  • Join us on Day 2 of our first EV road trip from Vancouver to Drumheller, Alberta to visit the Royal Tyrrell Museum. This second leg documents our journey from Revelstoke to Calgary, and what it is like to charge using the Tesla supercharges in, Revelstoke, Golden, & Canmore AB.

    Is autopilot engaged from the start of the video?

      Thanks for your comment. If you are referring to the first shot of Shannon, that shot is actually flipped, she was sitting in the passenger seat. We didn’t use autopilot but I did use cruise control a few times.

      No. I’m actually asking if how reliable the autopilot on long drives and how it handle those curves?

      @@IOXY3 sounds like we had the same concerns as you. I wasn’t comfortable testing AP on roads I wasn’t familiar with. As you know the roads lines have to be very visible for it to work flawlessly and parts of this HWY are still under heavy construction after the floods.
      Perhaps next time I’ll be a little braver.
