Hi guys 😂, because you have a maremma I have some advice you that you may not know of: buy a deshedding shampoo. I buy “pet way on line in a litre bottle, you mix a cup of shampoo with a litre of water in a jug & pour on your wet dog in sections. Leave on & work through the coat then wash off. A lot will come off at washing however, more easily comes out when brushing. I do mine when winter shedding & monthly after that.❤ I hope this is helpful
I love this kind of place and close to the beach. Pizza oven room would make a good man cave. Every man cave needs a pizza oven.

Washing machine should be in upstairs bathroom.
This is very nice but I am concerned about the stairs. It looks like the ceiling is very low in one spot. My husband is 6'4". Would he fit?
