This is very important information that we have to share widely.
Unfortunately people have been brainwashed, there is no other word for it. We've been told to eat lots of fruit and vegetables, carbohydrates, avoid meat and fat when it should be the opposite.
It's fine to have some fruit if it is seasonal and organic. We evolved (or developed) on a diet of primarily meat, various kinds of meat. Fruit was seasonal, opportunistic, if we saw a bush with ripe berries, we ate berries.
We didn't ship them across the globe and eat them every day. And the fruit we ate in the past wasn't hybridized to be bigger and sweeter, to have more fructose. It wasn't grown with artificial fertilizers and pesticides. Analysis of fruit and vegetables grown today shows them much lower in nutrients. That isn't surprising, you can't grow nutritional food in depleted soil.
The seventh day Adventists believe that meat causes lustful feelings and for that reason should be avoided. The truth is meat nourishes us and when we are nourished we are interested in procreation. When we eat a diet of primarily carbohydrates we are less interested because our body is intelligent and it knows we aren't up for the task of raising children.

This, people, is why you should read the scriptures for yourself, instead of letting some "prophet" tell you what they want you to hear.
White claimed to be following Christ, yet Christ himself ate the Passover meal - roast lamb - and fish.

You will see that this is monstergod, that jesus is no better than his dad ( himself), and it was all a book written by men to achieve the goal of controlling what populations think and how they act, while keeping a few in complete power.

I believed all the lies because my energy was so low but I didn’t even consider it may be my vegetarian diet… plus my blood 🩸 sugar was going up.. diabetes is in my family.. May 2024 I started researching TH-cam sites and found Carnivore influencers.. I started on a meat diet around June 2024 and my energy was better.. I have not eaten red meat for years… my blood 🩸 sugar is now normal… I exercise a lot so I had to add a few low barb vegetables and fruit…but my energy is better..

This is all well documented and if you are into low-carb/Keto/carnivore none of this is new.
The spanner in the works (I believe in doing my own look into this is) SDA didn't coin the term Vegan and the philosophy goes beyond the diet alone.
To my recollection the term Vegan was coined in 1943 in London, which was significant because the UK was in the middle of a World War. The Nazi subs where sinking the ships full of food and potentially the UK could starve. So all the park in London where turned into allotments to grow veg on. This was a way of being able to be self sustainable and not rely on food from abroad. This part of the history of veganism is not talked about because Ellen G. White's story is more sexy!

Don't forget that Belinda Fettke was the one who did a lot of research and talks about this topic for the last 15 years and brought the knowledge to to low-carb/keto world.
BTW, until the invention of synthetic B12 it was impossible to survive a couple of years on a vegan "diet" that's why initially the SDA were promoting vegetarianism and only later on moved on to veganism. But since the beginning they were the leading group who promoted all this nonsense...
