I like both ways but I think hiring my own employees are better cause I can train them and then I can also pay way less then subbing it out. Like I’m working on a contract at the moment it’s in the 3k range 5 days a week probably 5 hours of work a day and I rather hire one person pay 1900 a month and call it a day and profit almost 2k lol

your math does not add up - if you pay out $1900 and total is 3K, then your profit is $1100, not 2K. Your forgot also to count for supplies and employee taxes as well.
