Mate, loving the attention to detail you put into your content. Very best of luck with the Jackie Stewart element, sincerely hope it comes about and you get this design realised.
Very cool helmet idea. I look forward to seeing the end product. I didn't know about Cevert until I watched the Quick and the Dead documentary several years ago. Anyway, thanks for the video and keep up the good work.
Thank you very much Will. I will definitely post another video when the work is done on the helmet That’s for sure Thanks for watching and nice words and taking the time to comment
Honestly speaking . It’s absolutely amazing . I have had it for 1 year now and don’t slow and very fast rides on it It’s brilliant. The visor doesn’t vibrate It’s superb Stable Secure
Absolutely Frank but it all started from Ago, got the info straight from Agv. They said Ago tried to do it himself and cracked a few helmet shells so they started doing it for him but then Barry asked AGV to drill it too so they did it for him. Both legends , both cool as anything , I am surprised James Hunt didn’t have a hole in his helmet lol 😆
@@ChasingTenths - Agostini was my boyhood hero ( so you can guess my age ! ), and i must say that i never saw him with a cigarette - maybe you can disprove me by finding a picture.. However my local British hero Barry Sheene did have the hole in his helmet as he was a chain smoker ( followed him from track to track since his Bultaco days ). Anyway Ahbi the review was great and all being well will be purchasing a Ago replica very soon- already have the Sheene helmet !! : )
Thanks Alan for the appreciation , I should really do a follow up video as I really really love this helmet. I can even do a trackday on it , it feels that secure , stable and safe at high speeds and very light and comfy. In regards to the Ago Cigarette comment , I heard that from a long term AGV Dainese Dealer who heard it from Agv Italy. May be its Chinese whispers. but yes, you are spot on about Barry. :) , thank you again @@AlanWhettonUKGUYINLV
There’s a chap in the midlands U.K. called Michael James Latham , he’s is a artistic master when it comes to helmets or tattoes even Great talented chap , find him on Facebook
I just found of the existence of this helmet from a local guy and is selling this helmet and is the very first time I ever see a video of yours and you have some pretty cool and fast bikes so wanted to know if you feel it kind of noisy?? I own a cb650r so would be kind of a nice match any inputs about the noise level and at what speed become unwearable?
Thank you for the lovely msg I have done 110 miles an hour Not noisy Fits really well I passed my racing license with this helmet on No problem at all I think this is the best retro helmet I said the same in my recent Suzuki GSXR 1100 video and just talked about the helmet for 60 seconds in the middle of the video Best retro helmet by a mile
@@ChasingTenths Thanks, it will be my first helmet and since its still strict in my country due to covid, I could not go to the physical stores to try it on so I have to buy online, Thank you very much for you reply,
I hope you didn't go through with the tribute paint job. In those years they were burning brown people out of homes, there was Enoch Powell, etc. and bikers were the worst. They're still pretty bad, in fact. They even complain about brown man in marketing ad fir Norton. We should keep them at arm's length.
This helmet does not have airflow, the visor is very expensive if you want a dark one, the inner cushions are very thin and the whole helmet is very loud! Why do you make a review without riding it? Useless!
It's not a review, its unboxing and overview. There's a massive difference, read the tittle of the video and I clearly mention in the video that its not a review and that I will do a follow up video with a proper review.

Curious to see the result of the helmet.
I am sending the helmet next week to get it all sorted , just been so busy with racing this year. thanks for watching

are the sizing guide accurate for the agv x3000, I have a 57cm head circumeference, is the ML size of the helmet good or should I get the Large,
ML should be good Ron, I have the same and ML is perfect , I tried MS that was small … ML , it’s nice & snug . Lovely helmet overall
