Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I now focus on my vlog full time.
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for since 2009, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser (born 2010), Caleb (born 2013) and Jackson (born in 2016).

A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and a Canon EOS M50.

A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

I was thinking the same. My husband would just go around like a whirlwind of destruction so theres no point ha ha
I always used to have an accessible snack drawer as a child and it honestly really helped me to snack in moderation, unlike some of my friends that were not allowed anything or even had to ask permission to have candy on their own birthday(!) and then as soon as they were at a friends house would eat so many snacks they would feel sick

I have an available snack drawer and most of my friends don’t and when they have sweets they eat like there is no tomorrow
A little tip, thought I'd share... After clearing the toaster crumb tray, I use a toothbrush to brush off all the crumbs from the inside of the toaster and then the same shaky shaky and voila... It's totally crumbs free and also prevents the burning smell of stale crumbs in there.

Would really love to see your hints and tips for packing and moving house. We're also moving in the next month or two and need some advice as this is the first time we're moving with a toddler.

We have a snack drawer too with Crisps, biscuits, raisins, rice cakes etc & our children always ask if they can have something too. I think it depends how you manage it xx

You really don't realise exactly how much is in a cupboard until you take it all out and organise it 🤯. Done mine last week. It makes you feel so good knowing it's all organised (or organised chaos half the time with kids) 😂 xx

When my second was 16 months, their dad left and when second was 18 months I found out I was pregnant and that I was carrying twins. By the time I was 22 weeks I was on crutches and could barely move. I had an accessible snack drawer for my second and put healthier snacks in it along with the crisps and things he could have so he was able to help himself but not over eat. My eldest would keep an eye on him as he was 12 years older than him. Worked well for us. Now have two other little people running around as they’re older now! But when I couldn’t always get up, it meant he could help himself when eldest was at school!

Nice to see another couple who can actually clean and organise together. Me and my husband the majority of the time can work together really well. Then if we have a minor disagreement we just carry on and don't talk during the cleaning 😂
Hi emily good luck for your move. Are you staying in Essex? You will probably already plan to do this but I found it so helpful to put my kitchen stuff in baskets when I packed so all I had to do was place the baskets straight in the cupboard when I got to my new home.
Awesome video Emily. I do need advice from you regarding breast feeding. My 1.5 year old likes to comfort nurse multiple times during the night and I am loosing my mind, since I am soooo massively sleep deprived and I work a full time office job.

mommyof3 May I ask what age you started having an accessible snack drawer? My daughter is 20 months old, is that too young to start? I feel like she’d just go for the rich tea biscuits instead of the breadsticks or ryvitas first
GeekChick6 no but too young! My daughter was around your daughter’s age when my second was born and having an accessible snack drawer was very necessary while I was strapped to the sofa feeding my newborn. I have 3 kids now, and they all still hit the snack drawer 😆. Even though they’re older now, life doesn’t slow down, it gets busier! Get that snack drawer going sister!
Just keep the snacks simple, fruit pouches, crackers, granola bars etc...I keep the cookies out of reach 😉
mommyof3 thanks for replying! I’m due in a few weeks actually and I think this would make my life much easier when stuck feeding! Good idea to keep the biscuits somewhere else, why didn’t I think of that 😅 baby brain!!

So after watching this I gutted two of the most annoying cupboards in our kitchen and under the sink mess! they really do inspire you to sort stuff out. Do you keep all your veggies in your fridge? I've just order some veggie storage from amazon to section ours.

I use the app nowaste and it’s so lovely for food shopping whats in, which products have to go soon it takes 15min each week but it saves so much time.
