouraging people to break the rules, which is never okay. So, you have no valid reason for attacking me because you're advocating for illegal activity, and I'm not.

    The one in green thinks she is something special...what mirror is she looking in? The haircut is late 90's and the nursing home called...they want their curtain back (that mess doubled up around her neck). I have a feeling her husband is running around on her...just my opinion, but I know stuff...trust me. She knows this too, also my opinion, but once again...I know stuff. Free weights in the garage, buzz cut, fantasy football, sports bar.
