I always feel hungry after watching your morning videos Mike, i wonder why ? lol. Excellent footage again Mike, thanks for sharing and enjoy the weekend, Colin.
Oh sorry about that Colin, all I can say about that breakfast there could be a better one a few minutes away next time if there is a next time. Cheers Mike.
Thanks for posting another great video. I have many fond memories of North Staffs Junction. Long before I became a driver I lived in Stenson Fields (just down the Stenson branch) and would regularly walk along the canal towpath enjoying the numerous freights that passed along the line. I also recall a proposal to use 31's and 2 coaches on the Crewe services, indeed I think a trial was done, but if my memory serves me correctly they weren't able to keep the timings of a DMU.
Its always surprises me how many places you have lived over the years, as I have always lived in the same area. Its still a very good area for seeing freight which I captured in another video to come, and I too remember that time with a class 31 and two mk2 coaches or am I getting mixed up with the Bletchley Bedford route with two class 31s As always thank you for your continued interest in my videos. Mike.
Yes it was a ok breakfast, I was surprised how busy that cafe got, when I walked in there was lots of empty tables, it was full when I got my meal. I believe a lot of locals go there, thank you for watching the video Andrew, Mike.
Yes but was it a full monty Mike? What a location wow, i love it! Enjoyed the cooling towers as a back drop Mike and a nice break from proceedings to view the surrounding area. Really enjoyed, cheers Nick.
That is great Nick, yes the video was a bit different with just a few workings but the breakfast was no full monty, just filled the hole to keep me going. Regards Mike.
Yes it make a ok change to include what was in the area I filming at Robert. When is the rain we are having going to stop, when you have to walk the dog we all get wet, Mike.
@@antman09ful1 A dog is one problem I don't have. But getting wet, yep, plenty of that. It's forty days to Easter, lol, 😂 if that's any help. (Joking for the counters)
Superb shots and captures there Mike. Nice action and variety. Nice Darth pass and Geese too. That looked like a nice spot. Very nice indeed! Really enjoyed, thanks for sharing! Take care, have an awesome day and all the best! Jamie
Great video Mike!! Looks like an excellent vantage point there at the junction and excellent breakfast to!! I did also wonder whether you were intending on travelling down to Eastleigh area? Lots and lots of interesting stuff to see
Oh yes Jacob Eastleigh is a great location for my love of filming freight trains. Not been for a long time so I think I should give it another go this year. Thank you very much for your comment on this video, regards Mike.
Hi Mike You can get a breakfast on one of the boats by the pathway from the Marina to that bridge. Normally opens around 08:00. Not sure if you knew after visiting
Oh yes now you have said about that boat one I remember the guy telling me Paul, well that is ok because I can try the boat one next time as I didn't rate that breakfast that much, cheers Mike.

@@antman09ful1Anytime Mike, I agree with you, I definitely prefer when it'll be a nice 15 degrees, and either cloudy or sunny that doesn't blind you.
